Hello,
I have been blocked by Badoo for harassment which is absolutely not true.
Someone stalking me on the dating service got permanently reported by me also after badoo asking me automatically if all is good.
I reported the person, as asked by the app.
I gut punished by the support and i am grtting answers in form of copy paste and no word about harassment (!) because it was never the case.
Despite my contract running they blocked me since i was a person involved in someone else activity stalking me. Not even my fault!

I accidentally purchased premium and within seconds was looking how to reverse the purchase, after 10 minutes finally discovered I had to correspond via Facebook. I've not used any of the perks that are associated with premium and I asked for a refund within 15 minutes of the accidental purchase. Within 14 days. I'm not in a position to be able to pay such amount and its had a major knock on effect in my everyday living. I'm kindly asking you please issue me a refund it was a pure mistake and didn't mean to purchase premuim. Thank you.

Badoo has blocked my account saying I violated your rules. I beg to differ. I know of a guy that contacted me saying I'm a scam, not cause I did anything to him but cause my profile was too good to believe for him. I'm suspecting that he is the one that reported my profile. I want to know what evidence was given that shows I have violated anything. I have been on and off badoo for years and this has never happened. I'm extremely disappointed. I am planning on traveling to the UK and wanted to make friends and hopefully meet someone but now I feel discriminated against. I want to know what I have done.

Auto Debit Charges every week for subscription I do not have!
I have been charged $6.99 every week from Badoo SF going back at least 20 weeks now including on charge for $3.50?! I do NOT have a subscription with Badoo nor do I have the app or any profile with you. I have emailed your support twice with all my name and card info and got a response email saying you can not help me as you do not see any profiles set up for me and it may be an affiliate site? so I checked Bumble, Facebook, Google & Google pay also and NO account subscriptions set up! I don't understand why I was blocked this is never happened on any social media platform that I've ever had and still have. I'm not mean or condescending or hateful or threatening or rude I treat everyone with respect and equality. Badoo has wrongfully blocked my account permanently. They accuse me of violating their terms even though I am aware not.I have been a victim of harassment, character assassination and discrimination. I was their client for many years paying a whole lot of money. I am also a Tinder client and I have never violated any terms but reaching out to other people. It's high time to boycott Badoo there shouldn't be any dating site as despicable as that. When I wanted to report my attackers and send evidence in form of screenshot of the conversation I wasn't allowed to do that. So it's quite interesting how Badoo must have allowed some other people to send screenshots as proof of conversation. There is no way that copy and paste can possibly be considered as permissable evidence.

Unauthorized credit card charges
I have purchased a one-time service of 550 credits costing 15.75 euros from badoo.com. I have unchecked the auto top-up option before completing the payment. Then I have navigated to the "settings" page of my profile, under "payment settings" section and I have checked that my credit card information was not saved in my profile and also I have checked that there the automatic top-up option is disabled. Actually, even the auto top-up option was not there in that "payment settings" section.
Then I was shocked to find that badoo has performed 15 purchases (each 15.75 euro totalling 236.25 euro) using my credit card (which I have never saved to my profile!) without my authorization and without my permission.
I have contacted them using their feed back page and in facebook and they do not want to stand up to their responsibilities!
I told them and explained in details the situation but they are not helpful.
They just keep claiming that the auto top-up happens if you save you credit card information, but I have never saved my credit card information to my profile! And I have disabled the auto top-up option!
Badoo is a totally fraudulent service that collects money fraudulently. The moment you enter your credit card information, they start charging you without your permission and without your consent and without your authorization. People you never sign up to badoo or enter any credit card information, it is a totally fraudulent company. Be aware!
It is unfair that my money has been stolen fraudulently this way.
I totally demand that badoo return my money that they have unrightfully taken from my credit card!

as seen below in the first response that i have received from Badoo (through BadooHelp), they are falsely claiming that (and i am quoting from the Badoo response provided below): "We do ask that our members remove their card details from the app to stop automatic payments from coming out". I totally reject this claim that has been made by Badoo. I have never given you my consent to use my credit card details data in an unauthorized manner, and I have never given you my consent to use my credit card details data to take money illegitimately from my credit card without my authorization. By taking money from my credit card without my consent for 15 times (each amount equals to 15.75 Euro) totalling 236.25 Euro, you have clearly broken the EU and UK data protection laws that you have promised to comply with. I have unchecked the auto top-up tick box that you are providing in your payment processing page while providing you with my credit card details data for the only one-time payment that I have made (for an amount that is equal to 15.75 Euro only). An underage female created an account stating age is 24. Sent elicit photos. How is a dating app not providing verification for accounts by age in today's electronic world? I am sick to my stomach that an underage account holder sent what I determine as disgusting and vile! I am a man of honor and want absolutely nothing to do with underage woman. Bonjour, l'identité de mon amie a été usurpée sur Badoo, le faux profil avait des photos de mon amie, provenant de son compte instagram, sur le faux profil la localisation etait au Mans, sous le nom de Suria et agée de 19 ans, et etait enregistrée sous la catégorie "j'ai envie de discuter". Le compte a été supprimé par son créateur, cependant le compte divulguait le numéro ainsi que le snapchat de mon amie, la personne connaissait également sa localisation (ville) ainsi que son age et prénom. Mon amie recevait des messages sur son numero puis sur instagram et snapchat, elle s'en ai rendue compte le 4 aout 2021 et le compte a été supprimé le 6 aout 2021. C'est inquietant ainsi nous aimerions s'il vous plait avoir davantage d'informations sur cette personne afin de potentiellement porter plainte.

Fraudulent charges on my account
I do not have an account with you and I'm being charged 24.99 a month for your services. This has happened to me four months in a row now. I've recently opened a new account
First day I had about a dozen daily "swipes" limit. But the second day I had NONE.
It's like for continuing on - I have to buy more "likes". This is absurd and goes against what badoo written on their website.
And ofc their support doesn't exists (you can't even submit a complain because their website doesn't work).

I made an account on this dating app, talked to one woman for a couple days. There was a decent connection so we swapped numbers.
Then the next day I was banned from the app, I didn't do anything wrong and it really made no sense. So I contacted their support team via social media and was promptly told they made the correct decision and that someone reported me but they couldn't say who...
Which made no sense, I only talked with one person and we both were enjoying where the conversation went. I asked her outside of Badoo if she reported me, and explained the nonsense I was dealing with. She laughed and said absolutely not.
So I told the support team they actually weren't 'correct in their decision'. And that they obviously messed up.
Hours later I received a reply basically saying, that I made made multiple accounts and that was the reason for the ban. Not a report like they originally stated. But apparently still couldn't reveal any information about it...¿
I told the lady that I've never had another account. And she basically called me a liar, so be careful using this app, the support team have no clue what they're doing and they just mindlessly ban random people for fun it seems.
Not only that but it seems like a very sexist app, if you're a female you get free premium access, but if you're a male you have to pay to do pretty much anything. (Verified by the one women I met there, and countless reviews on their storepage)
Of the four support members I spoke with, all of them were also female.
They hide your likes behind a paywall, and they don't show up when you swipe. The advertising says you can talk with matches for free but I didn't experience this. Infact I was banned for talking to a single person.
Looking at reviews it seems everyone agrees this app and support team aren't up to par when it comes to dating apps. I'll be sticking with tinder and the likes from now on.
