My name is Xiaolong Chen and I booked two tickets for Jay Chou in London on 10th January 2024, order number:[protected].

I must say that now I feel greatly insulted and fooled, I purchased two tickets worth a lot of money on 3 December 2023, and with my love for my idol, I can understand that I have to pay more money for a better location - closer to my idol and a better view - so I bought the tickets early and paid extra for better seats, but near the concert, your side opened up a large number of ready-made tickets at a lower price, and at the same time, you can choose your seats as you like - it is very ridiculous, and it is a great fooling of what I paid for, and I am very angry about it!

At the time of my purchase, I felt very expectant and happy, but now, all my happiness has disappeared - your party has betrayed my trust, I registered on your official website and purchased the tickets because I trusted you as a large-scale official organisation will not have to do fraudulent consumer behaviour, if the official organisation has no price protect ridiculous behaviour, may I ask where is your credibility? If the official organisation does not price protect, where is the credibility of your organisation? Where should I go to buy tickets in the future? Should I continue to trust you?

I am currently giving you three solutions:

1, refund the ticket;

2, make up for my loss by exchanging my ticket for the best seat in the house;

3, to make up for the difference in price by refunding me

As a large official organisation, I will retain my rights as a consumer to fight you to the end if you are guilty of consumer fraud!

I have a sincere love and respect for my life, but your breach of trust has caused me great emotional harm!

I am not the only one who has suffered from unfairness in this campaign, and if you refuse to give me the fairness I want, I will join forces with all the consumers who have been defrauded and fight you to the end!
