Ever since my bank merged with this one I have had non stop issues
Ever since my bank merged with this one I have had non stop issues. They switched members from Visa to Mastercard, with no warning, I made a purchase with my new debit card online and was charged additional fees due to the card being Mastercard and the merchant was evidently out of the US. Some places I regularly use my card are now declining my transactions while others work perfectly fine and there are adequate funds in my account. I switched all of my accts that have auto payments and now some payments aren't processing 2 months later. The final straw was a cash app transaction being switched to "cash" because there was an "issue" with my bank acct, so the money was never deposited into my account, instead it sat in limbo in cash app and I had to refund it to the person and find another way to make the transaction. This bank has been a disaster since they merged with Schools Federal and it doesn't help that this all took place after I moved out of the area so I have to rely on mobile banking. Now I have to find a local bank as this one has proven to be sub par.

On the morning of December 4, I arrived at your Stater location at the intersection of Valley Center Drive. I attempted to withdraw $100 cash, but only my card and receipt were dispensed. I used a Schoolsfirst ATM where the machine malfunctioned and didn't dispense my funds. I immediately called the bank to explain the issue and they told me it would take up to 45 calendar days to be resolved. I explained to them that I am not a member, so they said my card issuer would have to file the complaint. I've called Schoolsfirst multiple times for an update and they won't tell me anything because I'm not a member, but I'm out of $1,000 which is my rent for the month.

Thinking that the correspondence come from this credit union, I accepted their refinancing offer and I went through with its process. This unfinish process, probably will hurt my credit history because I initiated a process that I finally declined because I was mislead by the advertisement. As result of this non-sense business, I contacted the credit union and I spoke to a supervisor. her name is Cynthia M. This administrator forwarded my complaint to Monica Ocampo, a manager as well. This person responded in such demeaning and unprofessional manner. Attachment might be provided as well. Again, If I made this complaint it is because their unfair practices. Schools first did a good job, trying to help assist with what they could do... however NOONE seemed to understand the severity of this problem I am experiencing. I still don't have online access, nor a new bank account number. I can't even use my debit card. It doesn't work with the *** I created at the branch in the beginning of December. Please help

I recently recognized an unauthorized charge that I reported. Apparently, it goes back to December , which is almost a year ago. They told me I would have to call the company to cancel whatever the charge was and then give them a call back to dispute the charge, which a violation of regulation E. After telling them that they are violating Reg E for making me call back to do the dispute, the rep did the claim for only 3 months, since they can only dispute that last 3 months of transactions versus all the transactions they can see up to December . I want to get my money back from unauthorized purchases like I can with other banks.

I received a letter stating that I need to show proof of hazardous insurance, never had this issue prior to the merg of this company and Schools first credit union. I called when I got a 2nd letter to see what I had to do and the lady told me to have my insurance company resend the coverage and for me to go into mycoverageinfo.com to update it as well, so I did as requested. I then get 3rd letter stating that they have charged my escrow for no providing proof of insurance. I called again and they tried to give me the run around and at this point I told the lady I don't have time to do their job. I did my part and still got charged. My insurance is yearly payment so there shouldn't have been any issues. This bank is unorganized and cannot do their job. I will be looking into refinance with a different bank. I just hope this does not affect my credit score.

I did a member to member transfer and accidentally transferred $700 instead of $70 in September. Furthermore, I informed the representative to note my account for a follow-up call the next day. Unfortunately, I fell ill with an acute glaucoma attack due to the stress, requiring emergency surgery. When I called the bank on Thursday, they said they couldn't rectify the error since I hadn't reported it immediately. I clarified that I did call and was informed that the relevant department couldn't help. The supervisor promised to review the call recordings, as my conversation wasn't noted on my account. It's perplexing that the bank won't assist with an error made via their new, glitch-prone app.

When my Mom returned on the 9/24 she noticed that her savings only had $10,000 and not $15000. She inquired about the discrepancy. The Assit. Mgr *** said she made a withdrawal of $5000+. My Mom disputed it. They investigated and said the *** gave her two envelopes. They were wrong. The first envelope held the Chase check and a copy of that check. So my mom returned it to her purse when she gave it to him. Then, the second envelope was the $1000 she cashed. But the bank is insisting my Mom got the $5000+. But she never did. The security cameras show that she got the two envelopes. But the neither envelope has the $5000+ cash. *** is lying and never handed her the money. Such a large amount of cash wasn't counted infront of my Mom. And they have serial numbers and could trace it. They are wrong. Please help.

Purchased multiple goods from an online merchant with a 3-5 week time frame
Purchased multiple goods from an online merchant with a 3-5 week time frame. The merchant then gave delivery dates extending past the 5 weeks. The merchant gave reasons for the delay due to supply chain issues and that the products still are coming every 2 weeks. The merchant gave a January 3rd, 2022 when the products will arrive. No products arrived. I requested a refund from the merchant on 1/3/22 and the merchant processed the refunds on 1/4 and 1/6. No refunds have showed up from the merchant as of 1/22/22. Called 1/14 for 8 transactions, 1 was approved because it was within 60 days. I have been a member of schools first federal credit union since 2018
I have been a member of schools first federal credit union since 2018. Since September this year I have had multiple issues with money literally disappearing before my eyes on a daily basis. I was trying to purchase a home and have put $30,000+ dollars in the savings account with this bank. They were allowing transfers from savings to checking repeatedly in large amounts and claiming I made the transfers. I went in person on the phone and was asked every time to review my statements that they printed for me and they refused to go over them with me even though I claimed something was fishy! It is to the extent that in the month of August it shows I went through ***+ in one month! I complained that if the checking account was overdrawn so many ti.ez how was it that they were not adding the customary $22.00 overdraft fee every time because with all of those transfers it was not implemented a single time! I also told then the alert emails I was receiving showing my account withdrawals and balances did not match and were extremely inconsistent with time frame and amounts the email sometime claiming to deduct several different amounts and the balance remaining the same or hundreds less than my balance literally minutes to hours later. This week I watched my account dwindle away to literally 10 dollars its Christmas and they now with 10 dollars locked my account. I have no money no access according to them. Since September I have complained you change my card and continue to allow businesses that were not authorized or given the new information to continue to remove money from my account. You have failed to protect my account security and have Fallen short providing customer service that has been effective or helpful. I have copies of emails that I believe are either incorrect or fraudulent and you have failed to investigate. Again since August to present this ha occurred repeatedly and none of these transfers between accounts follow my way normal banking pattern

Worst bank when it comes to member services. I been trying to set up my online banking since yesterday. Today the hold time went from we will return your call to this company is temporally not available. Not to mention when I called a week ago and the customer svc rep said that member service will be open over the weekend to help transition accounts. That was a lie. Who does that! Not sure about you but this is my money they are playing with and I am not happy about this service. I will be looking for a new bank.
