I am a regular user of Badoo Since 1 year I have my credit card synced with Badoo for one click purchase one payment of INR 5045 or 69.45 dollars was unwillingly done without my willingness due to accidental swipe. After I came to notice about it. I immediately contacted Badoo for the same . They tried to tell me it's a downloaded service and hence they will not replay me but in their terms which is updated they have promised to Honor 14 day reimbursement for such services which they are neglecting by changing words. The terms clearly specify if the services you will download content which I have not then only they will nullify it. Badoo is going back on his words and I feel cheated even though being a loyal and satisfied customer since years . The revert I got is propostorous as they say it is downloaded which is obvious when you pay for any service it is downloaded. I attached the revert and their terms and conditions too .

Yesterday I was on the Badoo app and a femal I suppose had me blocked, because she was upset that she couldn't see my photos!
I abide by the terms and conditions set out before using the app...so really Im the one being taken advantage of and sort of bullied.

auto charge my credit card!
Badoo auto charge my credit card where i do not intent to purchase the credit. Im using my paypal account only for this transaction but Badoo did not inform me of the auto charge service. It is without my approval. This is very unethical business scheme. Please refund me back!

I signed in to badoo 2014, then in 2016 I was blocked and each time I tried to sign up a new account they will block me. I have even tried using a different phone number, different yahoo account and Gmail account but they keep blocking me and giving me the that I have gone against the rules and regulations. I made a purchase for 100 credits for $2 and when checked my banking the next day, I was also charged for the lifetime premium service of 144.99 as well as $80, which I did not authorize or click on. I got them reversed then when I checked my account today there was another $80 which I have to dispute. Whenontacted customer service I was given there generic reply that all purchase a are non refundable and that I must have clicked on it with their one click method. This is 100% not true or accurate. I understand a nonrefundable purchase and their policy but I did not consent to the lifetime premium purchase or authorize this charge which is why when noticed the next day on my statement, I am seeking this payment be reversed! So far no help from customer service.

After reading through this board it seems to be a common occurrence. I authorized a few $2 charges on my account and before I know it they were trying to charge over $300 on my account. I was able to get all but one of the $80 charges reversed. This company is a fraud stay far far away from them. I am currently working with my banks fraud department to get the charge reversed

I'm not using this app anymore but I've been charged anyway 4.99 for an premium service that I don't use, I don't have the app anymore and I want a refund. I've also got in website and unsubscribed since I'm not an user anymore. I've been using this app some time ago but since I'm not using it anymore I don't see the reason why I should be charged even without getting any notice about renewal or any kind of payment confirmation from my side. I've just seen that I'm being charged automatically without my consent and that's not a common sense of the service, with or without the T&C, for any reason, a payment should be signalised in manner that the user gives the consent of it. It's impossible that your service just take payment because once was used there any bank account for any kind of service that this application offers

I bought 100 coins for 4CHF, just out of couriosity. A few seconds after that, it also bought "Badoo Lifetime Premium" for 150CHF! That purchase was unauthorized and never intended. Like many other people (https://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/badoo-premium-being-charged-the-premium-service-that-i-never-authorized-c980214.html & many more) this happened without me doing anything.
The Twitter Support is unwilling to help, because "I downloaded premium services" which I never did (on purpose). As soon as I saw that I "bought" that service I closed the app, and I didn't open it again, till the support removed thw premium feature from my account! If the App sends me messages who watched my profile, there is no way to disable that, without opening the app!
I simply do not have enough money, to "just say ok". 150 is a lot of money!
They didn't respond to any email or through the filed complaint via PayPal!
The Terms of Use say, that I can cancel it and get my money back within 14days ...
I hope this gets resolved soon...
P.S.: I also never got the 100coins, but that isn't really the problem right now...

unauthorized product purchases, and unethical behaviour
How did a weekly payment of 4 euro, turn into 49.99? It was a clear pricing option that I did not choose. The payments were not subject to confirmation or review and I did not receive a proof of purchase by email. Your own internal procedures were not followed and I was not able to make a conscience and willful transaction. Therefore its fraud, I used these credits thinking I only bought 4 euro worth. I once again ask for a full refund minus my original intent to purchase one week of your services.
Moreover, how come all my over 2000 credits were taken away with out a full refund? I demand my 49.99 euro back, or I will pursue further measures. I have zero credits therefore I no longer have the product that was forced on me and which I did not want. I now understand that as soon as I filled out the final two digits on my card security code. The screen jumped to the most expensive option! This is not ethical behaviour!

I have had numerous problems with this site, fake profiles, i had to block several rude and crude people, sending of inappropriate pictures, i feel checks are not suffient enough, as ive beem on other sites with no problems. I sent emails regarding issues, with no support.It resulting in a major knock of my confidence, i cancelled my profile.The company notified me they made a refund to myself For £14.99 apparently made 3rd October 2018.To date this refund has failed to reach my bank account, i notified my bank and no such refund has been done, i am appaulled theres no phone number to contact Badoo, ive sent several emails as they at first said if i hadn't recieved it by 17th to let them know, i have heard nothing. I have proof as my bank statement that i still am owed £14.99 i asked them to file a complaint, and investigate why they havent sent it as yet, the bank advise me 3-5days!.i have now had several emails just ignored.i feel terrible circumstances i had throughout, and now this, i now ask for compensation as to whats happened to me with support, and the £14.99 back, i Will not let this go, its not right or fair!.

I have made several complaints about this company. They apparently issued a refund to myself on 3rd Oct.Still to this day i have not recieved it.i have asked them to investigate, i want a formal complaint logged.my bank has proof, they say it should take 3-5days maximum.I dont think Badoo have issued this.They are now ignoring me.i want my money back please, after troubles i had leading to close my account, now this.its not acceptable nor fair.

The website without my consent made me pay 10 euro for a service, that not only I don't need, but a service I specifically don't want.
There is a popularity page on the website, I did not press on any button that specifically approve my payment for their service, yet the website, which feels like a pure and complete scam at this point, made a payment in my name.
Even the email they provided for paypal is not maintained by them, what a joke.
I would like to have a full refund on this.

Hello,
I had an account with badoo premium activated and then cancelled my account and had it deleted.
I have since created a new account and have no payment details attached to it yet I'm sti being charged for the premium services in the deleted account.
This means when my account was deleted Badoo kept my bank and card details and are still charging for a premium service on a deleted account!
This is unacceptable especially considering that Badoo have told me they wi not refund said monies regardless of them being taken against a deleted account!
Fraud springs to mind and to be honest I intend to sue Badoo for a breach of my consumer rights and for taking monies of a customer when not authorised to do so!

I don't use this badoo app normally .. today i was using it and some pop ups came .. i was closing them and by mistake i pressed the payment button .. it charged me 5100 roubles around 90 dollars .. i am student and i can't afford such big amount .. i came russia for study and my parents can't afford 100 dollars for this subscription. Kindly refund me as soon as possible because it was done by mistake .. i don't want any such subscription .

badoo one click scam
Badoo charge me 79.90 on a supposedly on a one click purchase I did. This I can guarantee I did not do but not surprised as they do pop ups offering you their different packages to buy and probably in one of those they claim i did press it. I contacted them and they tell me that it is written in their policy that there are no refunds. I'm pretty sure they are good at this and they get a very good chunk of revenue scamming their members this way. Everyone knows anything can be refunded specially when it is immediate after the charge as I did. they hide under their policy but this was created as a legal way to scam their members. If you have had this same issue. please comment and contact me to tell me your experience . I'm looking to bring some karma to this crooked company with no values in place.

Hello I've been blocked for no reason at all. This is not fair, on top of that everytime I make a new profile it gets blocked again! I've tried a new email new number and nothing works. I was having great conversations and they have ended because of this issue! Can I be unblocked please? WORST app I’ve ever come across in my life. I Uploaded all my pictures and went off it. Come back an hour later IVE BEEN BLOCKED for breaching terms and conditions are you actually ok? Cos I didn’t even message anybody how could I have “breached” terms and conditions. This is has happened to me before many times in the past you coming up with silly reasons to block me. I once got blocked because I told people to follow my Instagram as I can’t keep up with the messages. I once got blocked for CLEARLY joking with someone about buying me a dress. SORT IT OUT.
