Banner Health review: Infection I received

I had surgery for thyroid removal Aug 24, 2023. In order to check my calcium levels I was poked in my dominate hand every 2 hours for blood draw for 2 days. I was discharged Aug 26, 2023. Sept 6th 2023 I began having discomfort in my hand. The next couple of days it got worse swelling and extreme pain. I went to Banner Goldfield they told me I had an infection and they told me I was going to be transported to Banner Desert for surgery. By the early evening late afternoon Sept 9, 2023 I had my 1st of 2 surgeries. The second was Sept 11, 2023. I was discharged 4 days later. I had a PICC line and antibiotics for 28 days. Physical therapy since Oct 6, 2023 to present. I have lost 35% flexibility of my wrist. I still suffer with pain and this has changed my life in major ways. I contacted the risk management and she has not responded since she closed my case. How can she close my case when the doctor hasn't released me yet? I asked for a copy of her investigation and I have received nothing. Her narrative half isn't true part I never said basically it was a whatever sure your hurt you get nothing letter. She never met with me to see my hand. Never asked my witness name either.
