My Coke Rewards Coke Rewards Program

I'm unable to log into my Coke Rewards Profile on numerous occasions. I contact the number online for assistance and am told that my telephone number is missing a Number. I'm told to contact one of the Managers who is able to assist. It's sorted but I'm after a couple of days unable to log onto the Rewards Program again. It's as if my telephone number is altered as to stop me from loging into my Reward Profile. I have send numerous whtsapps to Sibusiso one of the Manages who can apparently assist, it doesn't get sorted however. My account number is as follows 372283

Desired outcome: I would like to be able access my Rewards Pofile with out having to be blocked and battling to get access sorted. I would also like an investigation done as to how numbers can get altered to stop people from logging into there profiles

My Coke Rewards coke rewards program

I just spent 30 plus minutes entering 12 codes for a free magazine only to be told I've reached the offers participation limit, I have never entered codes for this before and spent a great deal of time not only entering the codes but looking for them on empty pop bottles! Now I can't even re enter and no free magazine, ridiculous a waste of my time and energy!

Is My Coke Rewards Legit?

My Coke Rewards earns a trustworthiness rating of 92%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

We found clear and detailed contact information for My Coke Rewards. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and email, as well as 2 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

My Coke Rewards as a website that uses an external review system. While this can provide valuable feedback and insights, it's important to carefully evaluate the source of the reviews and take them with a grain of salt.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • Despite a high level of trust, our investigation found issues with My Coke Rewards's service, including poor customer service, lack of accountability, and responsibility to resolve complaints. Customers may face long wait times for responses, receive generic or unhelpful answers or no response at all. Only 32% of 0 complaints were resolved.

My Coke Rewards my coke rewards

The My Coke Rewards became too difficult for my mom, who is in her 80's, to keep up with. As a result, she has over 100 official codes that will not go redeemed. She and my dad are avid Coke drinkers and are displeased when a restaurant carries Pepsi instead of Coke. Will Coke kindly make a reimbursement for the rewards they faithfully cut out and saved please?

My Coke Rewards rewards system

With the current rewards system. A CASE, 12 PACK, and Single Bottle, All count as one reward when entering for race tickets, Charity, or what ever the case may be. THIS is economically advantageous for you, but leaves us customers scratches our heads. Why would you short change us on a rewards system that you started to reward us for our loyalty to your products. Previous Rewards options counted 12 packs, cases, 2 liters, ect... proportionally, increases points, dependant on how much product was purchased. Like many LOYAL Coca-Cola customers, I have saved up thousands and thousands of points because we drink so much Coca-Cola. Its all in vain now because you have reduced our points so drastically in the way you have changed the system...So now what can I do with all these points that you probably are phasing out? Please reply

My Coke Rewards Useless website, just not worth it

This new program which is offered by Mycokerewards is beyond ridiculous and complete waste of time. I tried to win a gift card and their site said that I actually won it but for some reason they can't send it to me.
I have wasted so much time with these guys and I just don't have the energy to continue.
Avoid Mycokerewards, there is no chance of winning anything there.

Also.….totally Agree! For the second year in a row, I'm waiting for a silly little $10 reward from a March Madness Contest; It's now mid September, lots of emails exchanged (and I mean Lots!), and still NOTHING. Shame the way that Coca Cola doesn't take care of their customers.

Agree they did the same thing to me and my friend what a fraud this Mycokerewards site is. You think Coca-Cola would know better maybe that is why now every restaurant go to only can get Pepsi. Really like Coca-Cola but do not like to spend good money to support a company that could care less about their customers and not follow thru on what the Coca-Cola company promised. like you said waste of time. avoid mycokerewards
thank you for posting so see not the only one this is happening to.

My Coke Rewards Program continues to be stripped of benefits

I have been a mycokerewards.com member for years. However, a new year have come and they once again have made the program harder to use. I just keyed in points for the first time in 2017 and went to redeem them. Last year, they quietly jacked up the number of points you need devaluing the program.

This year, they have removed MANY rewards all together. I used to redeem points for a mailed coupon for a few 20 ounce soda. That option is now gone and you can only get a "digital coupon" to be used only at Target.

First, I have no Target near me. Second, when I did this once to try it at the Target near my office they had no idea how to process it so I lost out.

My next choice is either stuff no one wants (sweepstakes entries and Coke Cola merchandise that should be free as you're advertising for them.) a 12 pack .. the only product coupon left is now 255 points.

At the very least they should tell members when they are modifying the program. Instead, they just keep stripping it as least annually making it harder to redeem.

This isn't an airline frequent flyer program... it a darn soda points program. Soda consumption continues to dive in the US. Does Coke want more people to stop buying their products? Frustrating!

My Coke Rewards Beware of the 3 month inactivity penalty

I have been a Coca-Cola Coke Rewards Program member for almost 3 years now and have been purchasing Coke products to earn rewards in the program. I had entered the cap numbers and saved several hundred points in the program and had more caps in a desk drawer that I was going to enter when I had the time. I guess it was little over 3 months since I last entered one so on a day when I went into my account to enter the cap numbers my balance comes up Zero 0 Points and I'm shocked as to where my points are. So to my dismay I find the Coke has a 3 month inactivity penalty if you don't enter a cap number and they will basically wipe out your rewards account. After all the money and time I spent accumulating rewards in this program only to be wiped out by this ridiculous rule, it is just a waste of effort especially considering the rewards offered were not very valuable to begin with. Their website is horrible. And I really like the other brands better anyway. I am left with a bad taste of Coke and will boycott their products for a long time to come until I get over it, maybe never because I'm pretty mad about getting ripped off by Coke.

BEWARE of the 3 Month Inactivity Penalty.

My Coke Rewards Waste of time

Do not waste your time on MyCokeRewards you will never get anything. Their points limit has changed and this site becomes more and more useless!
I saved all kinds of caps and cartons and tried to earn some points. But these guys also want you to share everything on Facebook, Twitter and etc. In case you don't share they just don't need you on their site. I'm so disappointed, was a member of MyCokeRewards for three years now and loved this place. But recently they become very greedy. I'm officially done with this site.

My Coke Rewards Points taken away

I submitted a request to Coke Products regarding my Coke Rewards. If you do not enter points into your account, Coke will take your points. I was told by a representative that my rewards were previously entered back into my account within the year and that they only do this one time. Because I had not entered points within 90 days, I would not get my points back. This is outrageous. These were not points Coke gave me. These were not points I won. These were points I EARNED. I purchased the products, I registered them in the Rewards program. I had almost 1000 points and because I had not entered any additional points within 90 days, they stole them from me. They took something that was not there's to take. I absolutely will NEVER knowingly purchase another Coke product ever, ever, EVER again. I am sooooo upset. They are thieves, they can't be trusted, they stole from me. I said they would send alerts when a person gets close to their 90 day expiration. I NEVER received a single alert...NEVER. It's just there way of justifying what they did. They took my points so they can use them for something else. IT"S NOT THERE POINTS.

My Coke Rewards Rewards scam

They want you to buy their products with the false hope that you can receive rewards. You can't. They are lowering their limits on how many points you can earn and now you must post commercials for them to twitter in order to earn "status" to get rewards. So the billions in profits they earn each quarter aren't enough. It's another barrier to prevent you from getting anything and to keep you putting more $$$$ in their pocket. They are more crooked than a ring toss game at a carnival. They have by far the worst customer service I have every had the displeasure of experiencing. They send cookie cutter responses and think it is funny when customers send them complaints. If you respond to their vague and irrelevant b.s. response they send another fake response and you have no chance of speaking to a human, not like humans work for them anyway. It is more than just cap codes being rejected after typed in correctly and prizes not being given after you spend your points on them. They are such a sleazy scam. Report them to the FTC and stop their crap!

My Coke Rewards Cannot login with twitter or facebook - no loyalty for original my coke rewards customers!

Fix the login page on the web site for my coke rewards. I do NOT have a facebook or twitter account and I am not creating one just to login to the my coke rewards page. As an older customer and original customer to my coke rewards it is ridiculous that you a loop on the web page that will not permit login without a facebook or twitter account. The skip for now option does not work and I did not have to go through this as an original login years before your "Adoption" to social media. My Coke Rewards Really hard to navigate to find rewards

OK, I like getting free stuff, the best stuff is magazines, and shuttterfly. You would think Coke products would require less points since you are doing advertising. I've been doing this for several years, and the site is more stable, but the marketing team ruined it.

New web site is difficult to find rewards, you can only see 4 per screen, and it takes several clicks to get to see all the rewards. I would like to see a list and categories. Also there are way less rewards than there use to be.

Now what really burns me, is that now you must have "status" points to qualify for more rewards. These are bronze, silver, and gold levels. Each level has more rewards. How do you get "Status" points? you have to link coke to all your social media (Facebook, twittter, watch commercials, etc...).

I already bought your product, now you are getting me to do your advertising...FO. So, just do what they want and immediately delete the messages, it's embarrassing to say I drink a lot of Coke products.

Please, this is Marketing people really pissing off your best customers.

Also, the codes are hard to read, and sometimes impossible. make the printing clearer and shorter. Note: all o are zeros, no U always a V, H sometimes looks like a K...The bottle tops are really hard to read.

My Coke Rewards Website Doesn't Work

I have been trying for over a month now to use their updated mycokerewards.com website and I have not been able to log in or enter in any codes at all. I have tried several different computers as well as different web browsers, cleared my cache and cookies, and restarted my computer but nothing works. I have left a post on their Facebook page where they told me to do all the computer stuff I already did, I tried calling their customer support but they all said to do the same thing, and I even sent them an email about but still have not heard anything back and it's been TWO WEEKS. Their website is obviously bugged as it's not just me who is having the issue. EVERYONE is. Their customer service is a joke.

My Coke Rewards Codes don't work

Coke Rewards is a SCAM. Lots of ads, some you even have to do something to to be able to enter points/codes. Obnoxious flasing ads on the rewards pages, about 10 percent of the codes just don't work, poorly printer codes, Impossible to get a hold of anyone. 15 moinutes in their phone mail jail at the number they list to contact them and finally get a message " We cannot take your message at this time". Apparent duplicate codes printed on package because I tried to enter a code 5 times and kept getting "this code has already been redemed" when it was a brand new 20 pack that I just opened. FRUSTRATING, makes you want to give up SODA or swithch to Pepsi after being a loyal Coke drinker for many years. BIG Companies don't care, If consumers realized that they do have the power by just stop buying these 2nd rate companies products maybe they would put true customer service back into the equation.

I've been a Coke Rewards member for 3 years now. I've never experienced any of the problems you mentioned above; my rewards generally come in the mail when expected or before. If I do have an issue, it's with many stores that sell Coke refusing to accept the vouchers I usually redeem with my points. I believe you speak the truth, 3757, but I have to say that in my experience, Coke Rewards is definitely not a scam.

My Coke Rewards Don't waste your time

For those of you who collect My Coke Reward codes:

The 250-point BLOCKBUSTER Night® Coupon is currently being rejected for redemption at Blockbuster stores.

The same code appears on all coupons and when read by a scanner, the bar code causes an "already redeemed" message to appear.

I contacted MCR (My Coke Rewards) via e-mail. A reply that the problem had been corrected was sent and that I should reprint the coupon.

The same code appeared on the putative corrected coupon. The problem has not been resolved. Ergo, don't waste your MCR points until this glitch is rectified.

My Coke Rewards Bad Item

I got my Coke reward item in reasonable time but it is the worst pair of headphones I have ever seen.
The headband is so short that it can only cover one ear.
The ear pads are so small even a childs' ear would not be covered comfortably.
The battery compartment door does not fit well when the batteries are installed.

All in all total crap!
