I was charged £119 for a badoo lifetime premium without my approval! How did badoo get my credit card details anyway? They don't even tell you you're downloading anything! No terms an conditions given, just random thing clicked in my app and next thing you know you're being charged £119! How to get a refund? Badoo team says it can't be refunded as it was downloaded! What a lot of rubbish... First they say you have 14 days for any refund and then they won't refund at all! Scam!

The design of this app is obviously made to make people buy subscriptions by accident. This happens very quickly by the touch of one button, if badoo has your PayPal information already. They now want me to pay 42, 99€ for a subscription I never wanted and I don't have the funds to pay this! Support not answering! Is that how Badoo treats it's customers? I saw my self in google that I am in Badoo with my picture. Everyone can see me there. Please helo me to remove it. I don't know how to remove it. I lost my ohone before maybe they use my photos there or on my social media. I don't know. Please help me. Its embarassing for me. I have previously contacted your Badoo service team regarding purchasing the subscription for £119.99. This was unwillingly authorised as I accidentally tapped on your one-click method. £119.99 is a lot of money and I can not afford this. Within your terms and conditions it states that I can cancel the subscription and be reimbursed within 14 days of purchasing the package.
I have recieced an email back from your team and they have rejected my attempt of getting my money back.
It clearly states that I am entitled in a refund for ANY premium service as long as I don't use the service. I have not used the service since and I've deleted my account.

My email is gianchi.[protected]@gmail.com Sunday afternoon the 20/1/2019, without any notice, Badoo has charged my credit card with 335 SEK (Swedish kronor). I got no messages at all from Badoo. I notice the unauthorized charge only because I was checking my bank accounts online and there I could see that Badoo had charged my credit card with 335 SEK. . Badoo had access to my credit card details because I had compiled a rFREE egistration with them a few days earlier. Please contact me if you need more details

this morning i was just looking inside the badoo options because there is a girl that finds me interesting ecc ecc but i did not click on any contract or option normally they say do you want to purchase it? or something like this but just looking at the options and then wihout knowing ? ...After a while a mail congratulating me for the premium account that i did not purchase and my creditcard charged with 59.-€ lifetime premium...What?! i did not buy nor purchse this premium i went in the badoo page to cancel it but there is no option they do it very difficult to cancel or to contact somebody...

I subscribed for badoo prmium on 13 november 2018 for a month with my credit card (17.99 pounds) and on the 19 and 27 november 2018, badoo took 29.99pounds each from my credit card without my consent and took another 29.99pounds each on 10, 13 and 28 of december without my consent.

I am registered on badoo for more then a year chatting with different people.On 30 December 2018, Sunday there was an add between the profile of the people to take a quiz and have fun.I decided to waste some time and was asked questions about my different people which I know.Later realised that there were sent sms from my phone number to their phone number One of them received the following:" I answered a question about you, tap to see what it was https:// bdo.to/u/B00uCMcioli9T8fjjri58JaQ".The link gave accedd to my colleague to my profile on the dating website.Badoo accessed my contacts from my phone and sent them sms to advertise their website. But they didn't ask me for permission at all.I think my privacy and confidentiality was breached and I was in a very embarrassing situation.
I complained to badoo customer service and immediately deleted my account.

I upgraded to Badoo premium service but only meant to do so for the shortest subscription period which costs £4.99, but then received an email saying that I had subscribed for a life-long subscription costing £119.99. Being on benefits this is far more than I can afford.
I asked Badoo for a refund and explained my mistake. Their website states that:
"Once you have paid for any premium services, you have the right to cancel and be reimbursed for all payments received within 14 days. If you wish to cancel please let us know via Feedback Page.
Please note that if you choose to download any of the Content which forms part of any paid for service within the 14 day period, you may lose this right. After the 14 days have expired, the paid for services are non-refundable."
Badoo responded to say that refunds are not available for their premium services because:
"Unfortunately, since you instantly receive the benefits of Badoo Premium once purchased, this type of service is non-refundable. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we're only able to refund services that have not been downloaded."
So, firstly they state that they offer a refund for Badoo Premium within 14 days of the purchase, but that "if you choose to download any of the Content which forms part of any paid for service within the 14 day period, you may lose this right." At the same time, given that they say that "you instantly receive the benefits of Badoo Premium once purchased" which effectively invalidates your refund, this means that refunds are not available in any circumstances.
I think this is sharp practice.
The responses from Badoo are just generic copy and pastes.

Well where do I start basically I had 2 accounts blocked now and I really did love this site because of all the nice people I have made friends with but no my photos kept getting mpderated when there was no rude ones its not fair atoll I really want my account back because I did nothing wrong my ex boyfriend wants revenge on me after what happened to me please guys I'm begging you I did nothing wrong

premium subscription fraud
I subscribed myself for a trial version of the app on 03-12-2018 but within a day or two i realised that the premium subscription was not satisfactory so i decided to unsubscribe. When I tried to find a option in the app to unsubscribe, i did not got any option to do it so i just removed my payment method (card details) thinking that this would automatically cancel the subscription upon finishing of trial period.
But on 18-12-2018, the money was automatically detected from my bank. On reaching the customer care, they accept that i have removed my payment method but are not willing to refund my amount.
I have told them to delete my account as I do not require premium services but this is not helping me to get my refund.
My Problems with the company are stated below:
1. Misuse of card information
2. Storing card information without consent
3. Lack of information shared on email and app interface
4. No reminder information from the company before deduction
5. Problem in APP as it does not give any option to user for canceling of subscription.

company is not refunding my money
In Badoo dating app, while I am trying buy 100 credits cost of $1.25 (Rs 90) I will generally click next but it shown had taken premium membership and amount of $45.16 (Rs 3245) is deducted from my account along with Rs90 . I am not desiredfully did that . So, can u please refund my money and also cancel my membership .

My name was Kgotlelo on Badoo, 29, South African. I deleted the account. I was chatting to someone called Mark( a western guy), he claimed he is a civil engineer for International Hotel Group (IHG). Hus number is +[protected]. I deleted our chats when i was angry and had suspicions.
Please see the photos of the daughter he claims is his in an IHG shirt. He claimed he's 35 years, currently working in California and will return to his house in Sandton, South Africa and that originally he's from Durban, South Africa. He wanted to send me a christmas gift which he wanted me to pay R2500 for, i declined. He also tried to send me various clothing brands he claimed he had orders for., i refused to receive them.
When Superb shipping company called, they wanted me to pay money into the FNB bank account before they deliver my gift. The consignment number showed the package had been delivered to a lady called Ms NJJ Manuel from a different province in Western cape, South Africa. He never video called when i asked him too. He claimed the shipping company uses the wrong address (as you can see on the various photos). I believe a african guy(photo attached) calling himself Jayden Mike on Facebook is pretending to be a white guy who works at IHG. At 1st he told me the daughter was 9 years, but the photo(attached) of the lady looks like she's older. He stopped communicating with me when i confronted him and stilk using the white guy's photo.
Please assist to block him on Badoo to prevent others falling victim to his scams and to prevent the real guy's identity from being tarnished .

Today i noticed that hotornot has taking my money even tho i have canceled premium.
I rarely even use it and i have not bought or used any credit. I have lost over 200€ because of this. For real i need that money back if it is possible.

I have been charge for a total of $159.99 for the premium subscription from badoo but I didn't not purchase this feature nor do I want this feature. When I contacted customers service they said I could not obtain a refund because it is downloaded content. This clearly goes against their terms of conditions which states that all premium subscription can be refunded with 14 days of the purchase. This is Fruad and theft, I need my money to be refunded by badoo.

Yesterday 12-Nov-2018 one if the guys reported me to badoo customer services that my photos have been stolen although I have earlier done a photo verification on badoo.com
I also have a phone number verification and a paid subscription.
This is my new account which I reopened after being blocked for the same reason.
When I questioned their support team they kept saying you have breached our guidelines without a more specific reason.
The guy who reported me had a video call with me on WhatsApp and did apologize and sent a feedback that those photos are genuine and it was a mistake.
Now, I demand for my rights
-a full repayment of all the services subscriptions I have done.
-My account needs to be unblocked.
-They need to change the integrity of their systems and review their transparency in not blocking immediately anyone for a FAKE REPORT BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE'S MOOD CHANGES and they MUST TELL THE PERSON WHAT REASON MADE THEM GO SO FAR.
-There is a very annoying and provokative yet offending sentence at the end of their reply saying "Please note that this decision is final, and no exceptions can be made."
I consider myself seriously offended now and my rights have been abused.
