Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the Bajaj Chetak 3202 EV scooter that I recently purchased from your Angadippuram, Perinthalmanna showroom. Despite my high expectations, the vehicle has failed to meet even the basic standards of reliability and performance.
After just one month of use, the scooter encountered a battery fuse issue, which resulted in my vehicle being immobilized for approximately 25 days while awaiting a resolution. Although the battery was eventually replaced, I was disheartened to face another issue on December 31, 2024, when the scooter, despite being fully charged, failed to respond and showed no range.
I promptly booked an RSA service, and the vehicle was taken to the Angadippuram service center. However, this recurring problem has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I am extremely disappointed with the performance and reliability of the Bajaj Chetak EV and regret my decision to choose this vehicle.
I request immediate attention to this matter and a permanent resolution to the issues I have been facing. I also seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by these repeated failures.
I hope that Bajaj Auto Ltd. will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to restore my faith in your brand.
