Need to be stopped
My husband Richard Davies ordered a drill battery from this company on 29th December 2008. We are still awaiting delivery or refund, we have queried this on several occassions and keep being fobbed off. Now they don't answer our queries at all! There are many complaints about this company on the internet, but they are still being allowed to advertise! They need to be stopped!!

TAKE YOUR MONEY-ALMOST IMMEDIATELY- THEN SEND YOU NO MERCHNDISE.
THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR TITLE (LTD COMPANY NOW) BUT ARE STILL RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. BEEN REPORTED TO THE TOOTHLESS TRADING STANDARDS-TO VISA- TO MASTERCARD AND BBC WATCHDOG ALL OF WHOM CAN'T SEEM TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM
If what you say is the case why are there STILL complaints being aired all over the net(post 20-may) also having looked at the website why is the exact same format in use and why are the prices the same. just trying to con more money out of people. Also no-one in their right minds would purchase a domain with such a bad(world-wide) reputation. At present i will let mastercard, visa, watchdog and trading standards carry on looking, if and when they give assurances that it IS a completely seperate company with no ties in ANY form to previous owners then i will reconsider my position.

Agree with all the bad comments this company don't deserve to exist. They sent me a duff battery, told me I did not know how to charge a battery properly (it was a replacement for a drill I have been using daily for the last 4 years)
Paul who would not help at all just swore at me when I asked for postage to send back the faulty battery, they say nothing wrong with it but why does a battery get so hot within 2 or 3 minutes of charging it takes over 3 hours to call down!
It cost me £11 to send it back they insisted it when express and tracked, would you believe it there was no one there to receive the parcel!
They have not refund the money for postage, saying it was my fault the battery had to go back, look at the terms and conditions, I have and can not find any where that states customer is responsible for return of faulty goods at own cost. Trade with this company at your own peril. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED I did not see the negative before so have lost out like so many other people.
Scam; Batterytrader.com traded taking peoples and not sending goods or/and not paying suppliers...
Company dissolved per companies house, Silverburn same address etc etc just different company nbr and director

My mail to Silverburn 27/5 -------------------
To me this looks like fraud by Batterytrader.com Limited and unethical business behaviour by Silverburn Ltd.
Fraud because they (Batterytrader) took my money without delivering the goods. And unethical behaviour by Silverburn because you buy an ebusiness without resolving outstanding issues.
I assume I am not the only one in this situation (paying and not receiving goods). If Batterytrader.com Limited have been acting fraudulent I expect that you at least collect the input from angry customers and hand this over to the police.
I assume you have paid someone for the batterytrader domain.
Can you also provide me with names of persons with whom you negotiated this deal.
No complaints whatsoever since we took over Batterytrader.
