I listened to a webinar where the speaker pushed free books with the only obligation was to pay for the shipping of the free books. I entered my credit card. Received the books 2 months later. I noticed later that my credit card was charges $299 per month and I have no idea why. I sent an email and asked for my $1,000 back. I was informed that in small print somewhere on the hidden site that your card will be charged automatically and it could not be cancelled. WTF. My credit card was cancelled due to FRAUD from Authority and Authority refuses to return the $1,000 they stole from me.
Authorify is a bogus, scam company that charges your card unauthorized. I only attended a webinar that popped up on my page. I have not attended any meeting, calls, NOTHING. My money was stolen and I want it back.
Claimed loss: $1,000
Desired outcome: $1,000 returned to me.

Do not use Authorify. It is a bogus scam company that took my money unauthorized. I put my credit card in to pay for shipping of free books. Then the company charged my credit card for 4 months at $299 a month. I was shocked to see these charges. My credit card was closed due to their fraud and they refuse to return my money. Do not use this scam company. They have bad ratings with the BBB.
Ren of authorify just posed a bogus lie to keep my money. Ren of authorify you people are despicable. I entered by credit card for shipping only of the free books. I did not order a membership. I read the authorify reviews after I discovered you stole my money and you did the same thing to other people. One guy reviewed that you stole $97.00 a month for many months. Other lady reviewed that authorify stole $147.00 month for 6 months. Authority picks any number from the sky and does not tell the person that the card will be charged for a membership we did not order. You stole $299 a month for 4 months, after I sent and email and told you not to charge my card, authorify had the audacity to charge it again the next day. I contacted my bank and my card was closed due to fraud. Authorify is unethical, crooks, steal money, refuse to refund it.
Never use this crooked company. Never put a credit down for free books. It's all a ploy to get your credit card information.
My attorney will sue the [censored] out of them for their fraudulent practices. They make of policies just to steal and keep your money.
Authorify has not heard the last of me. I want a refund for the money you stole. The bogus response you just posted is a flat out lie.
This is nothing less than a clear case of fraud. Go to your bank now and dispute the unauthorized charges asking for a full chargeback. Make sure you have all documentation in place: original intention (free book shipping), unauthorized charges, emails exchanged and any other evidence pointing at fraudulent activities. Complain to FTC and attorney general of your state. If the company does not refund, consult with your lawyer on lawsuit issues. Spread this story far and wide so that others can be warned about it too.
