I bought a van from them.. The heater only worked driving down the road.. Leaked oil... And after paying over 4000. Tranny let go... They charged to tow 2hrs to them promised to fix it on payments changed mind charging me 4055.00 to fix tranny.. They are rip offs tell u things that aren't true.. Was told I could do a trade in.. Nope had to have it down to 1500 before I could said I was late on payments but yet michael wayne investments told me I could skip payments till I got van fixed but they lied n now want to repo.. Fo ahead it's a piece of [censored] van... They don't warranty or cover there vechiles... Dont buy from auto connection

Fitton out of virginia, I recently had the pleasure to meet the friendly staff of ac and the owner corey bates, there is alott of people who are saying neg things all companys get a bad apple and it is not all there fault I bought a 2009 nissan altima from them last year and it was a beauty perfect running condition I recently traded it in to passport nissan and got top dollar on it I bought it with 36000 miles in feb.2012 and traded it at 39000 miles and was given 12000 on it and only owed 10, oo0 on it I had to get a suv I put nothing but 500.00 down at aic and my credit was poor but my income was good im a disabled vet and on social security so I could pay the note. It is your responsability to check your car or truck, if you did not get a car fax you should of did it yourself. So dont blame your mistakes on the dealership!
