! I was so happy with the service they provided
! I was so happy with the service they provided. They really know their stuff when it comes to cars. I had a few problems with my old car and they were able to find me a new one that was perfect for me. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Automotive Connection to anyone looking for a new car. They are the best!
Auto Connection is not good
Auto Connection is not good. They sell cars that are not good and they don't care. I bought a truck from them and the transmission was bad. They didn't do anything to help me. They are bad and should be looked into. If I could sue them, I would.
This place is a joke
This place is a joke. They messed with my head after checking my credit for a car and then sold it to someone else. The next day, some other person texts me about the same car and gives me a sketchy phone number. What a waste of time and a terrible experience.
I had a great time with Automotive Connection!
I had a great time with Automotive Connection! Victoryia and Alina were awesome to work with. They were super fast to respond and helped me out with any questions or special requests I had. This place is chill and not pushy at all, and I would totally tell my peeps and fam to check them out. I was stoked to make a deal with them and would for sure think about going back in the future.
These guys are no good
These guys are no good. I thought they were cool at first. I got a 2019 *** Equinox from them on 2.17.22. I traded in my 2015 *** Trax, which they already sold off their lot. They probably made a killing with their fake pricing. They advertise a low price on "***", but when you go to buy the car, if you don't finance with them, they jack up the price by 3-4 grand. You end up paying more than the car is worth. It's in the fine print. What a scam. Now for the good news. The loan on my Trax still hasn't been paid off. It's been almost 6 weeks. I talked to Junior more than two weeks ago and he promised to pay it off that night. He said he'd overnight it. Yeah, right. Now I'm getting calls from *** (the loan company that still hasn't been paid) about a payment due on 3.23.22. I just made my first payment on the new car the other day. Now I'm worried about my credit. This is a dirty business. Junior falsified loan documents to make it look like I put more money down. I might talk to the credit union I got a loan with. I love the car, but I wish I waited or went somewhere else. I put a $300 deposit on the car and would've lost it if I changed my mind. BEWARE! CROOKS!
Car buying was okay, but everything after that has been a mess
Car buying was okay, but everything after that has been a mess. On Nov 1st, I drove 5 hours to get the car, but it wasn't there. They said it was at an auction an hour away. The check engine light was on, but they said they couldn't check it because the car was too new. I found out the problem with my obd2 scanner at home. They said Ohio law requires funding within 14 days and title within 21, but that's just their policy. On Nov 11th, they called me on Veteran's Day and said I had to pay in full or return the car in 24 hours. I live 5 hours away and banks were closed. On Nov 14th, the financing bank confirmed funding was complete. On Nov 22nd, I asked about the title and they said it would be mailed next week. On Nov 28th, they said to hang tight. On Dec 2nd, I called and couldn't find Junior. On Dec 7th, they said it could take more than a week for the title and Junior called me horrible.
This place ain't respectful or professional, especially to black folks
This place ain't respectful or professional, especially to black folks. I got in a bad accident and needed a safe ride for me and my kids, so I got a hummer3 on a 90 day deal from Automotive Connection. I'm poor, so I couldn't pay extra taxes and proposed the deal. Gave a big down payment in Sep. 2020 and made another big payment that same month. The deal ended in Jan. 2021. Had my mechanics at *** check it out and they said to take it back in Oct. 2020. Automotive Connection fixed the power steering hose and said I was messing with the car. I don't have a bad driving record, so that's BS. Later in Oct., the brakes were done and I had no idea. They fixed it. They also said other mechanics were lying. In early Nov., the transmission slipped and my trusted source at *** said to take it back. The truck had $5,000 in repairs, not including the transmission. Had to tow it back to the dealership and they fixed it, but they were shady about it. Found out the warranty was bogus and I had to pay 50/50. Paid it off in Dec. 2020, but they misled me about the car's problems, especially the transmission. Mari is racist and hung up on me when I complained. Duleany lied to my face and gave me a spare car with bad tires while my truck was getting fixed. They towed my car on Jan. 4, 2021, and took all my money. This is messed up and needs to stop. They're taking advantage of desperate people and getting rich off lies. I want my money back and I'm taking action.
I got a 2000 Toyota 4 runner from Automotive Connection on 4/5
I got a 2000 Toyota 4 runner from Automotive Connection on 4/5. I live far away, so I got there close to closing time. I took it for a short test drive and everything seemed fine, but I noticed a hot smell. I thought it was from the engine being cleaned. I knew it was an "as is" purchase, so I overlooked the dry rot tires, loud muffler, and other cosmetic issues. I signed the paperwork and paid almost $6200 cash. As I was driving home, I started smelling exhaust fumes. I thought it might have a hole in the exhaust pipe. I drove it to work the next day and started feeling nauseous from the fumes. I texted the salesman Chris, but he said he couldn't do anything since I bought it "as is." I called the manager John, and he said to bring it back. I couldn't because of my busy schedule, so I took it to a local auto shop. The owner found that the car didn't have a catalytic converter. Instead, it had a pipe semi-welded in its place, and there was a hole in the weld. I called the establishment and spoke with John, who insinuated that I had something to do with the issue. He said he would text the owner and have him contact me. I waited three hours and didn't hear back, so I sent an email. I told them I would bring the vehicle back for a refund and contact a lawyer if necessary since it's illegal to sell a vehicle without a converter. Someone in the department knows what's going on, and if they had done a better job of welding, I wouldn't have known. But since I figured it out, they deny it and act innocent. I sent the message at 6:24 pm, and at 6:26 pm, John called me and screamed at me, saying the owner must be busy. I apologized for being nasty, but I didn't appreciate the way he talked to me. I bought the vehicle to use it, and I paid cash. I don't understand why they think I would tamper with anything. They insulted me and were unprofessional. If I have to bring a lawyer to get a refund, I will.

I bought a car from Automotive Connection on 06/01
I bought a car from Automotive Connection on 06/01. It was a 2017 *** and I paid $13,238.34 after taxes. The car had a problem that they didn't fix and their customer service was bad. I decided to get a refund and they gave me one, but they charged me $500 for restocking even though it goes against their own policy. I never even drove the car home and they kept it for over a week. My refund check was for $12,738.34. You can't charge a restocking fee for a car that never left the lot. I have some documents that prove everything, including a Word document.
We bought a car from Automotive Connection and it broke down just 12 days after we got it
We bought a car from Automotive Connection and it broke down just 12 days after we got it. They didn't give us a copy of the contract until we asked for it a month later. The dealership told us what to say when the finance company called. We found out later that they lied about the odometer reading and said it had 20k fewer miles than it really did so they could get a loan. They also registered the car with fake information so it looks like it has less miles than it really does. We don't want to be part of this scam. We want our money back and the loan canceled. We told the finance company and they said they'll cancel the deal.
I got my car from Automotive Connection and right before I left, the tire sensor went off
I got my car from Automotive Connection and right before I left, the tire sensor went off. They said it was just because the car was sitting, so I put air in it. But then two days later, it was low again. A week later, I heard a ticking noise. I took it back to Automotive Connection and they said they could fix it, but since I have a factory warranty, I should take it to ***. But *** sent me back to Automotive Connection because I hadn't had the car for 30 days yet. Since then, Automotive Connection has been giving me the runaround. I think there might be something wrong with the engine and the tires are bad too. *** told me about these issues.

This place says they're all about trust and respect, but we got treated like garbage
This place says they're all about trust and respect, but we got treated like garbage. The boss man came out and started yelling at my man, telling us to go back where we came from. We didn't even sign anything and they took our check while we were out test driving. The AC in the car didn't even work and it had a bunch of different tires on it. Plus, it had been in a real bad accident and they didn't even tell us. When our sales guy went to get our check back, they sent him home and wouldn't give it back. They're dragging their feet and making excuses every day. They said they'd wire us our money on Monday, but then they said it'd be Tuesday. Now they're saying their bank can't figure out how to wire it and they're sending a check to our Credit Union today, which is Wednesday. We had to spend money on gas and hotels to get there and now we're paying interest on $31000 every day. It's a real mess.
I bought a used car from Automotive Connection with about 10,000 miles and a clean car fax
I bought a used car from Automotive Connection with about 10,000 miles and a clean car fax. The car was good and had a factory warranty up to 50,000 miles. But after COVID, I went to a dealership to fix my horn and temperature reader, but they said the airbag was tampered with and the thermometer was missing. They told me to go back to Automotive Connection, and they said they would fix it. They had my car for two days, but the owner threw papers at me and said they did nothing.
I got a car from Automotive Connection and they said I had to get insurance for the loan, but they said I could cancel it later if I wanted
I got a car from Automotive Connection and they said I had to get insurance for the loan, but they said I could cancel it later if I wanted. The car had a lot of problems that weren't covered by the warranty, so I had to pay for the repairs myself. I decided I didn't need the insurance anymore since I had to pay for everything anyway. They said I had to send in some forms, which I did. I talked to a guy named Tyler G and he said they made a mistake and the check would be sent out. But I haven't heard anything since then and they won't answer my calls or emails. I bought the car and warranty in Oct. 2019 and faxed the forms in Feb. 2020. The warranty was supposed to be for 3 years or 40000 miles, but I only had it for 4 months. I want at least 75% of the $2000 they charged me for the warranty. I have all the emails to prove it.
I got me a 2008 Porsche 911S from Automotive Connection in Fairfield Ohio on October 5
I got me a 2008 Porsche 911S from Automotive Connection in Fairfield Ohio on October 5. I found the car on *** and the pics and sales dudes made it look like a clean and good car. They said they did a big service on it too. The *** backed them up. I bought it and flew to Ohio to drive it back. But when I got there, two warning lights were on and the front tire was low. On the way back, the steering shook, the back bumper fell off, and the transmission leaked. Automotive Connection did repairs on it, so I think they lied about the car's condition. I told the salesman and he said to send the repair bill to him. I did and asked for them to pay for less than half of it. But the manager said they're an "as is" dealership that mostly sells to auctions and they won't stand by what the salesman said. I'd never buy from them again. They're the worst used car lot. They just want money. Don't go there. They're criminals and should be ashamed. Shame! Shame! Shame! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
I got a 2009 car from Automotive Connection in August
I got a 2009 car from Automotive Connection in August . I paid $17560 in cash with a check and they gave me a warranty that they said would cover everything. But when I called them about a headlight that was out, they said it wasn't covered. My SUV has been in the shop for more than 40 days since I bought it. I had to replace a temperature coolant for $680 and the warranty only covered $300. The car always bounced a lot and had a leak under it, but they said it was normal. Now I know it's not normal and it's going to cost me over $6000 to fix the suspension and compressor. The warranty won't cover any of it, not even the headlight that costs $2400. I had to get it fixed because I can't trade it in for more than $9K and no one will buy it. I talked to the warranty company on May 8 and they said I have to wait another month to get any money back. They said I shouldn't have bought a crappy car and hung up on me. I'm really upset and broke now, and I don't even have a car.
