I bought a car from Auto Mart USA LLC two months ago
I bought a car from Auto Mart USA LLC two months ago. The guy who brought the car to the dealership was smoking inside. They said they would fix the smoke smell, hail damage, and get a new windshield. I called them a few times the first week, but they said they didn't have time to fix it. They told me to get the windshield myself, which I did. I've been calling them every week, but no one answers. I left messages with the managers, but no one called me back. The car also had small tires, so I had to replace all four wheels.

On August 11, Mr. *** called me up and said he was a car salesman that my fiancee' uses when he needs a good car. He showed me some cars he had, and I picked a Nissan SUV. He told me to send the money I had for the car, and I sent it with USPS instead of FED EX. The money arrived late, and the car was sold. He said sorry and offered another car for $2,000 more. I agreed and sent the extra money on August 23. I haven't heard anything since then. I tried to call him, but he didn't answer. I need my car this week or a FULL REFUND!

I looked at their lot but didn't find anything in my price range. The salesman (***) took me to another property to look at their vehicles. I found a 2011 F150 pickup that I really liked. We drove that truck back to the main shop and started the paperwork. First, he had me sign the contract. Once that was done, the Manager (***) came over and handed me a coupon for my first free oil change. I asked about the warranty and *** answered "Oh, there is no warranty. it's as is". I told him I don't want it as is. He replied "It's too late, you already signed the contract". At that point, *** got up and, *** sat down and we continued to fill out the warranty papers. I felt tricked. They had me. The next morning, I realized I had a headlight out. Further inspection revealed that both day running lights were out and my license plate light sockets were totally gone. About two weeks later, I tried the 4 Wheel drive on my way to work and that didn't work. Both times I called *** and drove in to the dealership. Both times I was told "it's as is". Then about two weeks later, both front bearings went out. Each time I called them and still got the same answer. I spent hundreds of dollars in repairs and was doing these repairs a mere four months after major back surgery. In July, I was headed up to Leadville for a weekend camping/fishing trip when, about halfway there, the engine blew. Here it is, December, and my truck still sits at Auto Masters in Louisville because we still can't find an engine for it.
