My original badoo account was blocked and I don't know why!
I could not regain access so I made a new account
Now I need to verify my new account with my phone number but it will not let me because my phone number was used to verify my old blocked account!
Please help me regain access to my old account again or tell me how I can verify my new account

Had £48 overall taken from me without my consent no phone number to call to get in touch to resolve they are robbers and a disgusting company.
I have emailed by the online form and haven't had anything back from them, I can't afford to pay for something I don't have any idea about let alone use.

Some how Badoo Premium was activated without my authorization. The app already has my credit information and a payment of 49, 99$ went through my credit. I want my REFUND. These apps are too fricking slick. This is not the first time this has happened. I already uninstalled the application a few weeks ago, I should should not be having to pay 50$ without using the app

accidental lifetime premium purchase!
I today, by mistake clicked the lifetime premium when messing about with settings trying to delete my account...and with one click it withdrew 2000dkk (300 usd), without my permission!
Normally i get the "would you like to confirm the purchase button" but this time i didnt. Can it really be true, that its so easy to make a 300 usd mistake?! Thats outrageous. I contacted customer service, and all they said was that they cant help me!

banned account on badoo
My account was banned because my account is "a group or couple" and supposedly this goes against badoo's terms of service. I can tell you, I cleared that terms of service at least 6 times when I set up my account (to make sure I was playing by the rules) and then another 6 times when my account showed up as banned this morning. I even used a text search in my web browser looking for key words associated with groups and couples and found none despite my best efforts. Our profile was for my girlfriend and I and was with the purpose of finding us both new friends and potentially more of things lead that way. There is no sexual content on our profile, no hate, no bigotry, no political or other nonsense. We would like our account back.
Now, if by some chance I missed something on the TOS, then please, re-activate my account so that I have the chance to comply with the TOS. We never once received any warning regarding this issue.
I signed up utilizing Facebook as well, so that also seems to be making contacting Badoo more difficult.

The 20.05.2019 Badoo debited 158 francs (144 Euros) from my credit card for a premium account. But I never ordered a premium account! Badoo did it all secretly and against my will. If i hadn´t checked my credit card bill i wouldn´t have noticed. Badoo costumer service told me that they won´t give me back my money, because i should have canceled the premium account within 14 days. But I did not order the premium account in the first place!

I used the badoo site over a year ago now. Met my partner through badoo. Stopped using the app and thought I had deleted it but clearly not.
My partner got a message last night stating I was last logged on 7+ days ago which I really was not as I have never used this in over the year.

I just saw a charge for $159.99 AUD on my BUSINESS ACCOUNT! (this is the account I use in the App Store for business purposes), there is no way I authorised this payment. I downloaded the app and clicked through it for a bit and then decided it wasn't for me. I perhaps looked at the plans but there is no way in hell I would have signed up for this type of payment. If anything, one cheeky "look who's seen your profile" or something alone those lines.
I have also seen countless other posts about this happening to them. Please tell me you can reverse this charge! This is outrageous.

inability to get a refund
Went on Badoo and purchased a £4.99 pass for premium, then randomly checked my account later and got billed £44.99 for "credits". I never agreed to buy any credits, just the £4.99 premium.
I want my refund as stated in the T&C's which state I have a 14 day allowance to claim it back. Shouldn't be hard as it was done literally about an hour ago.
Regardless though, I have to say the site is the most buggy thing to use when trying to find a complaint email. Went onto the contacts page, entered my email and the captcha code stuff to verify it, repeatedly told me that the symbols I put in were wrong (when they weren't), then when I got the symbols right, it said something about there being an error with the email field.

accidental payment being made
Hi,
Last night I went to unclick the 'auto top up' button and accidently clicked the green button and have now been deducted £44.99 from my bank. This was an honest mistake and I have already emailed Badoo straight after it had happened for a refund, and also went on to paypal to see if I could cancel the payment which I can't.
I cannot afford this and would like a refund with me being in touch about it right away and actually trying to stop payments with yourselves.

This man has inflicted serious injuries on a female and made threats to harm a life.
He is currently on bail for threats to endanger a females life.
All this can be confirmed at the Garda Station in Letterkenny where he has to sign on every week.
He preys on women from websites for the purpose to see if they have money or property. He reels them in and then takes everything from them. When they finally realise they are being scammed he retaliates by abusive behaviour and inflicting awful injuries.
This man has stamped on a females head, kicked her in the face, broke major bones and bruised more or less every part of her body.
He has scammed her out of thousands, all this can be confirmed with law enforcement agencies.
He is driving a black land rover discovery with around 120, 000 miles on the clock.
Proof if you are or have been in contact with this man.
He states on his profile as Boopee on Badoo that his longest relationship was for 10 years. He was married for a few years but separated due to his cheating with a family member!
He also cheated while the mothers of his children were pregnant !
This man is a prolific liar who will say anything to get what he needs and wants, mainly easy sex and money.
His stories are all well rehearsed.

Whilst using the Badoo App on my Android Phone, I noticed that I have been charged £119.99 for Badoo Premium, which I never knowingly subscribed to.
There was no warning or prompt to confirm that I wished to proceed with any such transaction, nor was there any terms and conditions displayed at the time I supposedly selected this subscription.
Having checked on my account it says that I have agreed to this transaction and that no refund is possible. Given I was not presented with these terms and conditions at the time the money was charged to my Paypal account, I don't see how this is legal.
I would like to obtain a refund to my Payal account, given the method by which the money was taken.
Please advise how I should go about this?

I purchased points to send a crush and badoo added reoccurring payments and charged $9.99 for services I never selected. Of course being a pos company, they have no phone number for customer service, complaints or and email for basic communications. I am filing for a refund and would advise credit card disputes and sending an email to your congressional persons for restrictions to be placed on these scammer businesses. I want a refund for the second payment they charged and the 9.99 charge I did not select or use! This company has terrible service and practices.
