Faulty trousers
Ordered velvet trousers kn size Medium, when they arrived they were faulty, they came in a complete mess with threads everywhere, I have no idea how it had passed quality control. Contacted customer service and informed them that I want to return and shouldn't have to pay for the posts it's not my fault they are faulty. I ended up paying for return postage to get my refund. Will not be ever shopping with them again. Absolute joke!
Not had my refund
Posted my items back on the 17/10/22 check Royal Mail delivered them back on the 19/10/22 to sender not getting any emails back and still no refund . My order number is [protected] can not get a phone number to ring them this has been going on for over a month now

I have contacted you twice and received the same bog standard email stating tr items missing may be coming under separate cover or out of stock. When I placed the order I paid for next day delivery received no notification that any of my items were out of stock.

Next day delivery
I ordered items on Wednesday the 22nd of June with next day delivery. The advertisement said before 11pm as i did. The parcel was not even shipped until Friday the 24th and didn’t arrive until Monday the 27th. Next day delivery arrived 6 days late. So upset as i had to purchase other items as it didn’t arrive on time.

Items never received, in fact I got cancellation notice and even tracking the items showed that items had not been dispatched.
I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions getting same Copy paste email from "Ryan" stating they could see refund made on 3 May, so wait 3-10days to see in my bank.
1. There was a DEDUCTION from my bank account on that date - and screenshot was sent to them as proof
2. NO refund received from the "alleged" 3 May refund until today, 25 May. That is well over any 3-10days refund policy.
However, despite on many occasions telling them "RYAN" that no refund only deduction was made on 3 May and sending proof of deduction, EXACTLY THE SAME COPY PASTE EMAIL COME BACK, even today.
Even sent messages on the FB messenger to them.
I have told them 48hrs to sort refund, or I will start proceedings through my bank.

I ordered a coat on the 06/01/2022 and received it a few days later. I tried it on and it just didn't suit or fit me, so I started the process of a return/refund and then sent it back with the time frame. They received it back at the warehouse on the 20/01/2022. I hadn't heard anything back so I made an enquiry and still haven't heard anything from them. I can't afford to loose £40 so where do I stand now?

I sent 2 orders back in December. Still awaiting a refund. I contacted I Saw it first on 1st Jan via email no reply so I contacted again, still no reply. So I then moved on to Twitter, to get responses that ask for info then blank you. Really awful customer service. This brand owes me a total of £130!
I am disgusted with how this has been handled.
I also then revised customer rights, i utilised the returns label in the bag. I am not responsible once Royal Mail have the parcel when returning back to them. I want my funds back and I will refuse to order from this website again without some sort of Gesture of goodwill. I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online shopping
The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered several of the ‘ultimate oversized' joggers and hoody collection.
How ever, this time when ordering the ‘baby pink' colour my items arrived different ‘pinks' and with completely different labels inside
It occurred on: 2022-01-04
This meant that I haven't been able to wear the set together as it doesn't match.
It's extremely upsetting that the products I have purchased and payed for do not have the ‘isawitfirst' label inside
I would like an explanation as to why my products from the same range have arrived with different labels inside and also different colours even though they are stated to be the same

It eventually arrived on the 30th Nov.
I returned the majority of the items as they were unsuitable to my local post office on the morning of the 2nd December. I have the proof of postage.
I still have not yet received my refund of £119.74. And worse no one has had the decency to even respond to one of my SIX emails I have sent over the last month about this. Not even an apology or a " we'll look into this for you" . I have been completely ignored and it's really stressing me out now as I feel this company has just stolen my money.
I would rather have kept the rubbish clothes than have no money!
Please can someone at least email me and tell me what is going on, and when I will receive my refund. As i explained several times I really needed this money for Christmas. Which did not happen. I am so disappointed by the service I have received.
