Disappointing Experience with NineColours: Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Shipping
I gotta say, NineColours is a real disappointment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is just plain bad. I had to wait for my products for 20 days, which is way too long. I tried to contact them about it three times, but they just kept telling me that it would be dispatched in 24-48 hours. They lied to me straight up, no shame.
To make matters worse, one of the products I ordered was unavailable, even though it said it was ready to ship on their website. I asked for a refund, and they said they would process it, but I still haven't received it. I called them four times to ask about it, but they just hung up on me every time I tried to say something. It was so rude.
I even emailed them first, but they didn't reply, so I had to call. Now I'm stuck with one product that I don't even want, and I didn't get my cashback either. It's a total waste of money, time, and effort. I wouldn't recommend NineColours to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with NineColours.com: Missing Item and Poor Customer Service
I recently made a purchase on NineColours.com and unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings along with some suits, but when I received the shipment notification, I noticed that the earrings were missing. I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email to inquire about the missing item. To my disappointment, I was informed that the earrings were not shipped due to "unforeseen circumstances".
I was quite frustrated with this response, especially since the earrings were still available on their website. I continued to email them to ask for an explanation, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Eventually, they refunded me for the earrings, but I was still left wondering why they would ignore my order and not fulfill it as requested.
As a customer, I believe that if I have ordered and paid for an item, it should be sent to me as per my request. The fact that they did not fulfill my order and then ignored my inquiries is not a good look for their business. To make matters worse, their website chat is not very helpful either. The chat agent takes a long time to respond, which can be frustrating when you need a quick answer.
At this point, I am still waiting for my suits to arrive and I am hoping that they will be of decent quality. However, my experience with NineColours.com has left me feeling less than impressed. I believe that they need to improve their customer service and communication if they want to retain customers and build a positive reputation.
Unprofessional Management and Unpaid Wages: My Experience with Ninecolours
Ninecolours is a company that I had the unfortunate experience of working for. Let me tell you, their management is not very professional. I quit my job there last year, but they still haven't paid me the amount that they promised me when I gave my notice period. It's been months and I still haven't received my money. The CEO is one of the most unprofessional and egotistical people I have ever come across. When I messaged him asking about my payment, he didn't even bother to respond. I messaged him again after 2-3 months, and when I used the word "unprofessional," it really hurt his ego. He used improper language and told me that I'm not getting my money back. He even blocked my number and told me to never message him again. It's really frustrating and I've given up all hope of getting my money back.
The company is in huge debts and they haven't paid their vendors for months. This is why they can't send the dresses that customers have ordered, and that's the reason for the delay. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They will try their best to find ways not to refund your money. In fact, their actual Facebook page has been banned due to all the negative reviews. It's really sad to see a company that doesn't value its employees or customers. I hope that they will change their ways and become more professional in the future. But until then, I would advise everyone to stay away from Ninecolours.
Disappointing Experience with NineColours: Missing Order, Demanding Shipping Fees, and Poor Quality Clothing
I recently had an experience with NineColours that left me feeling quite frustrated and disappointed. I had placed a rather large order for an upcoming wedding, which included 5 lehenga cholis and a lot of jewelry. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I discovered that one of my pink lehenga and jewelry sets was missing. I was never informed that it wouldn't be coming, which was quite frustrating.
When I contacted NineColours to request a replacement, I was shocked to find out that they were demanding a huge amount of money for international shipping. This was their mistake, and yet they were expecting me to pay for it. Naturally, I requested a refund instead. However, weeks went by and I still hadn't received my refund. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved that I finally got my money back.
As for the clothing that did arrive in my original order, I was quite disappointed. My black lehenga arrived in a putrid shade of green, making it completely unwearable. The other two lehenga cholis that did arrive looked cheap and were quite different from what I had expected.
Overall, my experience with NineColours was quite frustrating and unpleasant. They put me through a lot of stress and hassle, and I don't think they deserve to be selling on their website. If it wasn't for PayPal, I doubt I would have ever gotten my money back for the missing outfit. I cannot forgive them for their irresponsible behavior, and I think they need to be shut down.
NineColours Review: Terrible Customer Service and False Promises
So, I ordered two outfits from NineColours and they didn't tell me that they couldn't deliver one of them until I asked them about my order. This happened on the 25th of October 2018. I told them that I had a function on the 24th of November 2018 and they guaranteed me on email that I would get delivery well before that. But, I had to phone and ask for my refund and then on the 26th of October, I placed my new order.
I phoned on the 12th of November to check the status and was told that it was under production. I emphasized the urgency of my order. I kept on phoning every day and on the 16th of November, I spoke to a guy who was the biggest liar. He told me that my parcel would get shipped that day, but the courier company only received it on Monday. The entire week, I kept on tracking my order.
On Friday, I spoke to the same guy twice to say that my function was the next day and I still hadn't received my parcel. He told me to just keep quiet and listen to him, that his logistics department confirmed that my parcel would be delivered on Saturday. But guess what? The function was over and I had to go at the 11th hour and buy another outfit.
This guy is such a liar, whenever I asked for his name, he dropped the phone. People should not support this company. They need to improve their customer service and be more honest with their customers. It's not fair to promise something and not deliver on it. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.
Disappointing Experience with NineColours: Poor Quality and Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from NineColours and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. I had my eyes set on a beautiful light orange lehenga with a stunning green and golden threaded embroidery, but what I received was a completely different product. Instead, I was given a deep orange lehenga with a light orange embroidery which was not at all what I had ordered.
When I contacted their customer service team, they asked me to ship the parcel back to them via courier and all the expenses for shipping back would be borne by me. They also informed me that they would refund my money into the wallet and I could order another dress using the wallet whose price would be equivalent to the one I had ordered. However, they did not include the shipping charges in the refund.
I found their return process to be complicated and expensive, and it was disappointing to see that they were not willing to take responsibility for their mistake. They have a feature called 'live support ask us anything', but unfortunately, no one answered my queries. Even the customer care service was not up to the mark, with rude people who either did not answer my call or did not reply properly.
In the end, I decided to retain the same product as they were asking me to bear the shipping charges twice when there was absolutely no mistake from my side. I would strongly advise against making any purchases from this website, as my first purchase here turned out to be my last.
Overall, my experience with NineColours was not a positive one, and I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for quality products and good customer service.
Beware of NineColours: Misleading Policies and Terrible Customer Service
I have had a terrible experience with NineColours and I know many other customers who have been scammed by them as well. I am considering filing a case against them, but I cannot do it alone. If anyone else wants to pitch in, we can write letters about their scams and submit them to the police or the court. I strongly advise you to read this review before making any purchases from them.
Let's start with their shipping policy. They claim to ship within 7-10 working days, but when I contacted them, I was told that my order was still processing. When I asked them when they would ship it, so I would know what to expect, the customer service representative simply ended the chat. You will never get a straight answer from them about shipping. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare, as they are rude and unhelpful. I urge you to read their policies very carefully, especially when it comes to shipping. You will never receive your order on time.
Their return policy is also a scam. They claim to offer 100% customer satisfaction and 100% money back, but don't be fooled by this. If you read further, you will see that the 100% refund is not given back to your actual payment method. Instead, it goes to their store credit, which means you are stuck buying from them again or you will lose your money.
Their cash back offer is also misleading. They advertise 30% cash back or more, but you will not be able to use it all at once. You can only use 25% of your cash back money per order, which means you are stuck with 75% of the cash back and will end up paying 75% out of your own pocket.
Overall, I would never recommend NineColours to anyone. Their policies are misleading and their customer service is terrible. Please read this review carefully before making any purchases from them.
Disappointing Experience with NineColours: Payment Issues, Unexpected Customs Fee, and No Delivery
I put in my order on the 21st of July on NineColours website. I tried to pay with PayPal, but it kept spinning and wouldn't go through. Then, I got a message from NineColours' Nivika on WhatsApp asking me to make a bank transfer instead. I refused and insisted on paying via PayPal. They sent me a link, and I was finally able to place my order. I paid $25.86 for a lehenga and $11.76 for shipping.
On the 7th of August, I received a notification from DHL on my mobile phone asking me to pay $34.6 for customs clearance. I was given two different tracking numbers and two different fees - one for $34.60 and the other for $34.92. I was confused and frustrated, so I emailed NineColours to ask why I had to pay customs duties when I had already paid for shipping. I also asked why they didn't mention this at the time of placing the order. I couldn't understand why the customs fee was more expensive than the lehenga itself. I told them that they should take care of all customs issues since I had already paid for shipping.
On the 12th of August, I received an email from NineColours' help team saying that my order had been delivered. However, I had received nothing yet. A few days later, DHL sent me a notification saying that my order was on its way for delivery. But, until today, I have received nothing. I have sent multiple emails to NineColours asking about my order and requesting a refund since I have not received anything. However, I have not received any response yet.
I am extremely disappointed with NineColours' service. The payment process was frustrating, and the customs fee was unexpected and expensive. I am also disappointed that I have not received my order yet, and that NineColours has not responded to my emails. I would not recommend this website to anyone.
Beware of NineColours: Dishonest Practices and Broken Promises
about their dishonest practices. NineColours is a company that cannot be trusted. They will say anything to get you to pay for your order, but once they have your money, they will leave you at their mercy. I strongly advise everyone to avoid doing business with them.
I was searching for clothes for my son's Waleema ceremony on 29/11/20, and I stumbled upon NineColours. They made all sorts of promises and sweet-talked me into placing an order. Their customer service representative, Puja, assured me that if I placed my order by 28/10/20, I would receive it before Deepavali, which was within 10-14 working days. I fell for their lies and paid AUD 756.61 through PayPal. However, when I processed the payment, it came up as USD instead of AUD, and I had to make sure the payment had gone through.
After two weeks, I checked with them about the shipment, but they gave me no concrete replies. Finally, after wasting so much of my time, they shared the shipment tracking details. However, we had to postpone the function, and they didn't care. I received the delivery on 28/11/20, but to my shock and amazement, they shipped all but another saree, and they didn't have the courtesy to inform me about the short shipment.
Moreover, the Lehenga blouse wasn't stitched as per our requirement, and the buttons in Sherwani were worn off. The saree is still not shipped, and they are coming up with all sorts of excuses. As many others have mentioned, they have taken this order for an item that is not available. We had to spend more money to buy the required clothes locally.
They are so thick-skinned that I have demanded a 1/2 refund for the hassle I have been through and the same saree I have paid for to be shipped. Please refrain from doing business with these cheaters and inform your friends and family about their dishonest practices.
Disappointing Experience with NineColours: Poor Quality, Incorrect Measurements, and Unfinished Embroidery
NineColours, or should I say NineColors, seems to have a bit of a color blindness issue. I don't even know where to begin with my experience with this website.
I ordered a baby pink Pakistani suit, but what I received was a peach unfinished embroidery suit. The material quality was so poor compared to the picture. I even selected custom stitching and specifically mentioned that it should look exactly like the picture. However, the sleeves were too tight and the kurta length looked short compared to the picture. In short, it was a different color, poor quality material, short length with unfinished embroidery, and tight sleeves. When I called to complain, Executive Ms. Pooja assured me that I would receive the same quality and exactly the same piece as shown in the picture. But what I received was the complete opposite. Thank you for breaking my trust, NineColours. I trusted you because Ms. Pooja sounded nice, but it turns out that her name might be fake too.
Now, let's talk about the saree I ordered. I got a purple and beige saree, and it was okay. I didn't have any complaints about the saree itself, but I was expecting low quality for the cheap price. However, the petticoat was a different story. The base color of the saree was beige, so the petticoat should have been beige too. But what I received was a purple petticoat. Additionally, I provided my measurements for the petticoat, but what I received was a petticoat that was 40 inches in length and 40 inches in waist, even though I requested 32 inches in length and 48 inches in waist. If NineColours is going to send standard size petticoats, then why ask for measurements in the first place?
I'm not excited to receive my third courier from NineColours because I'm sure I'll be heartbroken again with the poor quality of their products. I won't be recommending this site to anyone. Like other online sites, NineColours turned out to be cheaters. It's their loss.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Experience with NineColours
I recently made a purchase from NineColours and boy, was it a mistake! I ordered a few items and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the stitching. As many others have pointed out, it was crooked, messy, and the trimmed frayed pieces were visible on the outside. To make matters worse, the design was misaligned in some parts. It was nothing like what I had ordered. I had ordered a hi-low design, but what I received was an extremely long maxi (anarkali). The embroidery was terrible and looked worn out.
When I tried to return the items, the customer service was terrible. They kept asking for a picture with the tape measure from end to end before even discussing a refund. It was frustrating because the design was nothing like what was on the website. The quality was poor and the customer service was even worse. I will never shop here again and I don't recommend it to anyone else either.
NineColours Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service
I was browsing through the internet and stumbled upon NineColours. Their website caught my attention because of the amazing deals and prices they were offering. I decided to order two sarees from them, and I was excited to receive my package.
However, when I received my order, I was extremely disappointed. The sizes were wrong, and the material was of such poor quality that it felt like it would tear apart any moment. To make matters worse, the necklace set that I had purchased arrived broken.
I paid $200 for my order, including shipping, and I felt like I had been robbed. I tried to contact their customer service, but they were of no help. They were rude and unprofessional, and I was left feeling frustrated and cheated.
I decided to read some of the reviews on their website, and I was shocked to see that some people had given them five stars. I couldn't believe that anyone could be happy with such poor quality products and terrible customer service. It was clear to me that these reviews were fake, just like their website.
In my opinion, if you want to waste your money, then go ahead and buy from NineColours. But if you value your hard-earned money and want to buy quality products, then I suggest you look elsewhere.
NineColours Review: Terrible Service, No Refund, and Lies
I had a really bad experience with NineColours. I placed an order way back in May of last year, but I didn't receive my order until July. That was already a bad sign, because it took so long for them to fulfill my order. But then, when I finally got my order, it was only part of what I had ordered. That's when my real problems started.
I've been trying to get a refund for the missing items ever since then. I've been emailing them constantly, but all I get are excuses and lies. They keep telling me that they've issued a refund, but when I ask for proof, they suddenly have "technical issues" and can't provide any evidence. And then, when I finally gave them my banking details, they still didn't give me my refund. It's been almost two months now, and I still haven't received anything.
I'm starting to think that this is all part of their plan. They send out part of the order, but then they don't do refunds, so they can keep the money. It's really frustrating, because I don't think it should take a whole year just to get a refund. I've tried calling them too, but I never get through to anyone.
Overall, I would say that NineColours has the worst service I've ever received. They're liars and they don't care about their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with NineColours
So, I went ahead and ordered some stuff from NineColours (ninecolours.com). I was excited to get my hands on some new clothes, but when I got my package, I was pretty disappointed. One of the items I ordered was out of stock, which was a bummer, but they said they would refund me for it. I thought, "okay, that's fair enough."
But then, when I opened up the rest of my package, I was pretty shocked at how bad the quality was. The clothes didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. I was pretty bummed out, but I figured I could just return them since I had that option online.
Unfortunately, when I tried to access the website to start the return process, it was down. I waited a while, hoping it would come back up, but it didn't. During this time, I didn't hear anything from NineColours about their return policy or what I should do.
So, I decided to email them again to see if I could start the return process via email. That's when they finally brought up their return policy to me. I tried to argue some points, but they completely ignored me. They didn't even try to help me out.
Now, I'm still waiting on a refund for the item that was out of stock. It's been a complete waste of my time and money. I wouldn't recommend NineColours to anyone.
Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with NineColours Website
I recently made a purchase on NineColours website on 4th Aug. I was promised that my order would be delivered by 12th Aug in Delhi. I was happy with the assurance I received through email and online chat. However, my happiness was short-lived as my order was dispatched on 19th Aug from Mumbai, which was too late for me as I had a puja on 12th Aug. Despite repeated requests, the customer agents online and on the phone were not helpful at all. It was frustrating to be trapped and not receive any help. I had to buy another set from the local market for the Puja.
I decided to give NineColours another chance and placed another order for unstitched items. Unfortunately, I had a similar experience. The online chat could not confirm the date of delivery, and all they needed to do was just ship. I did not have a good experience in both my transactions, and I would not recommend this website to anyone.
Although I cannot comment on the quality of the products as I had to return to Kuwait, I hope it is good. It is disappointing to have such a bad experience with a website that promises so much. The only time you get good support is when you are placing orders. Once the order is placed, you are left to fend for yourself. It is frustrating and not worth the hassle.
Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products: My Experience with NineColours
So, I recently had an experience with NineColours and let me tell you, it was not a good one. The customer service was absolutely terrible, like really really bad. When I called them to talk about my order, they picked up the phone and then just hung up on me. I mean, who does that? And when I finally did place my order, it took them a million follow ups to actually send it to me. I placed my order on April 16th and didn't receive it until May 16th. That's a whole month!
So, I called them up and told them to cancel my order, but they were in such a hurry to get it done that they made it anyway. And to make matters worse, the size was all wrong and it wasn't even properly sewn together. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get an order right?
Now, I want to return the order, but they're making it so difficult. They keep telling me to contact their return team, but when I did, they took a whole day to reply back. And by then, I had already returned my order. And to add insult to injury, the email they sent me said that they wouldn't refund my money because it was custom stitched. But honestly, I don't think they even bothered doing custom stitching on my order because it didn't fit me at all.
So, my advice to you is to just stay away from this website. It's a total fraud and they're just stealing people's money. Unless you want to have an experience like mine, don't bother buying from them.
Beware of False Marketing Tactics: My Disappointing Experience with NineColours
I recently had an experience with NineColours that left me feeling quite disappointed. As someone living in Hong Kong, I was on the hunt for a beautiful ethnic wear (lehenga) that wouldn't break the bank. That's when I stumbled upon NineColours and their impressive collection of lehengas. Excited by the prospect of finding the perfect outfit, I decided to order a customized lehenga.
After a few weeks of waiting, my lehenga finally arrived. However, to my great surprise, the quality was extremely poor. The material was cheap and the duppata had holes in it. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, so I tried to contact the staff at NineColours to voice my concerns. Unfortunately, they were not very efficient in responding to my complaints and it took them days to get back to me.
To make matters worse, they informed me that because the lehenga was customized, it could not be refunded. This left me feeling even more annoyed and upset. I decided to do some investigating and discovered that the pictures on the website were actually taken from a well-known brand called SABYASACHI. It became clear to me that NineColours was falsely marketing their products and using pictures from another brand to make their own products seem more appealing.
Overall, my experience with NineColours was not a positive one. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this website to be wary of their marketing tactics and to not expect the same quality as the pictures on their website.
Terrible Experience with NineColours: Late Delivery and Incorrect Measurements Ruined My Eid
I had a really bad experience with NineColours. I was so excited to order clothes for Eid and I made sure to remind them multiple times that I needed the clothes before the holiday. I even paid extra for faster shipping. But to my disappointment, I received the clothes on Monday night, a day after Eid. I had to spend double the amount to buy clothes from somewhere else just to wear them on Eid.
Their customer service is terrible. They claim to be the largest clothing store online, but in reality, they are just a bunch of greedy people robbing people from all over the country. Not only did they not send the clothes on time, but they also changed the measurements that I sent them. The clothes were 5 inches shorter than what I originally asked for. So now, I paid for clothes that don't even fit me and I didn't even receive them before Eid. They know how to ruin people's Eid.
I noticed that all the comments with 5 stars are written by their employees, so don't trust them. This was the worst customer service and product I have ever experienced. I would not recommend NineColours to anyone.
Disappointing Experience: Wrong Color and Size, Poor Customer Service
:
This website is not very good. I ordered a purple kurtha and they sent me a maroon one instead. When I complained, they said it was because of the pictures and that the colors might look different. I understand that, but how can maroon be a replacement for purple? Also, the kurtha was not made to my size, even though I sent them pictures and they even sent me a sample to take measurements. They were not happy with the measurements I sent them, even though I did it exactly the way they asked. They said they left some room for alterations, but who is going to pay $85 for that? I asked them to negotiate on the price because it was their fault for not sending me the right size, but they refused. They told me to return the item and get a refund, but I tried to convince them to negotiate on the price because shipping it back would cost more than the price of my order. You can see in the picture that the purple is what I ordered and what I received is not purple at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this website to anyone. The customer service is not very good and they do not seem to care about their customers. It is a shame because the clothes on the website look nice, but I would not risk ordering from them again.
Ghagra Choli
I ordred a ghagra choli and a kurta for Diwali. None arrived on time. After numerous emails, I finally received the ghagra choli. It was not what they promised. The size did not fit and the stitching was so bad. I was refunded for the kurta that never arrived. When I made a complaint about the ghagra and wanted to return it I was asked to send pictures of what my issues were. I took pictures and sent it to them. They replied and said I should get it fixed and they will pay. I do not want to get it fixed as in NZ it costs too much, the reason why I bought it online from India. Since then I have not heard from the company at all, I keep emailing daily with no response. Such bad customer service. The website claims the product can be returned if it's their fault, but it does not seem to be the case. I have bought online previously but I am very disappointed with the ninecolors company. They are a scam !

This blatant liars and cheaters utter sweet nothing to get pay for the order in the 1st place, once the money is paid the the customer is at their mercy.
I strongly advise everyone not to transact with this company.
I was looking for clothes for my son's Waleema ceremony (29/1120), then ended up falling for their all sweet promises and lies. She texted that the order will be received before Deepavali if I place the order by 28/10/20, that is within 10-14 working days
Their so called customer service person named Puja got me to pay for the order amounting to AUD 756.61 through PayPal, when processing it came up as USD instead of AUD, there after I had to make sure the payment hadn't gone through.
On 2/11/20, I paid the amount through PayPal and placed the order. After 2 weeks I'm checking with them about about shipment, no concrete replies but it would be shipped, Finally after wasting so much of my time, she shared me the shipment tracking details, in the meanwhile we had to postpone the function, which was nothing for this cheaters. I received the delivery on 28/11/20 to my shock and amazement. They shipped all but another saree, didn't have any courtesy to inform about the short shipment.
Furthermore, the Lehenga blouse wasn't stitched as per our requirement and the buttons in Sherwani was worn off.
Up to now the saree is not shipped, coming with all sort of crap excuses, as mentioned by many others they have taken thus order for an item that is not available. We had to spend more money to buy required clothes locally.
They are so thick skinned, I have demanded 1/2 refund for the hassle I have been through and same saree I have paid for to be shipped.
So once again please refrain from transacting with this cheaters and inform your friends and families

lehenga and saree
Please do not ever order from Ninecolours. I have been fooled with defective products. Most times they don't send you what's advertised ! from material, quality, colour to size, sadly nothing is true as advertisement. Horrible stitching and most terrible customer service. They do not accept any of their faults, but good at coming up with lame excuses. They are good at responding to your messages when you are shopping but worst when it comes to questioning them once you receive wrong products. I have spent a lot of money purchasing from this company and terribly regret it. So my advice!
Please do not waist your time purchasing with Ninecolours.
bad, irresponsible customer service
I ordered a long gown on sep 11th for my daughter to wear for her friend's engagement party. My order id # [protected].
On their online chat they it takes 15 days to ship after placing the order and I will receive a confirmation email. It's been more than 15 days now I have not gotten any email. Now they are not even responding to my email or chat. They are very quick about charging my credit card after placing the order but very bad about shipping the product on time or refunding the money. Now, i have to find something else for my daughter to wear on Oct 6th engagement party after already spent the money. All the customer service phone they provided on their website ate bogus. No one answers the phone.
two lehengas
Hi
I ordered two lehengas for myself and my friend. Mine is too small and hers is too big. We spoke to returns and they are not being helpful at all. My wedding is this weekend and I have an outfit that doesn't fit i have to go shopping two days before to find one as you cannot use measurements clearly. My friend is now paying someone to take it in which is not fair as we have paid for this service with you. We would like a full refund and we don't want a discount off our next shopping as we won't use the site again due to this. The top to my outfit does not look like the one on the site therefore i dont want it. I will happily ship my outfit back.
Thank you
Anika

The item you sent me is not matching as shown in the photo.
I am from very conservative family so that's why I told them to make 18-inch choli of my lehnga to cover my tummy. but the choli is short. In the photo, it shows meenakari/ tread work on the lehnga and they sent me the duplicate print. In the photo, it shows some Latkan on the dupata but my dupata is plain. It looks horrible when I wear, My family is very unhappy, they cheat on me and make me feel embrace in front of my family and relatives.
lengha
Purchased a lengha online - picture showed Lengha but when delivered they sent pants not long skirt. When I complained they said it was not their fault - worst place - do not buy - unprofessional and unreliable and unethical! Other online places stand behind their products and workmanship - this online seller does not so do not waste your money with them!
does not look anything like in picture, false advertising, unfriendly customer service.
1: Blue lehenga Only order this lehenga if you want something like this. Poor quality material used. Zari is coming out around waist. Poorly stitched and looks bulky at waist. No cancan under lehenga to give more fare. No tassels are attached with Nala. Choli fabric has no embroidered at all. No cups are shown in choli.
2: Red lehenga.
Looks completely different from picture. Hardly any gher. No can can added to give lehenga more flare. Poorly stitched around the waist looks bulky. Choli has some embroidered on it. No cups are shown in to choli.
3: Blue lehenga.
Same as above. All of them looks completely different from the picture.
This anarkali does not look like in picture. Material is very thick and stiff. Very cheap zipper on kameez. It doesn't go up just after first time trying it on. Tissue paper glued back of the fabric which makes very uncomfortable to wear. I tried to ask Ninecolours.com return department this is what they have to say:
Hello,
We would like to inform you that its not an error or defective part .
Its an supportive part for which the work is done on the suit .
