On October 2nd, I attempted to send money through the cash app after connecting my card to the app. I had just gotten a refund, and there was plenty of money in the account to do so, but the first time it declined, I thought maybe I had keyed the number in the wrong. Still, I tried it once more and then attempted to call bank mobile vibe during hours they were supposed to be available, and no one ever picked up the phone. I stayed on the phone for that particular time for a couple of hours. In the meantime, I received a text message asking if I was attempting the transaction. I replied yes and got an immediate text saying thanks for responding and that I could try my transaction in 2 to 3 minutes since I had verified that it was me. It never worked, and that same process kept happening a few times because I kept receiving the messages and saying it was me, but it never allowed me to go through with the transaction. I believe this was only a Saturday, and I realized no one was going to answer the phone, so I waited until Monday and stayed on hold for over an hour, and much to my surprise, someone answered me finally. I explained my situation, and before I could finish the whole story, he cut me off and said it was something going out with their fraud system or something that kept kicking transactions with the cash app out. Still, nothing was wrong with my card; I could use it anywhere except through the cash app until they resolved the issue. None of this was my fault, nor should I be responsible for 14 dollars worth of fees for the bank's problems. Again, that was on 10/2. I have not attempted any transactions with the cash app since this happened, and two days ago, on October 17, 21 more fees came out of my account. This time, I repeat, I did not attempt any more charges or transactions with the cash app. I got the same fraud alert two days ago as on 10/2. I responded, and it immediately attempted to connect me with the fraud department, where I also stayed on hold so long that it just cut me off. So not only did I not make these transactions, they alerted me, called me, and then wouldn't connect with me person to person. I have had this card active with a positive balance since 10/01, give or take a few days prior. I have called for two days straight and have yet to get someone to answer the phone. It's nonexistent, so I guess I'm just supposed to let them get away with stealing money. I'm sorry, I DON'T GET IT LIKE THAT TO THROW AWAY. I DON'T KNOW WHERE ELSE TO TURN!

Desired outcome: I want all the fees that I was charged for and any other unauthorized charges put back in my acct. i have contacted cash app and it isn't them, it is bankmobile
