I fell behind on a car loan and was contacted by WPCU. I paid the amount owed and was told everything is fine *** next payment would be the following month. The VERY NEXT DAY, my car gets repossessed. I either would like my vehicle back or a stop payment on the $1900 I just paid the day before. I understand that I fell behind and that is my fault completely. However, promising me that everything is good after I pay a significant amount and then taking the car back anyway is dirty and underhanded. A bit of honesty would have made this much better.

Applied for a mortgage
Applied for a mortgage. Went through the whole process. When it went to underwriting they refused to go through with the mortgage. They accused me of committing fraud. They said when I transferred money to a bank account I opened with them that I committed fraud. No other explanation whatsoever. No one ever contacted me about the wire transfer and the website says you dont need a bank account with them to get a loan with them. They cancelled my loan after wasting my time because the interest rate was too low or they figured out they could not make money off it. Then I started gettin a bunch of random calls about debt consolidation and things of that nature. They must have stole my info and sold it.

Friday 9 2021 I applied for a personal loan I've been paying everything on time I e done my best to work with them and still they are not being honest or fair they supposedly pulled my credit and said it was in the mid 500's what they didn't realize was I had another company do the same thing and pulled a 652 now I want to how many people have they done this to they are choosing to look at the old score and not at the present score they never pulled my credit I pay for but the other company did I have proof of this because I pay for my credit I don't go to credit Karma I would to get a group of people that are having these same problems sit down and see what we can do about this I know it is some type of discrimination or against the federal law to do so

I contacted Wright Patt credit union last week I had been in contact with a few different employees trying to get a settlement on this accountI was told I need to occasion that by settling The balance with at the end would be delete it for my credit report I have dropped it payment certified funds and sending the $235 that I was told but now just today when I asked to talk to a supervisor she said no we're not gonna delete it only when you pay the full $470 which is completely as I talk to at least three different employees and they said it would be deleted from my credit report I made sure to ask that upfront this was very important to me. The supervisor can't even answer why I was told this information and I just called right back and asked and employee and they said once again it will be deleted from my credit report once payment is received

Reported a 30 day past due credit alert without contacting me. A 30 day past due payment alert was sent to the credit bureaus without even contacting me to let me know there was an issue. It was an honest mistake that was resolved immediately once I discover there was an issue. Not even a phone call was received from them. I received a notice of the 30 day late payment in the mail a week after it had been reported to the credit bureau. When it called Wright Patterson they said they attempted to call the day before they reported it but that was untruthful as I was home and nobody had called. They refused to remove this from the credit bureau. I always make my payments automatically on time it was inadvertently canceled when being reviewed when I called the bank to determine the route cause as to why it did not go through. This is terrible way to have treat a good loyal customer of several years.

Was unable to access mobile banking. Called into Wright patt to see what the issue was. I was added to my husbands bank account in January. I was sitting with him when we added me to account. I filled out the DocuSign with all my personal information. And was added to the account no issue. My husband has had his accounts with Wright patt for years now, which have included 2 mortgages, a car loan and a credit card. As of today August 3rd I'm being told I have 30 days to remove myself from his account or they will automatically remove me due to a previous account that I had now clue was charged off years ago. I am not the primary on this account my husband is. I have sent all information to the bank including my previous name and social security number. So why is this now an issue. If it doesn't resolve and I stay on account. My husband will be closing his accounts minus the car loan and mortgage.

Unfortunately for an unfair reason had my accounts closed. The fraud department said that I am abusing credit card points, and making unusual transactions on my account, and not providing true information regarding my income on my loan application. This should all have been checked by Underwritter, but it failed, and credit was given to me . Days later I am notified that I provided incorrect information. The underwriter who reviewed my application should have denied my credit increase request, and not done what it did. They closed my account, and they're treating me like a criminal. I was told that I abused the credit card points system by making multiple transactions and paying them immediately to earn points. On the WPCU website it clearly says that the product has 1.5% unlimited cashback, no caps. That and false advertising, how can I abuse an unlimited system? I never did anything wrong, the system caught me in an arbitrary, discriminatory and totally unfair way.

We have not had any huge issues with this bank other than the online system and being able to pay after business hours. However, it has been a totally different experience today. I called the bank to have a late payment removed from mine and my husband's credit report seeing as we are both on the car note. I first spoke with a nice lady who updated my profile but as she was transferring me we lost connection. I called back and a male answered the phone. He was rude and even laughed at the situation when I asked him to transfer me to someone else. Not one thing funny about having a miscarriage and losing your job. It's disgusting. I had to force him to let me speak with someone else. The whole point of the call was to let them know I paid on time but because it was after hours it went on late and made it seem I was outside of the 30 days. I had actually tried to pay prior to that but couldn't get the site to update my password the Friday prior. Please help with this, both situations.

By my understanding when you open a business account the institute you use will help now I've applied to this company multiple times for help with my business not only do they seem not to want to help me but have no regard for customer service or customer loyalty I applied for a loan not to big credit only a 653 like 8 to $10,000 to pay up my truck lease insurance and telecommunications/ phone , internet & etc . They made me wait for 6 days I call the guy kinda snickers and say oh they should get back to you today / yesterday he says she just pulled I say I know I pay for my credit it's only a 590 I say it was that last month sir also didn't think you could just share that with someone sitting at home picking up the phone should have been the person pulling my credit speaking with me I've asked for a supervisor can never find anyone not to mention my Transunion score is a 653 first they told me a 650 now it's a 700 I'm starting to wonder if it's my color if so I have no problem leaving

Drive Thru concerns!
Drive Thru concerns! At the Dayton location there is not a live teller at location but a automatic drive thru that is on an timer I assume because 12/24 there was a line of 50 cars when I pulled up at 1:17 and 50 cars after me and while waiting the time got up to 2:00 and the drive thru closed. Now this has happened a few times to me where this time a staff member was looking out her window and saw all the cars in line and you close the teller lane anyhow. At other locations there are live staff on board so if your not in line by close, there someone or security guiding traffic and not allowing anyone else in line. Now your still able to be served because you got in line prior to close but at the Dayton location...not so much. This was extremely nerve wrecking because I don't have a checking account at this bank but loans I really needed to pay and get money off my credit card account. Something needs to be done about this issue because if I wait 45 mins just to not be serviced then what does that say about your customer service?

Misinformation and false promises with illegal practicing. My husband and I have a loan through wright-patt and decided that while we were looking at boats we would try to use them for a boat loan. On March 17th we called them to see about getting pre-approved for a loan at $32,000 as that was what we were planning on asking for a specific boy we were looking at. The representative on the phone told *** (my husband) that we would be approved easier if we applied for a vehicle loan instead of a boat one. After being approved, as long as we put 10% down, we negotiated with the boat owner and settled upon a $34,000 loan. I called wright-patt to see if we could be approved for the $34,000 and the representative said he would send it to underwriting and would know in a couple of hours. I called after a couple of hours and they said we were approved again, I gave them the boat information and the representative said that it had been under a vehicle loan instead of a boat loan but 'that there shouldn't be a problem to adjust it.' This was on the 19th. I received a vm from *** on the 25th saying she was just waiting on information from the brokerage. I then received a letter from wright-patt on the 1st of April saying that we hadn't been approved dated the 26th of March. *** and I called wright-patt separate times and they said that since it wasn't put down as a boat loan we weren't approved and they were only doing loans for $15,000 if $10,000 was put down. We argued that we did say it was for a boat loan and they decided to pull the transcripts. They saw it was their fault and said that we could put $19,000 down or purchase a vehicle loan at $34,000 so they know we can make payments. I am extremely annoyed that a company would lie and give false information and use illegal practicing by saying that if we are approved first for a vehicle loan we can get approved for a boat loan.

Spoke with bank Assoc said they cant do anything about it I am a co buyer on a vehicle, I wasn't notified that he was behind until I received a letter addressed to both of us. Most of the time mail goes to him, I don't open his mail. Being addressed to me I opened it. Maybe co buyers should have a letter addressed to them just incase things like this don't happen. The company should of notified me after the first payment missed after the grace period which is 10 DAYS. I did call the bank and spoke with a ***, she said i was notified by phone with the number on file at that time *** 10:50am 11/20 asked what my number was I then told her and she replied that's not the number listed. Its corrected now. I then asked why I wasn't notified other than this time before its gets put on my credit, so I would have a chance to make the payment. With being a co buyer I should of maybe received some addressed to me to allow me to pay before it hurts my credit. *** did say that if it was her to dispute it. With not given the option to pay it penalizes me. *** said that they wasn't able to reverse anything, I did say out of frustration, quick to put on and months to years to get off. *** was very understanding on the situation, she updated my number and put a note in the file to contact me from here on out with the correct number and or by letter. I am really displeased on the lack of communication that I had or HADN'T received. I had worked so hard to keep up with everything credit wise. I am very displeased and frustrated. I did ask *** if I could make the balance current she said yes. So I did pay it to make it current. All of this could of been avoided by just communicating. I would of liked to been able to correct this prior to them reporting to credit companies. There means of communicating was to a non working number that they had on file. Area code at that time was like 280 not sure where that is but our area code is 937. Why still contact a phone and not get a reply. Next step would of been a letter addressed to me as a co buyer. My credit to a major hit.

I paid a fee to stop payment on 2 invalid cashiers checks that were 4 and 5 months old. Wright Patt Credit Union allowed the checks to be cashed. I've been a proud member of Wright-Patt Credit Union for over 20 years. And many of them with direct deposit. I have multi accounts with this bank. These include 2 grandsons age 2, my mother and was getting ready to open another one for my granddaughter who will be 1 February. Then this happened. On November 24,2020 I called Wright-Patt Credit Union and spoke with representative ***. Telling *** that I wanted to stop payment on 2 cashiers checks. She asked for my account number, the amounts of the checks, the dates they were drawn and the check numbers to see if the checks had been cashed. I provided *** with the information. The account =XXXXXXX, Check amount one = 3000 dollars dated June 20,2020 and check number XXXXXXXX. Check amount two = 941 dollars dated July 22. *** said that the checks had not been cashed and told me that it would be 25 dollars each to have both checks stopped. She also stated that she could deduct the fees from my account. I agreed for the fees to be withdrawn and asked if there was anything else that I needed to do. *** reply was, no it has all been taken care of and that the money would be put back into my account. On the 25th of November . I call back to the credit union to make sure everything was done because earlier that day. I had checked my account online and had overlooked where the two fees of 25 dollars each where deducted from my account. I spoke with *** and *** that day of the 25 at two different times. The first time it was for 2 minutes 43 seconds and somehow we got disconnected. The second time for 18 minutes and 23 seconds confirming the two fees where taken from my account for the stop payment of the two invalid cashiers checks. On November 30,2020 I spoke with *** about my money being put back into my account. *** told me that it takes 5 to 10 days for the money to show back in my account and that it was flagged to not cash the checks. December 4 I called and spoke with *** concerning refund on cashiers checks that were invalid and I paid a fee to stop payment on. *** told me that the checks were cashed November 27. I told her that I do not agree with that and I had did everything that was asked of me through the representative of Wright-Patt Credit Union to stop payment on two cashiers checks that were 4 and 5 months old. And that the checks clearly has a date on them and voids 90 days after that date. *** then connected me with ***. I expressed my same feeling to *** as I did with ***. I also told *** that I was told that my money would be refunded because of my actions. *** told me that she would research it to see what happened and get back with me later that day or the following Monday. I never heard anything else back from *** that Friday nor the following Monday on December 7. The next contact with Wright-Patt Credit Union was December 8. Representative *** called me and left a message that he was looking into the situation of my cashiers checks and that Wright-Patt was going to do everything in it's power to get me my money refunded back. I ended up calling the bank back and was connected to ***. I explained the situation to him and letting him know that I never heard back from ***. *** said that he knew of the situation because he had listened to a recording from when *** and I first had the conversation about stopping payment of said cashiers checks. He said that all conversations are recorded. *** called me back again December 10,2020 and left a message that he was waiting to hear from Mr *** and that I could call him. I called for Mr *** December 14 and 15 but could not reach him. I did speak with *** and *** They took the information and said that they would email Mr Rodridguez. I did not get a call back. December 16 *** called telling me that I would not be reimbursed.

Of our 3 Stimulus checks, Wright Patt stole my 2nd check of $1,200. I was told that it 2as put towards my debt by an employee of theirs. However, when I reviewed all transactions and payment history, that money was never deducted. I will be moving forward with a personal attorney and lawsuit, along with making this information 100% public. This money was taken AFTER I filed for bankruptcy, but this company doesn't care in the slightest. I expect a refund and full public apology within 7 business days.
