Minutes ago i accidentally activated the badoo premium by a missclick. Probably the lifetime long one. Is there any way to deactivate it and get my money back?

suspension without provocation or warning
I had an account for almost 2 years no issue. I went to log in and was suspended. I had been very respectful on the service never did anything to warrant permanent suspension. There is no recourse. I didn't over $100 on the service and can't even get them to email me or call me back. I have never been too forward or even sent sexual images thru this service. Not once! It had been weeks since my last login. I demand resolution or refund!

Badoo app
On November 20, 2021 I created an account in badoo. On November 22, 2021 I signed up for premium and had my account immediately blocked from their app. I don't care about being blocked. My complaint is that they are still showing my profile to this day. It has caused serious problems in my life and their customer support hasn't been the least bit helpful in resolving the issue. I have asked them to check and see if the profile is still active and to please remove it and they only respond by saying they will not unblock it. Fine, I don't want the service. I want the opposite of the service. I want the blocked account removed permanently. My hunch is that they don't have enough users so they keep blocked profiles active to make the app seem populated. Please, I just want it gone so I can repair the damage this has caused with my significant other.
Desired outcome: Remove my blocked account from your app and send me some form of proof that this has been done. I can't even recover the password to delete it myself.

I have been reading a few of these websites that seems to be speaker of the facts of Badoo seems to be so quick to block their users without any warnings, as in my case I received no warning(s) from them about any potential or complaints about any violation just on the app and then I am slap with the message saying that I have violated their terms and have been blocked for sexual harassment. Wow funny thing is I have not harrassed anyone and anyone who have spoke to me in sexual terms I have only followed their lead and reciprocate their advances. I am clueless to who I have harrassed as Badoo don't even let you know the instance they are referring to but just blocked you. Then again if someone felt that they are being harrassed then just allow them to block that person and that's it why do you (Badoo) seems to just want to block people from them service/site/app based on one incident because one I do not sit there and harass people so I find your company stance very disrespectful and better yet harassed by your company for your behavior against your customers. I find that in my conversation someone say something to me and your message is popping up asking if I want to block/report the person for harassment now if I am not reading the message correctly I could have clicked on yes when there is no issue I wonder if your own system could even be the problem. I wonder if your company (Badoo) really investigate cases cause it seems like you all don't. Account blocked after ex-girlfriend falsely reported my account. I was not refunded for lost premium plus service I paid for
On July 15 2022 I paid $169.49 CAD for Badoo's Premium Plus 6 Month Membership Badoo is supposed to provide me with 6 months of premium plus membership that I paid in full for. Badoo blocked my account on their platform on October 15 2022 because my ex-girlfriend falsely reported me on Badoo after I broke up with her and cancelled our Niagara Falls trip. My ex also harassed me calling me the r-slur and f-slur. I have screenshots for proof. I'm autistic and bi and don't appreciate this hate speech. She harassed me, I didn't harass her. So I only received 92 days of service from Badoo [protected] to 2022-10-15) while I paid for 185 days of service for Badoo Premium Plus [protected] to 2023-01-16). I reached out to Badoo via support ticket and also on twitter last week and I have not received a response! For a resolution, I expect that my account gets unblocked on Badoo so that I can enjoy the Badoo premium plus 6 month membership I paid for. Failing that, I at least expect a pro-rated refund of $85.20 CAD from Badoo. That's 93 days worth of service pro-rated that I paid for but wasn't provided as I have been blocked. 2022-10-15 to 2023-01-16. 169.49 * (93/185) = 85.20.

Badoo payments taken out without my consent
Hi there, i paid £18.34 for some credits to send messages. However, upon checking my bank account, a total of 5 payments totalling £91.70 have been taken out of my account without prior authorisation from me. There were no messages saying i'd ran out of credits and asking if i'd like to make another payment. If i had been asked, I would not have paid this. Upon checking badoo, I can only assume that this is because upon making the first payment, i was automatically enrolled in 'auto top up' which again, I gave no prior authorisation to nor was i asked. I am really unhappy with the sites conduct on this and feel it is both unfair and not transparent. Also, i have tried to send this via the badoo feedback route suggested in the customer service replies but it just says 'error' every single time. A direct complaints email address would be better. Hi Badoo response team, payment is very much taken out without the customer consent! There was not one single message to say credits had run out and asking me to pay additional money to top them up, the money was automatically stolen from my account. This is because when you buy the first set of credits, an 'auto top up' feature is applied, again without telling the customer, and money is automatically taken out when credits get below a certain level. It is only when the customer checks their bank account they will see the withdrawels. You have to go into settings and turn the auto top ups off. Beware fellow users. So, your customer service department have been in touch and we have exchanged multiple emails. I was firstly offered a refund of the final payment which was stolen from me but only on the basis i hadn't spent it yet. I was then given a goodwill gesture of some additional credits but i was told you would not refund the payments taken because i'd already used them. Anyway, a few more back and forths with the final one saying you'd given me credits and the matter was closed and you'd be closing the case within the next 48 hours. It was only when i asked for the case to be referred to a manager for review did i get a refund.. and again it was explained this was only as a 'goodwill gesture'. A lot of effort and time wasted for something which seems a very straightforward complaint. Again, I and other customers will have no problem choosing to pay money for credits if we decide to do so. What is not acceptable is taking money out of an account without prior consent. Anyway, refund given which i appreciate so thank you.

A customer support from Twitter called Wendy first of all didn't bother to read my query properly then proceeded to copy and paste irrelevant information which had nothing to do with it then gave me an explanation which wasn't the least bit plausible and to finish it all off told me the next time it happens come back. Hands down the worst support I have ever received. My problem still hasn't been sorted.9 girls messaged me and in the space of 24hrs they all disappeared. I have committed no violation nor has any of them deleted their accounts. Claims that my account has been checked given the support received now believe it to be a lie

He couldn’t take no for an answer for me to get an Uber so to avoid the conflict I decided it

We left and instead of him taking the route to drop me home he took his route to his place
I then kept tellling him his taking the wrong route he just told me it’s the shortest route and I know my way home even the short route
We then got to his place and I told him I’m not going in then he got aggressive and dragged me in
When we got in he locked his doors and then started being vurble with me pushing himself on me saying I’m sorry I’m drunk I cannot resist you then assaulted me and after the act my phone was in my purse he then He managed to get my phone out of my bag and left his place and locked me in his place for 2 days
When he got back I managed to push him and ran out with my bag

I want too sue badoo for false claims and banning
3 of my accounts have been banned due to false allegations. That were never explored or further looked into too prove and provide any evidence of any threats,sexual harassment, or threats of any manner. I want too fule a claim but badoo doesnt offer that for some reason. The next step you took is to block me. You are profoundly biased and unashamedly dismissive about actual facts theteby protecting potential scammers. Do not trust Badoo dating site.. I made an account and had it for a little while and then decided to upgrade my account with a year upgraded membership.. After using it for a while i got signed out and not able to sign back in for no reason.. They turn around and say to me that i will not be getting reimbursed my money for their screw up and also tell me i need to send information and a picture of myself and my ID before they will open my account back up.. My account has been blocked after reports that I'm using it for "commercial purposes". I'm not a prostitute. I don't have only fans or one of those types of things. The first report came after someone contacted me on social media and sms repeatedly when I asked them to stop. I have plenty of reason to believe that guy's I've rejected are reporting me after getting their petty little feelings hurt when I won't send them nudes or look at their disgusting penis pictures. Early this morning (7/2/2022) I became yet another victim of outright theft and banning by this company that accused me of "multiple reports of using hate speech" without showing proof of my supposed violations, and, like so many others, it occured within less than a week (4 days) of my paying for their service.
When I challenged them to either provide proof of these supposed violations or refund my money, I received a return email basically stating "You're banned and there's nothing we can do about it" from some on-staff robot named "Virginia Woolf." If the company itself can't do anything to rectify its own false accusations and banning, who can?
Apparently this British company makes a practice (and a LOT of money) of accusing its paying users of violations of its terms of service just a few days after grabbing our money and permanently banning the accounts for absolutely no provable reason.
After logging my complaint, I received a stock response basically stating "You've violated our terms of service, your account is banned and nothing can be done about it. No exceptions are made." They provided no proof of my "multiple reports" of using hate speech and "discriminating against users" because, quite simply, it never happened and the company knows it - otherwise it should be simple for them to prove it, since there were "multiple reports" of the non-existent "violations."
Badoo is just yet another social media site and app that makes baseless accusations and steals money from its paying members by hiding behind "woke" policies to perpetrate their criminal actions and ban users permanently with zero accountability.
These actions are well-documented on the Internet and in response, the company continues to accuse those from whom they've stolen money of their wrongdoing with no proof whatsoever; it's a beautiful scam if you can benefit from it: make accusations, refuse to prove them, ban already paid accounts, claim that nothing can be done to rectify it and they've just made free money by blocking accounts from using their service. They even continue to fraudulently charge members after banning them since members are immediately blocked from the site/app to remove payment card information, and the company, again, claims there's nothing they can do about making unauthorized recurring charges. Apparently, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this British money-making machine/scam business.
Avoid doing any type of business with this thieving company and keep your money.
Desired outcome: I want my unused full-month payment refunded since they refuse to prove their accusation of my violation of using their service to spread hate speech as outlined in the business' terms of service.
In response to my response here from Badoo:
You claim you're glad I've already reached out to get this resolved, yet you continue privately saying in a form letter "There's nothing we can do since you've violated our terms of service, and since that's the case we can't refund you."
The problems are:
1) I never violated your terms of service by using hate speech and "discriminating against users."
2) You refuse to prove your accusation by hiding behind a "security/customer privacy" excuse.
3) I've addressed this situation multiple times already after which you have done nothing but reiterate your position/excuses and consider the matter "resolved", yet you recommend that I continue asking for an actual resolution instead of getting repeated messages stating "You violated our terms and we can't do anything about it."
Your company has refused multiple times to do anything but copy and paste generic form emails refusing to rectify your wrongdoing to my email or providing any type of proof whatsoever that I violated your terms of service in regard to my utilizing hate speech multiple times on your platform. This should be very simple to do as you claimed there were multiple reports of my violations and it was very recent. You, instead, hide behind the excuse of "security" and "user privacy" instead of showing black and white proof of my violations because, quite simply, your accusation and subsequent banning is completely bogus and manufactured by your company from "whole cloth."
If you think trying to appear to be understanding and helpful in a public forum but refuse to rectify your mistake privately, you're nothing but charlatans, thieves and liars as accused by many others in many other online complaint forums online. To you I'm just another violator whose money you feel entitled to steal with no proof of violating anything within your terms of service and I will continue exposing your criminal business practices on as many sites and forums as I possibly can; so if you truly want to correctly address the situation instead of just trying to save face in a public forum and simply sending me form emails refusing to do anything and considering the matter resolved, rectify the situation in private by refunding my money as I'll never use your business again under any conditions and will tell others to do the same in every way available to me.
It's within your power to right your wrongs, but you continue to claim there's nothing anyone within your company can do but stick to your excuses and unflinching rules.
Your company's practices are a scam and a fraud and you should be sued into bankruptcy for such practices.
If you publicly insist upon further communication on my part so you can investigate the situation, investigate the situation and rectify it properly instead of privately telling me there's nothing that can be done and that the situation has been resolved.
PROVE your accusation if you can or REFUND my money - the choice is yours.
There are still plenty of online forums on which I can spread the truth about your scamming, fraudulent company and I'll seek out and post on as many as I can find.
