Lukalula 3 Dresses

I would not even give this 1 star! If I could give negative stars I would! I bought this dress and 2 other dresses from this site and ALL 3 dress are TERRIBLE quality. Plus the sizing is wrong and none of them fit at all! Way to small! I emailed the company to get a refund and was completely ignored. It took me sending 4 emails to finally get a response from them and then they would not even offer me a refund. They told me they can give me partial refund cause shipping back to them would cost too much. I even offered to pay the shipping I just wanted all my money back and they never responded to the email. I have continued to reach out to them and I even have called the number multiple times and they pick up and don't say a word! I will NEVER order from this company it is a SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY cause they will blow you off and not help resolve anything!

Desired outcome: I want my money back I have the dresses in the original package

Lukalula Incorrect items

I purchased maternity dresses from the company at the beginning of April. My shower and maternity shoot that I was ordering for was the last week of April and the beginning of June. My order had still not arrived at that point and upon calling UPS they had said the package was not in the U.S. and was being digitally scanned, so they believed it was a scam. At that point, I froze the transaction with my bank. Three weeks after that (almost 2 months after ordering) a package arrived with dresses, but they were nothing like the pictures of the dresses I ordered. My bank had done an investigation and they showed them proof of delivery so they reversed the charge and recharged my account. It said on their website that they allow returns, so I’ve been in contact trying to return the items since they are not what I ordered and they arrived a month after I needed them and 2 months after ordering them, however they are not cooperating with me because I originally froze the charge. Now I’m stuck with items that are nothing like I ordered and I can’t even use because they arrived far after the events I ordered them for.

Lukalula Maternity dress

This is completely a fraud website. They show something on website and send different item. I purchased a dress by spending around 65$ but after receiving it I realized that not even worth 5$. When I am trying to contact them through email no one is responding to it. This is totally misleading and fraud thing they are doing. I want to return the item but no customer support is provided.

Lukalula Lukalula refusing to return

I ordered a dress from them 56 dollars for dress and 21 for shipping. When it arrived I immediately noticed it was the wrong dress. The only way to contact them is email. So I emailed and asked for return label. I sent them a picture showing it was incorrect dress. They offered to refund me only 28 dollars and I keep dress. So I would lose 49 dollars! I told them not acceptable! They said I can pay shipping back and they will only refund 56 dollars for dress! I'm so outraged! And you can't talk to anyone and they will no longer reply to my emails since I told them I'm reporting them. Someone please help. I'm afraid to send dress back because I'm afraid, based on their actions, they will not refund anything.

Desired outcome: I want all 78 dollars back and I will pay shipping back.

Lukalula Scam

On Tuesday February 8 2022 I made a purchase on Lukalula.com. Immediately after I purchased the dress I cancelled my order. I tried to press the cancel order button but it did not work. So I emailed their customer service email which is [protected]@lukalula.com to let them know I would like to cancel my order before the item was shipped. Their policy states on their website is if the customer cancels within 24 hours the customer will receive a full refund. Customer service did not respond to my email about cancelling my order. On February 10 2022 customer service emailed stating they cannot cancel my order because the item had already been shipped, even though I emailed saying I wanted to cancel on February 8 2022. I used my credit card to purchase the item, I called my bank to dispute the charge. If I try to track the package there is error message, and I am unable to locate the item that I initially did not want to be shipped.

There are multiple complaints about Lukalula.com on various websites such as https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/lukalula.com , https://www.mamma.com/us/lukalula-com/6 , https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/lukalula.com and many more.

It is clear that Lukalula.com is a complete scam and they do not follow their return/refund/cancellation policies.

Ordered dress for my wife.

Came after the occasion.

Yet to open and asked for return.

They are giving me options to accept 39$ and dress.

I made payment of 129$.

I ordered a dress for my Gender reveal. It was $60 and it was nothing like the picture. So I asked for a refund and they said ok. I sent the dress back in February and still didn’t get my refund. I want my refund please or I will go to the address where I got the dress from. Thank you.

I am trying to return a product and can not get ahold of anyone to set up my return. There is no customer service number online to reach, I have sent an email and have not heard back from this company.

I also place an order with them end of Feb 2022 and cancelled right away I emailed several times and received 1 response about them offering me a discount or adding another item for a lower price. I said no i want the full refund and heard nothing back yet. Ive been emailing them everyday. I think its a shame there preying on pregnant women. I spent well over $100 that I saved up for my maternity shoot. my next steps are going to police station to report this website because if you goggle them which I should have before hand their just a scam, second I will be contacting the credit bureau and opening a claim.
