Cancellation May 21st.
I cancelled this Subscription on May 21, 2021. and you are STILL taking money out of my account. I went into settings on my iPhone clicked on subscriptions and cancelled it. It says, "Canceled." I was very unhappy with the results and only wanted to subscribe for a month! I am putting a stop on my account. I expect you to return the $13.99 you extracted from my account from this month. Since I was under the impression it was canceled, I never went back on the site. Please respond.

Badoo doesn't respect privacy
my account was blocked without a reason, the reason was just that i bought subscription and after Badoo got me Ban coz they earned from me already then they kicked me...
now trying delete my photos and personal data from their servers, but they don't respect GDPR and don't want allow me delete my personal data...

Unwanted charge
I see on my bank statement I have a $9.99 charge to Badoo 50 California St 1 San Francisco. I did not agree to any charges. This is a free dating site with optional charges for extra features. I never agreed to any charges.

i have been being charged $9.99 several times a month for the last 3 to 4 months. problem is ive never heard of this app before i traced the deductions and i absolutely didnt authorize any auto payments. i had to start a new profile to try to stop the payments because i hadnt had one before so how are they charging me
also its impossible to stop the subscription i never bought, and you cant take your profile down and remove it from the site

Unauthorized charge
I was charged $29.99 on May 18 2021. I never signed up for this service. I would appreciate some help with this situation. I never ever heard of Badoo.com until I saw this charge. I can't tell how it was paid just that it was.

Just found out I had been charged 3.49 daily for the last month from this app. Only thing is : I've never heard of Badoo. The card that had been charged had only been used on Amazon so I was shocked at how much money had been taken from me, but it looks like I'm not the only one. I'm currently working with my bank however I will be calling the company shortly after to figure out why this happened

After looking though some of the complaints, I realized this may have come from a Bumble account purchase. However what I find perplexing is that the purchase I had made was for a 24hour account boost especially since I lost access to those benefits the next day.
I recommend speaking to your bank considering this has happened to a lot of people and many of the official replies are willing to dance around the issue despite so many people - people who likely are technologically intuitive - having this happen to them. Unjustly blocked account
I had toothache all this weekend and switch my phone on this morning to say my account has been blocked. I had my current account for a few years with no problems. I had a few active chats going on as well and in not a single one of those was i rude, offensive or threatening. I never send inappropriate pictures. If somebody has made a false allegation it shouldn't punishment. Moderators should ask for screenshot or evidence as proof. My email account is [protected]@outlook.com. Banned from Badoo for being Rude? with no explanation
I was banned on 5/5/2021 for being or inappropriate which I never was. I ask if they could explain what they meant and be more specific with the violation and they said they could not and I was banned and I would not be eligible for any refunds. Badoo is ridiculous. They are a scam application built to take people's money and should be shut down immediately. They actually took away features that were free such as the ablilty to see if someone read your messages and turned that into a pay feature. EVERYTHING in the APP is a SCAM AIMED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

Why has my account been blocked? Some girl posted a picture with her tits out "you could see her nipples" in almost every picture she had she was bending over with her [censored] out. So I says to her you look like you want to [censored]. How is that offensive? It is inconsidering to allow users to block and report the user without using any vulgar or offensive and block my account due to that with a proper procedure to follow. I joined Badoo at 11.23 pm (East African Time) on the 11th of April 2021. Browsed a bit last night and decided to have my picture verified in the morning.
In the morning (12th April) it took me a few attempts but was able to finally have my profile picture verified. Thereafter, I found the site with a certain kind of quality of people unlike other online dating sites, so I decided to pay for the services since there is a limitation to a few number of likes and messages I could send, so I paid for a 6 months subscription along with an additional profile boost.
Twenty minutes later I was BLOCKED, the reason why I don't know. I wrote to the customer support asking for help, and they say that I supposedly violated some rule of their services from the PAST which I am not aware off.
Note, the customer service as used the term "PAST" which means that overnight while I was asleep, I supposedly violated their terms and conditions. Subsequently, I asked for a refund since it had now been an hour since I paid for the services, and then I get a response that I cannot be paid back.
Most importantly I hadn't even used their services nor was I contacted by any members of their dating site.
What kind of service standards is this? These people take the money and then decide their services have been violated and the customer service doesn't even have the decency to inform or warn a member in advance.
On the contrary, why would someone pay for a service that has intentions to deceive or violate the rules of their services?

I was looking at how much subscription was .
I thought I scrolled back. But my phone automatically took the top subscription £119.99!
I cannot afford to lose this money.
I tried to email them. But it comes as an incorrect address.
Also they have an incorrect email address on.my account.
As it was through.Paypal lodged a complaint about my error and how I cant even contact them to make a complaint!
