Avis Home Solutions Inc is the best! They come in and check everything out, and they always find something that needs fixing. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their air/furnace checked. They are also very affordable, which is a huge plus. I have been using them for years and have never had any problems. They always show up on time and are very friendly. I would definitely recommend Avis Home Solutions Inc to anyone who needs their air/furnace checked.

Avis Home Solutions Inc did a bad job fixing my furnace. They cut holes in the drywall and didn't fix them. They also charged my wife $1,000 more than what we agreed on. I called the manager, *** four times, but they haven't called me back yet.

I bought a house and didn't use the heater until 2 weeks ago. Noticed that some rooms weren't getting heat, so I called Avis Home Solutions Inc. They said they'd send someone out on 12/21. On that day, the technician inspected the heating unit and said the whole thing needed to be replaced, including all connections and pipes. He also said the previous owner knew about this. The technician said he'd report to his manager and come back the next day. On 12/22, the technician and his manager arrived. The manager said he'd been to the house several times and knew the previous owner. He said the system needed major work, but the seller only did the bare minimum since the house was being sold. He said I needed a new system that would cost $15,000+. I told them I was concerned about the false report they made on the 8/23 inspection, and they got defensive. They said they'd print me an estimate and come back, but they didn't. I've tried to reach out to them several times, but they won't speak to me or return my calls.
