I orderd hair from hebe on the 29th of November till today I haven't received my order 😭I orderd 30 inch nd 10 inch. She - st sent me an incorrect tracking number nd then she sent me another one which I've been using since last week, the parcel shows dat its still in transit nd when I call the agent dey saying the parcel its been delivered yet I've neva received. I've been using heibuy for years I've neva been soooo disappointed, Tim always provided a great service

I ordered hair from heibuy with hebe, paid for the hair and the wrong hair was delivered to me, when I text her to tell her that and also send pictures of what I ordered and received she is ignoring my texts, i buy heibuy hair and resell so you can imagine the way its affecting my clients, I need to return the hair and get the correct hair or refund please
What I ordered and what I received

I bought hair here and when I received it, it was the wrong curl pattern, I asked if I could return it and get the correct one and they said yes . I returned the hair and they never sent back hair, I have been asking them for my hair everyday and they either ignore me and lie to me and saying they will send it . I have never dealt with such poor customer service . I would like you to send back my money or send me the correct hair back .
I ordered hair to Hebe and paid the money on the 4th of May since today I haven't received it when I text her after some days and angry she then reveals that she doesn't have the other hair i ordered because i ordered two. What annoys me the most is that, before i ordered i asked her if she has the kind of hair and she said yes while lying to me. And now i told her to deliver the one that she has and refund for the other hair, so she's no longer replying to my texts together with Linda I'm now their enemy because i want my money back.

I ordered hair from one of your agents, "jannifer". I asked for brazilian 10 inch bundles and middle part closure colour jet black.
A few days later jannifer told me that colour #black is out of stock and I should wait a week. I waited and when I finaly received my order the order was wrong.I got 3 way part instead of middle part closure. and the bundles were written Indian hair instead of brazilian.
I am not happy with my order and I want to exchange or return it.please help me.

I bought hair from heibuy Alice, i ordered curly hair which was kinky hair with 2 bundles and 360 frontal in natural colour and 20 inch.. I was deeply dissapointed when I received my order because it was the opposite of what i wanted. They sent me 22 inch of 2 bundles and a closure of straight Brazilian hair. I tried to do follow up but Alice she then started to ignore me, I told her about my order that i received i even sent her photos but she didn't show any interest of helping me. I'm very dissapointed and not happy at all.
I'm looking forward to hear from you guys and to find a solution as soon as possible.

I purchased hair worth approximately R2700 on the 1st September 2018 which was exactly last week. I was told that my order would take about 2-3 days for delivery.
I understand that the 1st was on a Friday so I at least thought I should rather wait for Wednesday to receive my order. Still I let Wednesday pass because I thought my order might have experienced a delay today is Friday and I haven't heard anything about my order. I was given a track number but there's no info on that website regarding the parcel delivery.
This is my first time purchasing from you guys I did not expect this! Please either deliver my hair or refund me my full payment.

I haven't received my order
I ordered hair from Heibuy, i deposited the money on the 3rd of September 2018(Monday) and my weave was supposed to be delivered on the 07 of September 2018 (Friday) according to the information on the website( delivery takes 2 to 3 days) . yesterday i received a watsaap from a lady called Linda saying i will get my order next week Monday . Im truly disappointed because i wanted to use my weave this weekend for the wedding.
360 closure
I bought 24 or 20 inch 360 closure with 2 2bundles bodywave hair from heibuy the sales agent was linda, I have been complaining to her that the closure is not right, the quality is not good it tangles i only used the hair for a wig but it tangles way too much I asked to send me the address so that i can return the hair it's either I return the closure alone or I return the 2bundles and the closure or o only return the closure because the 2bundles are ohk just the closure that i have problem with can u kindly assist me in this regard because I don't know what to do because linda is no good to me.

charged twice for one product which is also wrong
I bought hair on the 25 June 2018. Hair arrives 3 days later and has a wrong closure. returned it, while waiting for the correct delivery my bank account gets debited again on the 07 July with a different amount. queried this with Heibuy, at first they said i must speak to my bank and when i did i asked for a letter from them that says i didnt make a second purchase so i can give to the bank they just went mute. and then they send me incorrect hair. whoever responded to my email about return just told me to use the hair as it is and just went mute again on me. so disappointed.

I see myself as an old customer as I bought from Heibuy 4 times. On 22 October 2017 I bought 2 bundles 16" Bodywave Curl Brazilian weave & 2 bundles 12" silky straight weaves. I only used the curly one on 14 Dec 2017 as I wanted a nice curl for holidays. In January 2018 I started seeing that the texture of the weave is becoming brittle, feel sticky and not looking nice at all. Not like the previous weaves I bought. I have a nice garden wedding coming up and my dress and hairstyle I want my hair to be curly but not the way of bad quality the weave looks now. I contact Linda the sales lady i deal with via Whats App. I explained to her the same thing. I then sent her pics of the shampoo & conditioner Brazilian frizz free, sulfate free with kreatine I am using. Very good expensive products. I sent he pics of the bad weave and pics of a previous weave I bought from them that is so nice and still have. So I have no idea why only this weave out of the 4 weaves this one is looking so bad. Long story short the results was that factory spoke to other clients and they are happy and don't have the same problem. I told Linda that before this bad weave situation i was one of those happy clients but this has happened to me and i would like you to replace this weave, i told her this could have been just that once off bad quality weave and unfortunately I got it. The pic with my hair pinned up is a weave I have now for 3 years and the quality and texture is amazing. My way to proof that I am not new and know how to take care of the hair. Linda then said there is nothing she can do and that she will give me R100 discount towards my next buy. Why would I with my money trust to buy a weave again. She asked me to sent the hair back. I said the courier cost is the same cost of me buying a new weave but with the history they can clearly see I am not out to manipulate anyone. The silky straight weave I bought with this bad quality weave is still nice. I have no problem with it. I just feel that they must replace this bad quality weave. I went as far as proving to her that I bought a weave online by them on 7 January 2017 Order Nr: 20837 but I was happy and had no complaints. The pic on the left is the bad quality hair, how it turned out. The one on the right it of previous hair i bought from Heibuy and good quality
I will really appreciate you looking into this matter. This is not fare treatment I got from them.

Im truly disapointed in her because all along weve been doinh business together . I think she was lying when she sent me the tracking number when i called the company Aramex they confirmed that they havent received any packing .
For any order from Heibuy Hair, Aramex/Skynet 1-2 days to Major city, but 2-4 days to regional Area. Craina is our Heibuy hair top sales for 2 years. Due to the Xmas busy season and new year season, some orders may takes 1-2 days delay, but all should be arranged to send out within 48H. Usually, Aramex/Skynet takes 1-2 days for major city, but 2-4 days for regional city. However, sometimes we were also get annoyed by the courier as their colleague is just irresponsible, as the facts it that they did picked up the parcel, while they are out of patience to check the states for our clients, instead they lie to client and feedbacked back that none such parcel at all ! that's bring us too much troubles and misunderstanding ! Hair extensions paid for but never received
I bought hair extensions in November 2016. To this day I have not received my product. I paid for it and the payment was successful. I reported a problem on their website but the problem was closed without me being contacted or the problem being resolved. On 13 April 2017, I received a whatsapp message from the number +[protected] and was promised that my issue will be investigated but when i follow up, I found out that the issue was not even looked into. How can you close a problem without following p if it was resolved or not? I just need my money back.

Sold burning/faulty hair
I bought hair that burns on the ends. I told my supplier then he said to me will check with the factory when the report came he said that they made a mistake, they used less medicine while manufacturing the hair i think .. I then asked him what we going to do since I was sold faulty hair he then said to me in my next order I will pay 50% only meaning he will give me 50% days discount. I told him that I won't be buying again I can not stay with this hair cause I paid for quality hair as they promised, he started ignoring my texts .. in the text I told him I want refund or new quality hair I don't mind shipping back their faulty even now he hasn't responded he is still ignoring my texts and calls
Hair extension paid for never received
On the 4th of January 2016, I bought hair on line. 4 days later I enquired about my order I was told that if I am from South Africa I should have paid via one of the South African bank. I informed them that the website was not specific, later they informed that it will take longer to refund me as the bank I account I paid in is from US. I have been following for months until in April I requested my bank to trace and reverse the money, they also failed and referred back to Heibuy. I recently called their number in China, I have been receiving feedback that they will try to locate the order and call me back but they not responding at all.
I did inform them that what they were doing was fraudulent but they were not bothered

Made an order for kinky curly 24 inch received 24 inch straight. When I wanted to return it they told me I will still be liable for the shipping cost. Not happy with heibuy.
