My name is Susan Messing. My email address is: [protected]@gmail.com. My. phone number is: [protected]. I am a new customer to BaubleBar & if this matter I am writing about is not resolved, I am certain this will be the last order I place with your company. I placed an order for over $400. I have never been more disappointed, actually furious, with merchandise I received after placing an order on line. A customer should be able to trust that what they see in the photos and the description of the items is a true representation of the merchandise. When I received my order, that could not be more farther from the truth. It is nothing short of deception and false advertising & you should be ashamed of yourselves for misleading consumers to get them to buy your merchandise. I full intend to take this matter to the BBB if it is not resolved. I bought 18, yes 18, stretch bracelets that have an initial on them. In the photo on your website of the item, you show a magnification of the item at least quadrupled. I could not believe it when I opened the packages. The beads and bracelets are so small that they look like they are made to be placed on the wrist of a very young child. They are so small that I have to stretch them out so much on my wrist that I could see in between the beads I have an average size wrist and have never had a problem with any size of a stretch bracelet. I was in shock when I looked at the color. It does not look “gold” , & is far from it. It’s a brass color. In fact all of the jewelry that I ordered all look like brass. You have advertised merchandise to be a color which is as far from the truth that it could be. The initial brackets I ordered were to be given as a gift to my daughter’s friends at her bridal shower. I would be ashamed to even think of doing that. It’s a disgrace. The biggie earrings I received look nothing like the picture you show of someone wearing them. Again, they are nowhere near the size you advertise and the color is not representative of gold, but rather it’s brass. The crossover bracket I ordered for myself looks tarnished & is so small that I can’t fit it in my wrist & I do not have a large wrist at all. I have never had a problem with any sizing of a bracelet. The initial necklace chain is of very poor quality & both the initial and chain look like brass. No one would ever believe it was shown it was a gold tone like you show in the picture. It’s a disgrace what you are doing to sell your merchandise. Plus, this business of being “final sale” that is nothing more than a gimmick to entice consumers to buy something at a sale price only to find out when the cosine r, such as myself, receives merchandise it was nothing more than a than a rip off to get a customer to believe they are getting a great deal at a great price. I wish that were the case. Now, I have received merchandise will never be able to use because it looks discolored, cheap, too small & ABSOLUTELY NORTHING like the photos in your website, I have no doubt when I take this matter to BBB, they will completely agree & investigate whether your company is one they should be endorsing, I will also bring it to their attention that of the most recents 12 complaints that have been made about your merchandise, not one of them were resolved. Zero, not one. That also tells me how little you value a customer’s satisfaction of your merchandise, your company does nothing but put pictures of merchandise that look nothing like what a customer receives. This is completely unacceptable & leads me to believe that you think it’s perfectly acceptable to falsely represent your merchandise with the intention of offering that merchandise at a sale price just to sucker people in to believing they are getting a great deal. Your merchandise is cheap, poorly made and looks nothing like gold. I am sick about what has happened. I cannot sit back and allow you to do to me what you have done to other dissatisfied customers without taking it to a higher level so there is an awareness of how you are deceive customers. I might as well thrown away $400 because that’s how I feel after receiving your merchandise,

Desired outcome: Full refund for false advertising
