Their customer service is sleeping. They are giving different instructions in different service request (SR). They are giving instruction and after you make it they will make you wait long time. Its hard for me to ask for service request because I am here outside country (K.S.A). in the start they told me to passed the signed form of my request and I did it. After that they received the form late because it is not easy to send documents here in Saudi Arabia to Philippines. After that they received my original signed form, they make me wait long time. And now the are asking me another signed form to send in Philippines.
I send all the copy of my available I.D and also my passport. but its useless. I know they have protocols and procedures but for me its hard to send again another documents. I ask them to compare the signature in my first signed form but they insist.
Anyways, BPI is a good bank but the team working in this company is sleeping.
I am so disappointed that we are OFW and asking for the service and doing anything just to avail this service but they are giving hard time for us.

Since the day that your BPI team received my signed documents from RIYADH Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they sent me an email telling the procedure I will do because the signed form was received after 20-days waiting period.
I did all the steps they told me.
I cleared the phone data, I request again the transfer to anyone request in the same mobile I am using, and when the new signed form came into my email, I disregards it as per your BPI express online team and after that, I informed them that its done.
after 2 to 3 days they sent me another email telling that they forward it in the concerned department.
after 2 days they send me an email again that they are asking if I used the same device in my filed enrollment and of course I replied YES!
after another days coming, they are asking the same questions again and again. I already attached a picture of my company I.D, Residency I.D "Iqama", My Philippine voters I.D, my BPI ATM Card for them to believe and process my service request because I will use this for sending money in my family in the Philippines.
Its almost 3 weeks since I am following up this request.

The new Bank Manager at BPI Magllanes, Cecil is rude, unpleasant, utterly unhelpful, and too busy talking rather then listening to the client. I've had a great experience at BPI Magallanes for years, but in the two weeks that she's taken her post and I've had to interact with her, I'm about ready to close all my accounts and take my business to somewhere more professional and pleasant

I checked why am I charged for Php 300.00? I had this card for

I informed them that no one has notified me when in fact my account never had a balance. We were informed that since it was a payroll account, there should be no maintaining balance. They said it was automatically converted which i did receive any info. I was charged twice. I messaged them the first time i got charged but no reply and then they charged me again. If they informed me about it the first time I inquired for it, would i not remove my money before they can take it? I hope they'll refund it before this case gets elevated.

Had the worst experience when trying to make a transaction with the bank's teller named Sheena Balagosa at BPI Victorias City branch. The sarcastic way of her talking and responding to my concerns is very inappropriate for a well known bank in the country. Hoping this would reach them and proper actions should be taken so that this can be avoided and no further customer should experience this blatant manner.

I just want to know the status of my credit card if it was already deactivated. Senova deposited $45000.00 into your bank in my name. Your banker refuses to do a normal bank to bank wire. With subtracting the necessary fees at transfer. I talk to my bank Wells Fargo and this is normal banking transaction. Why does your banker demand me to pay fees directly to them? Is this a normal practice of your bank? black mailing people for their money. Bank to bank wires is safe and fast no middle banker in process. I understand that the police is involved with my money and is demanding you reconcile the money. You as a bank has not contacted me. You have all my bank information. Can you please explain why you can't conduct a normal bank transaction (bank to bank wire where you take out the fees during the transfer) Wells Fargo will be taking their fee when they get the money before it is posted why can't you take out your fees before you make the transfer?

Reason: I was waiting for the other motorcycle who was leaving the left side parking spot so that I could park my Vespa motorbike when the guard asked me to park at the farther right side (which is far and hot). He said customers are not allowed to park there but later on, there was another motorist who parked on the said spot but he allowed it anyway which is unfair for me.

My complain is that my credit card had suddenly having an unexpected big balance which is I already paid it... Now if there is outstanding balance that I did not settle it or pay the bank should notify me via txt, call, letters personaly so that I can comply whatever negligence I have on my credit card 1 or 2 months after.. But the problem is after more than 2yrs they sent me a letters saying that I have an outstanding balance which is so big that I cannot pay for it... And if I have money I think its unfair to pay which I did not use it.. Pls anyone out there pls have a considerarion to me or pls give me best solution to my problem... I am complaining your staff Sarah May U. Egalin" whom I am asking for the status of the title - which I just recently fully paid in BPI.
I was initially advised that the title is with the developer and I am asking for timelines when it will be available as the reply to my initial email was vague.
I was replied by this RUDE staff of yours that I should be the one to follow-up with the developer. This is not the way you treat and talk to your customers. I am only asking for timeline so I know when I will follow up again.

I just like to complain and request for your good office to check your phone banker under the name of Warren Piu.
I called him today to inquire why I was continously billed by a finance charge for a continous month in my credit card despite the fact that when I call in your BPI hotline, i am told that it will be waive.He puts me on hold for about more than 30mins.I feel irritated because this is the second time i called in your hotline.
Calling in BPI hotlines took almost an hour just to be able to talk to a costumer service.Everybody is busy.Its a very wasted time contacting your hotline.Letting me wait for more than 30mins again is too much.
I ask him if the service is that bad better to cut my card instead.Without any proper costumer assistance he cut it unfairly.
I understand that i am just a mole in the clients of BPI but more than a decade, i only put my savings under BPI bank.Take my home loan only in BPI bank, have my credit card only in this bank and this is all i will receive?
I think its very unfair to a client like me.

Why does bpi habay and binakayan not provide duplicate copies of deposit slips? I have had to make deposit to companies who require the original deposit slips to be couriered immediately to their address. One teller was kind of enough to photocpy the slip for me but the rest especially in habay insist that it is the clients responsibility. However two months back a teller at the preferred counter was kind enough to use carbon paper to give me a copy. Now they wont even use carbon paper for a duplicate slip. Stating that its policy of bpi. Your service is disappointing. Its just a duplicate but we need it as proof if original is lost in transit

Service incidents:
1. Very slow response time - took bpi consumer loans 1 week to reply back through email just for a simple inquiry on my existing account. Note that this already has a service ticket.
2. Missing data - loans service desk gave the instructions however with missing data in the account number. Missing 4 leading zereos. The bpi teller then accepts the payment but has not confirmed account number/account name. This caused my full loan payment in float for 1 more week.
3. Unresponsive - as a consumer with multiple accounts with bpi, they should revert back to my inquiries as to when will be the final release date. 8 days have passed and no reply.
Effect of very slow response from bpi:
- lost opportunity from my clients since I don't have the original papers at hand.
Customer dissatisfaction:
- will never get a car loan with bpi again. They will obligate you for a locked-in bpi car insurance with a high participation fee. This is a rip-off when compared to other banks.
- bpi should improve on their response time, overall customer service.
