Avant review: The Avant credit card

I have my credit card payment set up on auto pay.. this is the only company that was not allow you to change a due date. In January 2023 March 2003 and April 2003 they tried to debit my account for my payment on the 25th and they told me that the payment was returned.. I contacted my bank and to inquire why my bank said that there was no attempt to they had no chance from Avant to get that money so I'm going back I'm so confused between Avant saying it's not there and my my bank saying it's there but they didn't try to get it so I called Avant and and my bank's on the other line I have a three-way conversation and my bank is confirms to the lady that the funds were there available for that payment I said the payment of pay myself I made funds available for these payments I begged with the customer service representatives to please inquire as to why the process of why this is what nothing's changed they're all the other payments in the last year went through and nothing had changed until today I spoke with one he said it's probably because it was register bank account and that's got to be the only reason why okay meanwhile they're charging me late fees every month now I'm disabled and now I've got these late fees now four of them for something that was not my fault and they were not cooperate with me maybe expect with me it's still not fair it wasn't my fault it is just as much so my solution is probably to transfer this to another card that's probably what I want to do but horrible customer service and then they told me when I got the card I have $1,000 in it and I did for like 2 months and then they went down to 750 so it is like false advertising she's not a good company to do business with and people that use these kind of high interest low beginning cards are not the ones that can pay like afford to pay late fees they stack up like that if I had been late it'd been my fault yeah but it wasn't my fault I did everything I was supposed to do to secure the payment.. I don't know what type of process it is for them to go back and chicken something like that which I just checked the routing numbers and all but the gentleman today figured it was the ACH thing and they will consider doing a one time late fee waiver but you have to put in for it and I put it on the first three payments and they wouldn't do it so they wouldn't do it and they won't do it so anyway they're not working me I'm not going to work with them either so I hate it it's my credit cuz it's going against but it is what it is..they could have it was a gentlem I spoke to at their company today figured it out but none of them could do it they're too busy trying to get the late fees and and tell me that my money was not an account insufficient funds right along codes to me when the money the was available each time

I may just transfer every time except for those hundred dollars with the late fees and let that go against my credit because I feel that strongly about this
