Repeatedly reversing the money transfer without any justification
It has been a nightmare dealing with the customer service agent, who helplessly says that someone sit behind is responsible for rejection of transfers repeatedly without any justification or some false justification. I tried to send money to my daughter to Georgia for her study, admission, hostel and clearly explained to all these people, it's a small amount of $1800
Online transfers rejected twice, then went to branch personally then after 2–3 days again rejected... Reason don't know
The trick they play open a complaint wait for 5 days, after that again open another complain wait... Wait... Then fed-up and leave...
Send email no one respond even with several reminders... Highly unprofessional way of dealing by some of their department
No quality control
No Management
No proper communication and support
Even the branch customer service or operation Manager does not know

I made the transfer last April 2, 2023, going to my bank in the Philippines, amounting to 5000sr but until now I haven't received it. I called and reached out to them many times, but they kept pointing from one department to another. I hope this reaches the above-mentioned bank. It was hard-earned money. rude teller
Me and my wife go to enjaz al morooj branch 149 to send money in our country, but this rude teller ask my wife to put the name on a small paper my wife refuse rather she give her mobile phone that shown the name of the benifeciary this rude teller throw the mobile of my wife and start yelling..is it right that act for a costumer will dobe by this teller?. It happen this day 1:00pm even that rude teller dont tell his name. This kind of act not acceptable you can see the CCTV for the proof. This kind of employee is not good for bussiness.
