Weihai Fantastic Sports
Weihai Fantastic Sports also known as Techsurf has destroyed my paddle board company start up. The inflatable boards I ordered had blown seams, ill fitting fins, improper design, they were 8 months in shipping and many items did not even arrive. Dorain Gao the CEO promised to fix things but has since blocked me from contacting him. Avoid Weihai Fantastic Sports or Techsurf. They owe me thousands of dollars in product and they just hide. Made in China offers to help but then they just tell you to deal with the manufacturer directly and do nothing.
Desired outcome: 10 Inflatable Paddle boards and 27 properly fitting fins sent to me or reimbursement of 5 thousand dollars.
Unuseable Ceiling Panels
We attach below the complaint we sent to the Manager of the company on 16 May 2022 that supplied the materials we cannot use.
We did not receive a response.
Appreciate your advice on how to progress with this issue.
We are happy to return the product as we cannot use it.
“Dear Mr Wang
We are a boutique resort owner in Fiji that started importing your products in 2016, through Amy Zhu, and have been extremely pleased with the results.
We used decking at the swimming pool, wall cladding on our Villas, and flooring at the swimming pool pavillion, With our very positive past experience, we had no hesitation ordering ceiling panels for a luxury two-story building that we were adding to our Resort inventory.
See Photos of our place below where we’ve used your decking, wall cladding, and flooring.
Unfortunately, our October 2020 order of ceiling panels, through Sunny, has been a disappointing experience.
First disappointment.
Thursday 07 April - Discovered incorrect metal profile had been supplied for ceiling panel CE100-50. Mistake acknowledged, replacement offered, however your company could not provide Courier service due to high cost. We worked with our agent to organize LCL shipping; however, consignment was expected to depart Qingdao 15, or 16 May and to arrive Fiji 08 July - subject to delays. Your company would pay shipping and we would again pay Customs Clearance fees and transhipment to our Island once it arrives in Fiji - approximately $350-500. Sunny sent us a copy of Bill Of Lading showing Metal Profiles 85kg 0.5 cbm.
Tuesday, 10May - We found another problem - ceiling panel CE50-60 - the panels would fall to the floor after installation. We advised Sunny and also conveyed that 08 July possible arrival in Fiji for CE100-50 metal profiles is too late as we are expecting potential investors in July so requested "hold" on the shipping of the CE100-50 metal profiles.
Thursday, 12 May - Communication received from Sunny that further investigation at your factory discovered that A09 ceiling strips for CE100-50, previously supplied are incorrect size and that your company would have to send us the correct size. Consignment weight will now increase by 219kg and therefore consignment weight is now 219+85kg so courier or airfreight cannot be considered.
Back to the CE50-60 problem.
I have sent videos to Sunny. CE50-60 panels were falling off the metal profile after installation. The Metal profile is very sharp and is cutting through the holding lip of CE50-60 there is a lot of damage during installation as the material is very rigid with no flexibility. Sunny then advised that "the ceiling panel isn't suitable for [uninstall] after installation."
We are very concerned about this statement as we expected the ceiling panels to be a decorative, suspended ceiling system designed to conceal home services such as air conditioning duct systems, electrical wiring, plumbing etc., which do need servicing from time to time. Providing a ceiling panel that is permanent, that cannot be uninstalled, does not meet our requirements, and I suspect, the needs of the majority of builders.
A copy of our Invoice is attached.
We cannot use CE50-60 and waiting until mid July to install CE100-50 will delay our project unacceptably.
In order to meet our project deadline without penalty, we will need to change our ceiling treatment. An additional expense.
We are appealing to your esteemed office Mr Wang, as a business owner, for an amicable solution - a refund would be the most preferred.
Most sincerely
Margaret Giuliani “
Kind regards

extra $1000
Do not buy from this website Madeinchina, they are the worst to deal with. I didn't read the reviews and took a risk to buy something from this site. I purchased something cheap because I had no idea how good this site was and only wanted to try it.
My card was immediately charged and next day it was charged again and a sum of $1000 was deducted from my account! I tried to reach someone from Madeinchina to find what was that all about but they did not reply. Not only they stole my money, but I also didn't receive my order. I will hire a lawyer because I don't see any other ways to resolve this. I want my money back!
fraud!
I've purchased several items from www.madeinchina.com website. They did not accept PayPal and that seemed strange, but the seller assured me everything will be fine. They said that in case if I will not be satisfied with my products I will get e refund. I can't say anything about the product itself because I never received anything. When I asked for a refund they refused and said that my order was shipped so it was impossible to cancel my order. I'm out of money thanks to these scammers!
never received my stuff
www.madeinchina.com is a scam! I've ordered few things from them and after I paid they just disappeared! They took my money and never provided me my tracking number and I heard nothing from them. Tried to contact them many times, but there was no response. Wasted my money on nothing! My order was placed in late February and it is now April and I have no idea where my stuff is! This was my first online shopping experience ever and I'm very disappointed and in my opinion all this online shopping is not safe.
Hello,
I want to order from MAGIC STYLE INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD
Are they Genuine?
I don't want to be a victim.
Thanks
Housna
stay away from this website
So i placed an order and maybe this was my mistake for not writing down my order number right after my payment was accepted, but i never received a confirmation email and my online account (which you have to register for) was not created. So i contacted them with all of the information I had, shipping address, billing address, amount of order and they said they couldn't help me without the order number and not to worry because payments aren't released until i confirm that i have received my order. well i have no idea if or when this order is coming because i can't track it! So now, i have to sit and wait for either 1) the order to show up or 2) my funds to be released back into my bank account. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! I order wholesale a lot and i have NEVER had this problem until I decided to try a different site!

Description of Scam: Do not trust Taixing Suxing Co., LTD of
Taixing, Jiansgu, China.
Taixing Suxing Co., LTD claims to be a manufacture of textile sewed
goods, but our experience proved that Taixing Suxing Co., LTD is just
a scam to get advanced payment for shipment of goods they never
deliver!
Taixing Suxing Co., LTD of Taixing, Jiansgu, China provided us a
Formal Quotation for manufacturing and shipment of goods to our US
facility. Taixing Suxing Co., LTD's Formal Quotation terms called out
for: a 50% advanced payment; then they would manufacture and ship
the goods to our US facility; and we would be required to wire the final
50% payment within 10-days after we received the goods.
We issued our Purchase Order (with the exact same terms). Our
Purchase Order was accepted and singed by the Taixing Suxing Co.,
LTD Sales Manager. WU Zhihua. We wired the 50% payment in
advance. Taixing Suxing Co., LTD, confirmed they received the
payment as specified.
After waiting 3-weeks and expecting shipping information for the goods,
Taixing Suxing Co., LTD then demanded we pay 100% of the order in
advance before Taixing Suxing Co., LTD would processing our order.
"Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me." Since
Taixing Suxing Co., LTD had already proven they could not be trusted,
we did not even consider "sending good money after bad." We
immediately canceled the order and requested a return of our advanced
payment. Needless to say we never received the return of our
advanced payment our any of the goods.
Luckily we only lost a few thousand dollars...it could have been twice as
much.
We've had good experiences with some companies in China. However,
Taixing Suxing Co., LTD is one of the bad companies. We don't
recommend doing business with Taixing Suxing Co., LTD. Or at
minimal make sure you receive your order before you pay them anything.

greatest scam on net!
After being a SCAM victim of the “made-in-china” website and the scammers that they allow to populate their site I decided to do some testing.
1. I rejoined “made-in-china” under a false name and email address
2. I browsed companies for various items mainly laptops
3. Contact enquiries were sent to 13 suppliers
4. I sent the following contact email through the “made-in-china” system.
5. I received 13 replies overnight - All suppliers were keen to start business relationship, some of the prices were so low it was ridiculous, 8 also replied with their payment terms which were all TT, Western Union, Bank Transfer, no-one accepted paypal and all had hotmail, gmail, yahoo and so on email addresses.
6. I replied to all 13 with a request for 1 sample unit and asked could I pay by Paypal
7. I received 13 replies overnight 12/13 said NO to Paypal ... all the usual excuses – We not have Paypal, Paypal cost us too much, Paypal take too long and so on ... all legit companies accept Paypal.
8. I replied to the 12 suppliers which I will now call scammers – “YOU ARE A SCAMMERS AND I AM REPORTING YOU TO “made-in-china” AND ALSO POSTING YOUR DETAILS ON FORUMS TO ALERT BUYERS”. Fully expecting “made-in-china” to do absolutely nothing.
9. This time only 6 replied, the others running for cover. The replies range from “You are crazy”, “Scammer I don’t know what you mean”, “Stop this now or I sue you in court of law” “You don’t know my business, what I do to you” and so on
10. Well a few more emails were exchanged with the more aggressive scammers, that was fun !
Below are the listed scammers, I suspect that their web pages will close and email addresses will change in the near future. TO BUY FROM CHINA IS RISKY BUSINESS ... THE ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU !
Found a website through Made in China.com for horse halters called Qingdao Esun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. The owner of the company AKA Larry Li said he had what I needed and conned me into sending him $2400.00 directly, found out later to avoid customs, never having bought from a foreign country I did it and never heard from him again. Made in China couldn't help me because the transaction didn't go through them, I understand that but they still have his company on their website for others to get scammed! Stay away from Larry Li from https://esunfarming.en.made-in-china.com/. Made in China.com is probably the worse company I have ever dealt with! STAY AWAY!
goods paid for and not received
Beware of the "Made In China" organisation which represents itself as an agent for a large number of manufacturers. On the 29th December 2010 I forwarded funds to the tune of $US870 to an Emily Chen who was to have placed my order for 3 Shimano fishing reels with one of the companies who supposedly came under the Made In China group of companies. According to Miss Chen the goods were to be delivered to my address in Australia via DHL. When same goods failed to arrive I phoned DHL who after a search informed me that the goods were infact never given to them for transport to Australia.
I have to shop other stores to get American Made products. All your stores carry now is made in china. Tired of china

Hi David,
I am sorry to hear that you got this sufferings, and I don't know whether you got your money back or received your items.
if it is still pending, I think you could continue to write mail to the people for refunding money back, at same time, it's very important for you to collect the company information, people names and contacts, also the mails between yours, and you can send this to police if she refuse to refund your money back.
Hope you could solve this problem and for any help you need, please leave me comments.
Thanks
goods never received, no refund made
I have been dealing with the Website Made in China .com and it seems they have taken my money, never sent any goods and are refusing a refund.
I run my own business here in Australia and purchse many products from china. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before and doubtfully will again.
All the relevant address details and contact phone numbers were supplied to the seller, however he didnt fill out any of the details on the shipping con note, therefore the courier could not deliver to a business name, or call my number, even though they had the address details.
The particular sellers name is RAYBAN.
All i required was a refund for goods not received, however the company and its seller will not provide any refund, and i wish to elevate the dispute against this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Few days back i inquired for some Sony Playstation 3 (80 GB) Consoles on http://www.made-in-china.com website,
I got many email repiles from the sellers registered on this site.
All emails had very suprising prices for the console. The price range started from $100 to $190.
I was carried away and i replied a seller whose email is top.xingzheng.E@hotmail.com for the specs and terms for the console,
The seller gave me the exact specs as the original Sony Playstation 3. Below is the email which i recieved and the files recieved are attached. The seller also promised to give any 5 games free with the Console which i had to choose from the file(i have attached the game list).
He asked me send money through Western Union but as there was no transfer facility for Western Union in my country so We agreed on t/t(Telex Transfer) and so below are the t/t details which seller gave me.
Guys, Beware of these Fraudster as they are very cheap people living on this earth... They have no conscience of their own and they are real dumped As**oles on this beautiful earth...
NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM MADEINCHINA.COM
I ORDER A WEDDING DRESS AND THEY SEND ME SIMILAR DRESS LIKE IN THE PICTURE, BUT NOT THE SAME AND THE SIZE WAS WRONG. SO NO QUALITY NO DRESS NO REFUND.
Never received my product that i have ordered, it is so nice i tried ordering in Chinabuye and the shipment is fast and every products is always in great condition.
well, maybe you should reconsider using other site's that allow you to perches products from China, but are European based, there for more reliable? Try momoway.com for instance - they offer similar products from manufactures, but are EU founded and operate according to EU laws and regulations.
China mobile phones wholesalers include Chinatronics, Chinavasion, IC-Mall and so many others. But you need to do your homework and find additional information. Made in china product are so good because i have already use a china mobile phone.
http://www.mobiper.com/
i always check the interent now for companys from china, and you will see this one comes up as a SCAM like all the others... also do you have a list of reputable sellers in china?
i wish i had read all about madeinchina.com. the web-site (oakley) in beijing) on the madeinchina.com web-site. sent me what they call similar items and only wants to give me a part-refund. their web-sites are misleading and down right criminal. how the chinese gov. allows this to go on should show the prople of the world that their word is no good. may i add, this skunk has taken down his web-site and i'm sure as God made little green apples, is up and running under another name. so, please take my advice people out there...buy made in america or any other country other than china...
fraudulant product
I got ripped off from a merchant of www.madeinchina.com, the seller was haojie988 and they advertised screw ack stud 14k earrings, I got $1.00 costume earrins that were not screw back and were not even 14k plated, they were painted gold!
The seller told me they were similar and I should be happy with these earrings, they offered me $10 back to just be quiet and not do a chargeback through PayPal, the are concerned that the SCAM will be uncovered. Madeinchina claims they hold the oney in an escrow account until you are happy.
When I took these earrings to 2 different jewely stores I was told these are were the worst imitations they have seen, they guessed these were worth at most $1.00.
The seller told me that they are going to sue me for letting people know what they are running a scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
