Hair delivery
I biught hair from Linda. When I wanted to order she was quick to respond to my text but now that I am asking about my hair she responds after a few hours. And when she responds give short answers like yes, no and today. No full senteces. I just wanted the tracking number. It has been 10 days now that I have been asking for the tracking number. This woman needs to be stopped.

Payment made but hair not received
Placed an order with Kara in March 2022. Made payment on the 23rd of March and submitted proof of payment for 36inch bundles. I have made numerous attempts to reach out and find out what the issue was. After I had paid and asked my hair Kara told me the bank account I paid into was closed, I called Standard Bank requesting they look into it but they could not look into another customers account. I told Kara the bank couldn’t help and they have to go reverse the money. Till today I am not getting any assistance or responses on this.

I bought 30 inch hair from heibuy linda, the communication was poor and when the hair arrived the bundles are so small and wont even make a wig. A soon i text heibuy about this issue that's where they start ignoring me and i told them am cancelling the lay-by they're are refusing to give me my money back and they're not replying my texts. My money is on you guys and now my texts are ignored i even tried to call. You have to take action with this here's my phone number [protected]

Hi, I ordered an 18 inch from Rola I send her picture of what I want and she agree that I will get it, the minutes later after payment she told me she sends curls knowing well I wanted straight, I was so disappointed and I can't even take it back the courier guy didnt approved that. She didn't even try to change with the courier now am paying for something that I never want.

I ordered 2 items and i only received one, and it seems am not the first person she is scamming using the name heibuy, please check this out before she ruins the company reputation, i bought kinky wig and 30inch brazillian hair, she only sent the braxzillian hair and no wig, my R700 is gone, i paid form an FNB account into her account using refference [protected] on the 2nd june, i sent the proof of payments to [protected]@heobuy.com

The company closed I don't know how this person got access to the WhatsApp numbers, they use both Linda and Hebe contacts and pretend as if it's two different people. I would suggest that you don't fight with them rather try and trick them into thinking you want to place more orders coz your customers love the hair, she'll send it fast. But sadly the hair is wack China mall type of hair but atlist you could still sell it and recover some of your money. I'm terribly sorry it happened to me too and that's how I managed to get the hair sent. Keep well

I brought a wig 14inch kinky i sent a video showing the weave, which was posted on your status... I received something totally different that doesn't even have closure even the texture is not the one i saw on the post, it's light and not pleasing at all... I'm very hurt and disappointed

I used to buy hair from heibuy, I used to receive good service but since after lockdown everything looked Tobe scam and lies. I bought hair from Linda 2 months back, I bought 2 360 14inck wig, I received 2 14 inch Bob wig, the lady didn't tell me that they are now that hair by that time, only tell me about it after I received wrong order and complaint, I was so disappointed and because I was not used to buy from her and I trusted my agent which is snowy, just I few days I buy 26inch from snowy gus what I was sent the wrong hair again They send my 26inch bundle with wrong closure with different coloures😥😥😥😥I couldn't handle the disappointment from people I trusted too much. I sell the hair I lost so many clients because of disloyal people. I wish heybuy can be the company I used to buy hair from and trust them with my money😭😭😭now I lost hope from you and I hope I will FIA godhood supplier one day.

I lay bye the hair from Jennifer, when I paid finish she told me that's closure it's out of stock. Then I told her ok I will wait until she gets it. I waited and I saw her advertising the hair with closure how come I don't get mine. She ignored me. And I waited. One day I asked her when I'm getting my order than she was so rude and said to me. I bought laybyed Hair 26 inch 3 bundles and 3 way 20 inch closure 12 A grade color #1b Peruvian Hair in March 2020 I got it in August 2020 but Linda from heibuy send me 14 inches one way closure and 5 small bundles equal to 1 and half bundles not enough for full head size wasn't 24 inch its 20 inch. The sales lady misleaded me and can't refund me please help

I laybuyed a lace frontal bob, already made wig from Snowy Heibuy. Today I was looking forward to receive my hair only to find out that it is not what I ordered, I don't remember ordering a fringe😡😡😬. I tried to reach out to Snow but she doesn't seem to care. She's not replying my texts and suddenly went offline. It was my first time buying from Heibuy and I don't see my self buying for the second time. That's no way to do business guys come on, I need to return the hair as soon as possible coz the sight of it makes me wanna throw up.

Hey slindokuhle dube here ive been a loyal customer to heibuy for almost 5years but ive been getting assistance from linda recently, and the service i've been getting is very poor, I made a order early last month but she can't even send me a waybill no she always comes up with stories if she didn't ignore me, always asks me to confirm the address n no, if she can't send me my hair cant she give me refund? I bought hair in may 22"x 7 bundle hair with 16' closure. Ever since I have been asking linda about the delivery. She was not giving me straight answers. Then in september she gave me a tracking number to my surprise I got 20' hair 3bunddles and closure. When I ask about the other bundles cause I paid for them, she just ignores my messages.

I thought it was going to be delivered in June since I made a payment on the 25th of May. When I speak to Linda, she tells me stories. she tells me that my hair will me delivered the following week. the following week comes, no hair has been delivered. I'm so angry now. Refund on laybuy
Earlier in this year I laybuyed hair from Heibuy, from a lady named Linda. I was gona finish off the laybuy but then an emergency at home occurred and I am unable to continue paying for the hair until further notice. I've asked her for a Re-fund and she told me to wait 15 days and I did. But still she hasn't given me a Re-fund. Instead she's been so unprofessional and unethical by saying she wants to keep the money for herself. I don't know what more to do this is my first time making any orders from Heibuy.
