I received a replacement shirt, which was also damaged in the same way, then another replacement shirt asap! Each time they assured me that no matter what they would get it right. They did! Since my order was fulfilled very quickly, they couldn't change the already processed shirt, so I was granted an extra shirt of the correct size at no extra cost! I just recently made a large order for our local pride group in Canada. This was my first time ordering and I hadn't noticed one of the items was a pre-order that would hold up the shipping on my entire order. I contacted customer service to see when the shipment was expected to ship and realized the issue. I was sure everything wouldn't arrive in time for my the giveaways I was organizing, and with a heavy heart was going to have cancel the order. After some back and forth with the company via email we not only sorted out to get non pre order items here much faster, but they also offered to cover the cost of the later shipping on the pre-order items when they arrived to the warehouse. I entirely appreciate the work that was done to ensure my order could be processed in time to arrive when it was needed. I also fully understand and appreciate the level of care and commitment it takes to work these things out with the warehouse, especially considering no mistake was made on their end. Their customer service was friendly and kind with each interaction, and I couldn't be happier with their efforts. I look forward to receiving my order and purchasing again!
Inconsistent Sizing Chart: A Review of TeeTurtle's T-Shirts
TeeTurtle is a really cool website with some awesome designs. I mean, seriously, they have some of the coolest t-shirts I've ever seen. And their site is super easy to use, which is always a plus. But, there is one thing that really bugs me about TeeTurtle - their sizing chart. It's a total joke.
See, the thing is, TeeTurtle doesn't actually make their own t-shirts. They buy them from a bunch of different suppliers. Which, I guess, is fine. But it means that the sizing of their shirts can be all over the place. Like, I've bought five different shirts from them, and each one has a tag from a different manufacturer. So, the sizing is totally inconsistent.
For example, I bought a men's large t-shirt from TeeTurtle, and it was way too short. Like, I could barely get it to cover my belly button. But then, I bought another men's large t-shirt from them, and it was way too long. Like, it went down to my knees. It's just really frustrating, you know?
I wish TeeTurtle would do something about this. Like, maybe they could have a more detailed sizing chart that takes into account the different manufacturers they use. Or, maybe they could just stick to one manufacturer for all their shirts. I don't know. But, until they figure something out, I'm going to be really hesitant to buy any more shirts from them.

I paid almost 20 bucks for expedited shipping, and the website said that my order would arrive before the big day. But now, I'm feeling pretty disappointed.
