Badoo
I was charged by Badoo four time without authorizing my credit card to them via debit charges. I've never ever signed up for the service. I have no records of any signup or subscription ever.
Four charges of $3.49.
One on each date: 3/24/22, 2/15/22, 2/14/22, 12/23/21.
Small potatoes but still, this is illegal.
Too much time has passed for me to disupute these charges. But I'd still like to reconcile them.

Falsely banned
I was fasely banned from badoo. Woke up today 4/15/23 to see I was banned.
They said it was from sexual harassment, but I don't send sexual messages. I have a filling I was banned for not responding fast enough to a person on there so they falsely reported me. I also had premium so that's money down the drain. So if I'm not unbanned I'll be forced to file a complaint and to file a charge back for not getting the service or product I paid for.

Account Block
A few years back I used badoo was banned out of nowhere after being harassed by a female for not wanting to meet due to traveling thru the state not to stay. After being block I said what ever not sweating it but now wanting to join back I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response at all thru my email. I didn’t even get a reasoning for when for the ban which is odd in general.
Desired outcome: Just want to be able to use the app again or atleast a response telling me why the account was permanently disabled since I have no idea what I did.
Which I have red these as well and have not violated any of these with the exception of multiple accounts which was only made after my original was blocked. 😒 I don’t understand why this is such a nightmare just to recover an account that was wrongfully blocked when this is the only response from the badoo team…..

Fake account
I’ve been informed that someone going by the name of Chelsea, has been using my pictures for their badoo account. I recieved a video message from a user of your app that I happen to have as a friend on Facebook, showing me a quick glance of the conversation between the two and my images in which make up their account but is in fact not their face, but mines. I was informed of the circumstances by a man named Andrew Woods 2pm Saturday evening. I am able to attach below the screenrecording in which Mr Woods sent me.
Desired outcome: I’d really like the account to be deleted if possible as it is leading on clueless males to believe that they are talking to me, when they are in fact talking to some stranger using my photos.

Account blocking for no reason
I set my account up on the 24th January 2023 in order to wait until I was paid my money before going to buy Badoo Premium my money came in on the 27th January 2023 and I went on the app to see that my account had been blocked I contacted the support desk stating that I had barely been on the app for the reason mentioned above and they stated that I had violated their guidelines despite not being on the app, all I ask is for a valid explanation as to why or what I did that allegedly breached their guidelines because I am heavily confused as I follow all guidelines to the letter or multiple dating sites and so far for unknown reasons I am getting my accounts blocked and quite frankly it's starting to really anger and frustrate me.

My account has been blocked since just before Christmas, I've contacted multiple times and was unable to get any response. Finally got one yesterday saying that I'd breached the guidelines but I've read through the whole terms and conditions and there is nothing on there that I gave done. I literally sent my account up hadn't spoken to anyone and my account was blocked. The day before my account was blocked my ex tried to send me a message request that I ignored so I think she may have maliciously reported my account as I am trying to move on. I'd like some information on what I have apparently breached and when as I know for a fact I haven't. Unauthorised Credit charge
I signed up with a one-day premium service on the evening of 3rd January 2023 to try out the site. After filling in my profile and swiping through some encounters, I checked my email to check the £1.99 one-day premium charge went through.
To my shock I discovered that an additional £49.99 was charged! I went to my profile to further discover that automatic top-up was enabled?! Why was this even on in the first place? I did not consent to this and is incredibly predatory. I just wanted to try out the site for a day.
I have not used the credits, and am extremely disappointed in the site, and want my money back, please.

I contacted them through their query support on their website - https://badoo.com/feedback/ - and entered query under "Report a problem with payment." As I had not used any of the credits they offered me a full refund within 24 hours. During that time, I clicked off all the renewal and payment options on the site, disconnecting paypal from them, and am about to close the account with them.

Premium subscription
Greetings,
I was charged 65.99 EUR on Dec, 11 or 2022 for a subscription renewal or 6 months.
I agreed to subscript to 6 months before that, but I did not agree to have the subscription renewed.
I had a lot of bills and have barely used the app during the 6 previous months so this is obviously an undesired service renewal.
When I first subscribe I searched for where to cancel the subscription because I know this commercial practice, but did not find it.
Now that it has been renewed I did find where to cancel.
In the first 3 days after the renewal, I send two requests to Badoo for refund which were both denied with an automatic text saying I had agreed to this.
I left a negative review to which I got an anwser saying I agreed to this.
This is absolutely untrue. I did not agree for an auto-renewable subscription. I guess it's legal but still bad commercial practice.
I know other companies that do that but accept the refund in case of complaint.
I do not wish to contact my bank to avoid annoying them with a small issue. However I think it's not a small issue if lots of people have it!

I was just talking with people in that app and then suddenly they blocked me from using the app. They did it twice and I really don't get it I met a lot of good people and I haven't had a chance to get their social media and now I cannot talk to those people because they blocked me. Badoo doing their usual men are instantly guilty
I rejoined Badoo after leaving them alone. They screwed me for mistakingly buying a year instead of a month by deleting my account when no complaint had been made when I asked for a refund 'Thank you Ombudsman for getting my money Back' a couple of years later I rejoined and this time smart enough to look at exactly what membership I was buying and I get a yellow warning within hours. I've been nothing but polite even to a girl I wouldn't let feed my dog a treat. Why does Badoo boot guys for saying they are not interested if a girl doesn't like being told that? They don't even verify what was said or its context. If you are female you can say anything to get a guy kicked off and you can't defend yourself because you can't even guess who would have accused you. They need as many females as possible to attract guys. Then kick the guys out who avoid psychos.
