Bank of America review: My funds have not been paid to me despite bof a closing my account

n the early part of this month, I deposited a check for $75,000 that was presented to me by my mother, Gladys Murphy, that was from her checking account at First Citizens Bank in Palm Desert. When I deposited the check through the ATM at the BofA branch in Indio It told me that there would be a seven day hold on my check but then the check would be made available to me. Two days after my deposit the $75,000.00 check was paid by my mother's bank, First Citizens Bank. Her bank paid the check without hesitation. Bank of America was now in possession of the $75,000 but would not credit my account with my $75,000 and sent me a message saying that the check was fraudulent and would be closing my account. I then immediately called them and asked them why this check was labeled fraudulent when I knew that It was not. The bank that the check was written on has never questioned the legitimacy of the check until I believe they were contacted by BofA who I believe pressured First Citizens Bank to contact my mother and question her as to whether she was aware of the check which of course she was. For whatever reason BofA closed my account on 8/16/2023 without paying me my $75,000 that they have held on to for over two weeks now and more than a week past their original seven-day hold that they said they would have it on hold. The check was very legitimate as both the bank and my mother were aware of the check and there is nothing fraudulent with this check and BofA knows this but still won't pay me my money even though they have closed my account. I will not accept them sending this $75000 back to the checks maker as they have suggested because they have already cashed the check two weeks ago and that is my money that I received in a legitimate manner and If I am not paid Immediately I am prepared to use all of that $75000 to file a lawsuit against BofA for as much as I could possibly sue them for which would be way more than $75000 and then some. I could care less if they close my account as the feeling is mutual, but I demand that they pay me my money that they have in essence stole from me and have cost me thousands of dollars for which I have every intention of recovering this and a lot more If I don't get paid Immediately.
