Bank Associates Merchant Services is very attentive to our businesses needs without being pushy. She checks in on us and makes us feel like she is part of our team. She makes herself available day or night and is very patient. Her customer service is top notch and unbeatable! Before changing credit card processing companies I had spoken with a few other companies prior to speaking with Bank Associates Merchant Services and once I spoke with her I knew she was the one I wanted to work with even before seeing the savings she had for us. Bank Associates Merchant Services presents herself in such a calm professional friendly way you feel like you've known her forever.

We wanted to move away from our previous merchant services because they charged a flat fee and we knew we were paying way too much in fees, but after I started getting pricing from various merchant service providers, we had various delays from our end including the Pandemic. The people from BAMS were understanding and called back whenever I told them to and once a representative was assigned to us, everything went smoothly. She explained everything in advance, was there explaining each form to sign, and was available for any questions or assistance. In only two months we've saved over $400 in fees and these are the slow months for our industry! I'm happy with BAMS and VERY HAPPY with the representative.
Switching to BAMS was one the best business decisions we've ever made. Our fees have literally been cut in half and the customer service is Outstanding. *** our account representative is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. They were referred to us from a 3rd party who also raved about their services and I have referred them to our customers as well.. Don't wait another minute to switch unless, of course, you like to pay more for a service that somebody else is offering for less. I would give 10 stars if that were an option.Thank you BAMS!
BAMS, and our account manager ***, have delivered on the lower transaction rates and improved customer service that they promised up front. In late June, I was reviewing credit card processors and came across this particular company and BAMs. From the first phone call, I could already tell she was going to deliver exceptional customer service. She was so helpful in that first call (and in every call since) that I ruled out other companies I had been considering, knowing that her assistance would be so valuable to us.
She reviewed our previous processor, showed me how we could save money and then went through every item on our statement and explained exactly what we were being charged for, and for a couple of items, whether it was necessary. I happily signed up for my account with BAMs knowing our account had been reviewed by this representative with a view to help our company save money and help us offer outstanding customer service.
Since that first call, she has kept in touch emailing and calling me to help me with Chargeback issues that have popped up. She's been fantastic in helping me really understand credit card processing on a higher level than I ever understood before. She's gone through our new statements and has shown me the savings we are realizing since we changed to BAMs.
I told her recently that I had already spent more time talking with her than I had with our previous rep of many years. Recently we had Chargebacks issued against us by a customer and she notified me almost before I knew what was happening. We went through my rebuttal and then she showed me how to use the BAMs website to quickly and easily respond. Just yesterday she got me on a call with our gateway to go over our Fraud Detection Suite to make sure our settings are up to date with the changing fraud climate. I consider my card processor change to work with this representative and BAMs my best decision in 2021.

Our needs aren't unusual and she was able to satisfy all our needs: remote charging, online charging, etc. After the first month, she called to go over my first month's savings. To my surprise, it was actually double the amount of what she estimated. This adds up to a sizable amount of money on an annual basis. I was very happy.

Our small business has received excellent personalized service from Ashley M. at BAMS! Initially, she took the time to go over a statement from our previous credit card processor and show me, in detail, item by item, where we could save money by switching to BAMS. She was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had, and made the decision to switch to BAMS a no-brainer. Since our business has been working with BAMS, we have saved money on processing fees, as well as receiving excellent customer service! We haven't had any problems, but Ashley has checked in, periodically, and is always friendly, courteous and professional! I highly recommend BAMS and Ashley M., in particular. She is a pleasure to work with!

We had two concerns about coming to BAMS for credit card processing:
1) Would the savings be as great as promised?
2) Would the transition be smooth?
In both cases, BAMS delivered. Our credit card processing fees are more than 2% lower than our old processor's fees. That may not sound like much but 2% on $100,000 in sales means $2,000 more for our firm. The better way to look at this is that BAMS fees cost roughly 50% less than our old processor's fees.
The transition was absolutely smooth. There was no disruption at all. The only differences were that the money arriving in our bank account came in faster and a different name was associated with the deposits.

My mother owns a Beauty Salon and I help her manage her salon. When Covid spread through US, our salon needed a contactless machines to settle payments(Many of our customers asked about this). So I contacted our card processor company, and asked for different card machine(we were a client for about 15years). The card processing company that we were not helpful, never pick up the phone, never calls back, doesnt follow up on their clients. The card processing company were Koreans and they took advantage of my mother who can not speak English fluently(My mother and I are also Koreans). They thought my mother will not be able to change card processor company because of the language barrier. I tried to find a different card processor company that were actually helpful to their clients. I found good reviews and ratings on Bank Associates Merchant Services on their website. I called in and I was able to connect to an agent named Ashley M. She explained all the fees and card processing machines. I was actually saving much more with BAMS than the other Card processing company. She was very professional and always there to help(gave me a call today to do a statement review about fees to make sure nothing is wrong with our bills). I've been using BAMS for 1 year now. I'm very satisfied with Ashley's and BAMS's services. Highly recommended to all the business owners. 10/10
