This credit card is a bait and switch tactic and very shady.. I was approved two months ago for a $2,000 credit line, made above minimum payments ahead of time and signed up for autopay, yet they decreased my credit line to $750 without reason or warning. It seems this credit card company lures people in just to decease limits after approval. This may not sound like a big deal but this means a hit to someone's credit which is not right at all. This is not a honorable practice.

Desired outcome: Contact the company and discuss good business practices that do not lie to people. Transparency to the fullest.

I literally just closed my account because this same exact thing happened only I had no idea what it was until I saw your post. Wow this is crazy. How are they getting away with this? The only difference is that in my situation when I was approved for the $2,000 credit line I never received the card. They sent me 3 cards and I never received any of them only to call and find out that my credit line was all of a sudden decreased. Is there anything that can be done about this? This isn't right!

oh my God, the same thing happened to me. I had a credit line of $1500 purchased small items never spent more than 100.00 I always had 1400 or more my credit was in the high 700 decreased my line to 300.00 after 5 months I believe they are very shady they gave me no notice and would not tell me the reason why.

I applied for this card to help rebuild my credit and I wish I never had. It was approved on 12/1/22. I waited and waited. On 12/30/22, no card has arrived. But I got a bill for the annual fee. I called and told them I had not received the card. She tells me it can take 15 days. I explained it had been 30. She sends out a new card. 1/7/23 I get the card. Go through the activation. Went online to make the payment only to discover the card number on my account is different than the card in my hand. I call back and was told that when they issued the new card it changed my number. I ask when was the new card sent. I was told there is a problem with the vendor who prepares the cards and it has not been sent yet. If it would not ding my already fragile credit I would cancel this card.
