I would like to complain about the Banana Bay Resort and Marina in key West on Roosevelt Blvd. It is a horrible place. Completely run down. The pictures on the website are false. The room has bugs in it. My husband and I got there at night. We warmed coffee in the microwave and after that it was down fall. There were tiny spider like bugs coming out underneath the microwave. They were so tiny and white color that you really have to keep an eye on it. The move very very fast. We tried to make a video of them but you would really need magnifying high lens camera to capture them. Then we started to pay attention. They were on the wall and due to the dim lights we could not see properly, they were on the leather sofa, on the bathroom counter, on the bed, on the microwave counter. We went to the front desk but it was closed. We called Expedia and asked them to call the hotel services. They called 6 times but no one answered. We talked to the security guy and he just said to talk to the front desk in the morning.

Please take action on the hotel it might look nice but it has lots and lots of those small bugs. I don't even know what they are.
