Undelivered parcel
On the 25th May 2020 I made an online purchase. I have not yet received my items and after sending numerous emails to I saw it first I have had no response as to where my purchase is. They have refused to refund my money after I have asked them to . I am becoming increasingly distressed by their lack of concern and the ignorance of this company. How are they getting away with treating people this way
On the 25th May 2020 I made an online purchase with I saw it first. I then recieved an email confirming my purchase, which also had a link to click on so I could track my parcel. I still have not recieved my parcel. The tracking link that takes you to the Hermes delivery site has shown the same thing since the 26th May, which says, we are experiencing delays your parcel will be delivered within 7 days. Still no parcel. I have requested a refund but the only reply I get is from an automated response that gives no further information as to the whereabouts of my parcel and or to my refund

I placed an order and paid got next day delivery which didnt happen. Sent both items back. After having to contact company around 20 times they refunded postage. Said no refund for clothing until I closed pay pal dispute. Did this and today they refund me for one item only so have stolen from me. Tomorrow I go to consumer ombudsman.
I am disgusted at how your company have behaved and how they ignore emails. I am also going to take legal action against you for stealing from me and for the upset and distress this has caused me over the past few weeks

First time buying from isawitfirst, I did have pretty high expectations however when the bodysuit arrived it weren't until I had tried it on I realised the bow was missing. Delivered a faulty item first time buying so won't be buying again. Doubtful they will offer a refund as it has been 30+ days. Terrible first impression. Instead of a refund I'd prefer a new bodysuit be sent and this time check the bow hasn't been ripped off!

item sent to the wrong delivery address
On the 3rd January, I made an order on the I saw it first website. After inputting the correct delivery address, and upon completion of my order, I saw that the delivery address had then changed to:

I live no where near this address and did not put this as the address for my item to be delivered to. After sending multiple emails using the websites contact form, telling them my issue, I have had no replies, even though it states that I would get a response within a few hours. I would either like this item to be sent to my correct address, or issued a full refund.

I ordered my clothes for a next day delivery. They were not delivered to my address and when I emailed the company several times I got no response. I emailed them the following day asking for a refund as I never received my order and still no response. They don't have a number to call and I want my money back. It's out of order. Scamming your customers isn't right. I won't be ordering from there again and will continue to let people know about this unacceptable customer service.

I had an email stating delivery would be between 10-12 on Tuesday 13.08.2019.
My son sat in all day awaiting the deliver which never came.
When I returned from work I had an email stating delivery had been delayed .
I received nothing further until today at 10.14 stating a delivery should be between 13.00-15.00 . I received this email once I finished work making it impossible to arrange someone to be in .
I have now been informed my parcel is being returned.
To say I am fuming would be an understatement, how on earth am I supposed to be in the house or arrange alternative arrangements at such short notice .
I want my parcel delivering to me as arranged with notice at no cost to myself as this has been an appalling service.

faulty product/ delivery refund
I ordered some clothes for my gf. She was happy with them all but a pair of jeans was faulty and ripped down the seam. She liked the product however and they fit well. So I emailed the customer service team to see if they would send me another pair out and cover the costs of the delivery as I had already paid for the first delivery and it wasn't my fault the product was faulty and needed replacing. They just said they'd give me a refund for the product and was unwilling to cover the price of the delivery as other items had been ordered as well as the jeans. This however doesn't cover the fact that I would have to pay for delivery for an extra item that was faulty due to no fault of my own.

I was supposed to receive their delivery today, Jun 26, but I did not. According to the courier page (Hermes), it says it was delivered, but their tracking page don't show the picture as proof of delivered, just a blurred image. (see attached)
Also, we had people here in and out for the entire day, as there is some construction work going on the building, and none of them saw any delivery being made.
I've tried to reach out to them in every possible way, but they simply don't answer. Twitter, e-mail, whatsapp, I've tried everything.

I purchased 10 items on the above order no. I kept 2 items and returned the
remaining 8 items. I only received a partial refund £95 when I should have
received £120. The goods were received back at I saw it first facility as I
received an email on the 10th April advising of the refund, when I checked
the amount refunded I saw it was incorrect. I have sent numerous emails
and have sent copies of the return ticket but no one is coming back to me.
Each time I send an email response the email comes back to me so I am not
sure it is being received

Absolutely disgusting service. Even after numerous emails asking for my refund and providing proof of postage still keep asking to wait a further 5 days after the 14 and the same again and again. Rude customer service. So basically not getting my money back. When I tracked the return it was still stuck at the post office which they haven't chased up because even though I have sent proof they don't want to give me back my money. I ordered a dress off the I saw it first website, it came today and I was looking forward to wearing it tonight on my night out as it was my outfit for the night, opened it and down the side of the dress arm was all ripped.. this has ruined my plans now because this outfit was for tonight and now I don't have anything to wear as I was counting on this! If this doesn't get sorted I will not be ordering of the website again because I am not happy!

They honestly deliver you ugly items, bad quality and it takes ages for the to respond!
I ordered a coat which at first looked beautiful only to realise it has holes everywhere. Ordered heels for an event - not to mention I paid extra for next day delivery - for them to deliver a complete different colour!
Their response is always a copy and paste response. They do not refund your money and I would just avoid them when there are websites like prettylittlething around.

Hi I am at the end of my tether.I made 2 orders on Sunday 9th December.I was charged full price for items as I thought they were in the sale but my biggest worry is I have not received 1 of my order s and its the 1 for 630 pounds which I ordered 1st.Myother order came on Monday evening.I have tried many many times to email and I'm getting nowhere.Also.every time I try to sign in and retrieve a new password (just in case that was what was wrong) it says my email address is invalid.Hermes delivered only 1 bag with order number [protected] and tracking no., [protected].The order I haven't received is order no., [protected] and I am unable to give a tracking number as its just not there?It's not on the email (it's on its way)I am really in tear s with this as its 630 pounds.Please help me.Thanks

I ordered a pair of boots which I believe are faulty. I got in touch with customer services via email as there is no contact number to speak to someone over the phone! I have been waiting almost two days for someone to give me a suitable resolution and still nothing, this afternoon I was emailed if I was willing to accept a partial refund of 20% this is not good enough as I am unable to wear the boots! What will I do with a pair of boots that are not fit for purpose. I have not received adequate service and this complaint is still dragging on. No one has taken ownership of my complaint. If nothing is done I will be contacting trading standards.
terrible quality
Received an order from I saw it first and two of my items were ripped. I think it's disgusting they don't quality check the items before sending them out. To add to this, when I got in touch for a refund, they wouldn't refund my postage charge even though they sent me items I couldn't keep. I think their customer service process is terrible as they have no option to live chat or ring them and you have to wait, sometimes days, for a reply to one email. Due to the fact it isn't resolved at one time, different staff members pick up your problems and don't actually know what's going on. Prices are cheap which is why I ordered from them but the quality is appalling which explains the cheap price. Won't be ordering again, i've learnt my lesson.
next day delivery arrived after 8 days
I ordered a pair of shoes and a dress on Friday at 10pm. It said next day Saturday delivery for £5.99 but this would only be if i ordered before 8pm on Friday. I paid the £5.99 and presumed if the item didnt turn up on Saturday it should be here by Sunday or Monday as like misguided and pretty little thing normally does. My item arrived on Saturday 8 days after the order.
The customer service is so sarcastic and condescending. They have provided no address I can write to complain. They repeat the same thing in all of the emails. I cant see why I should have paid £5.99 for a 8 day delivery when next day delivery states £3.99.
Isnt this just to confuse the customers. One of the worst customer service and they refuse to refund the delivery. Very misleading. I would never buy from them ever again and would never reccomend and I will let everyone know

Ordered a couple of pairs of jeans from these lot on the 12th, I realise it's only the 14th today, but I can't even track anything about my order.
There is no information available anywhere. Tried their tracking option on their website, that doesn't work either.
This is absolutely shambolic.
Emailed them, not one has replied yet. I need those items soon, would be nice if they at the very least have a web chat option.

I saw it for the last time for sure. I've had enough. I ordered 6 items and all of them were terrible. Bad quality, cheap material. Excuse me, but I would want to see a woman who wouldn't be embarrassed to wear it. And I didn't buy cheap items, they were pretty expensive. What a disrespectful treatment. Moreover, 3 of them were in the wrong size, smaller. Even though I used your charts for ordering. Terrible.
