Hi my name is Taysha white I currently have a credit card opened with Avant. I called today April 7th at 2:59pm to speak to a manager, spoke with Customer service representative Dwayne he placed me on hold to reach out to them when getting back on the line and saying hello over for 1-2 min after he finally respond he said he is still searching for a supervisor got back on the line and the same thing happens with me saying hello for 1-2 min he then tells me he have a supervisor and the call is being recorded for training and quality purposes. I waited on the line said hello over and over and there was no supervisor on the line and he disconnected the call after 3 mins. I called back at 3:09pm est and got connected to a supervisor named novi. I explained my situation to her about the late fees and how a another supervisor gave me a email address to reach out to about the late fee removal being denied, she told me she do know why she told me that. I advised her I want to speak to somebody above her due to all the wrong information I been getting she said one wasn’t available at the time I told her I will wait while she get somebody she places me on hold and after not hearing the music she stayed silent on the phone I said hello over and over and about 5 -10 mins went by with silence and then she said she still can’t get a supervisor I stated I just waited saying hello over and over and asked why she didn’t say anything she said the call was on hold I would like this call pulled and for somebody to reach back out to me.
