The most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with in my life!
I have dealt with Site Managers Marno and Faizel, General Manager of the Western Cape Clare, Chief Maintenance Manager Vincent Van Emmenis and P.A to the Director Leanne Van Wyk and all of these individuals have been unprofessional to the point where the have caused me severe distress.
They change rules based on their assumptions, personal opinions and cannot provide me with concrete policies, procedures or information and further they lie!
To prove the unprofessionalism I was called arrogant and rude by the General Manager of the Western cape Clare and she actually acknowledged this to the Directors and the response I received back was that she was frustrated by our call!
I have to dealt with non response, delays, blatantly being ignored for the last year.
I am awaiting feedback from the directors who have apparently responded via the mind of the PA - she responded to my email stating what the directors response is which in fact was not true and felt her mind had said to respond on their behalf and responded blatant lies.
Based on the other reviews it is clearly an awful and appalling company culture they have which is clearly accepted and possibly promoted
