Purchased Ranch Pony 500 Carburated model not good experiance
Purchased Ranch Pony 500 Carburated model No repair manuel avaliable no dealers on the estern side of United States. No phone answer, No parts order over phone IF they answer, They want you to oder by email but will not answer emails still wating on response from email 6 months ago. If you order parts from web sight the part cost are 5 times higher that should be and shipping is 3 times higher than should be. I have had no good experiances with this company.
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM BMS MOTERSPORTS
The C.E.O
The C.E.O. Patrick *** is a thief and refuses to return my money for parts that were never delivered. This business is a SCAM
Ranch Pony 500 since 2015, never sent the title, they said it was lost in the mail. The UTV breaks down every month. Their website shows all parts in-stock until you order them and then they have NOTHING. Worse purchase ever! If you buy a Chinese UTV, motorcycle or bike you are throwing your money away! You will NOT be able to get parts, there is NO customer service and the products will NOT last. Do not buy Chinese crap! Its a waste of money and it WILL breakdown, and you will NOT be able to get parts to fix it or know what parts are interchangeable...

It's simple BMS Motorsports uses cheap parts that break very easily, they don't stand behind their products but they are nice enough to give you the world when you first buy their junk products! When you start having trouble they don't want to hear from you and they are so easy to point their fingers at the consumer than to take accountability! I only got 2 1/2 years of my Ranch Pony 500 when my front differential partially dismounted as the unibody mount for the front diff snapped off and it needed to be welded, where I made an appointment for January 26 to have a shop attempt to repair it the after reviewing and adding up what I spent in the last 2 1/2 years in parts was 70% of the original purchase price! So combining the original sale price and 70% of it total sale price back in september , therefore it was decided that it was uneconomical for me to go ahead of the current repair so therefore the appointment with a local shop was cancelled! So I ordered a 2021 Polaris 1000 premium edition and all the needed accessories as I have paid the base model twice before the added accessories in the last 2 1/2 years! So save your money and buy a known brand at dealer near you and support your local businesses, so really you are not gaining anything by buying from BMS Motorsports! Its going to cost your more money and headaches in the long run! PS:Don't be Penny wise / Dollar foolish!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I purchased my T1500 Sand Sniper 4 seater on 2/14. Upon receiving the Buggy there was a bend in the front body bar. I called and tried to inquire about what they could do about it and they never responded. I told myself oh that's just a minor thing. Then i go to drive the buggy and one of the tires comes off of the rim. I wasn't taking the turn too hard or anything. I also checked the air pressure before hand. I drove it around happy to have my first buggy. Then the clutch went out. I purchased the part online because they never answer the phone at the Riverside office and the guy isn't helpful at all. There is what appears to only one person working their parts department. I have never spoke to anybody other than one person and i have called frequently. SO, i fixed the clutch and then i was having brake issues. I would always have to bleed them. Next the throttle cabling would stick. It would stick so bad that it would almost redline every time i started the buggy. I am replacing this with a better cable from a real buggy supplier. The bike throttle is a long run to the back of the buggy and got caught often. Then the voltage regulator went out on me. I called and emailed and the guy said he saw the email and didnt get back to me. I had to call and i was not happy. Oh and first the parts online search system and inventory system is completely unorganized. I asked about the part because i couldnt find it online. He told me to check in an hour and it would be up there. I finally was able to look for regulators in the search and they were showing in the inventory list. Guess what? My part wasn't there. I called again and the gentleman said, "oh yeah we don't have that part in stock"...so i waited for more to come as in when can i possible get the part. No i have to prompt him and he said oh well I am getting a shipment in 3-5 weeks but i don't know when i will have that part in. So right now I dont know how i can get a voltage regulator. Service is horrible and the product is cheaply made and i wouldn't recommend ANY BMS motorsports product to anybody.
My friend and i bought 2 heritage 150 scooters. Was a nightmare from the beginning. Took almost 2 months to get our registration paperwork, thus not being able to use them. Then , had to drop off at the garage to find out why front wheel was squeaking after riding for 2 days. yes, 2 days. Found out it was speed sensor and bad wheel bearings. Well, tried to get a refund from warranty, they say its from wear and tear.WHAT? its only been ridden for barely 100 miles. that is not wear and tear. This bike is cheaply made and not worth buying. Go for a better name brand and save yourself the headache. Get a Honda!
