This is Madison soper that ordered form you guys about a month or two ago. I ordered the bage phone case for my mom’s birthday that says Andrea and I belive was canceled and shipped back to you guys. Total waste of money!
I found beautiful ear crawlers on www.baublebar.com and ordered them immediately, but what I have received looked nothing like pictures on their website and earring were poorly made.
When I tried them on one clamp immediately broke! I contacted BaubleBar customer service right away and asked for a refund. They said that it was not possible and offered me a replacement but I refused ad said that I don't need any of their product. They replied nothing and stopped replying to my messages. Total waste of money!

Cute but quality is terrible
I accidentally found www.baublebar.com, saw the items and was sold! They have really beautiful pictures and jewelry looks amazing. I wasted over $80 and bought some cute earrings and necklace. When my order arrived the packaging was also very beautiful and looked cute, but when I opened it there was nothing but garbage! Items I received looked like pictures, but everything was made of cheap plastic! I'm super disappointed and I'll never order from them again. Very poor quality.
Incredibly disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with Baublebar. I've purchased really cute earrings and received them in reasonable time. Quality was terrible, when I tried them on for the first time one of them fell apart! I was shocked and immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund. But then they sent me another pair! I contacted them again and told that I wanted my money back and not some more junk! They said that they never give refunds. What a ridiculous company! I was extremely disappointed with this company and will not be buying anything from them again!
don't waste your money!
I ordered some jewelry from this website and when It finally arrived I was very disappointed with the awful quality. Their jewelry just falls apart! When I tried on the earrings for the first time a stone fell out! I contacted Baublebar customer service and their rep refused to help me. Instead of helping me they just offered me to buy something else. No way I will waste my money buying their junk products! Horrible customer service and terrible products!

Disappointed
No doubt they have some cutest designs and really nice prices. I accidentally found Baublebar, saw the products and decided to buy something. I've ordered some things and spent over $60. When my order arrived I was excited about how cute the packaging looked like, but when I opened it and saw the products I was very disappointed. Things I received were really cute, but looked very cheap and quality was way off. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund, but never heard back from them. Things they sell are cute, but because of a bad quality I will never order anything from them again.
I got only one earning
I purchased earnings for my daughter from the company www.baublebar.com. I received the parcel yesterday, but the box contained one earning. It looked ok, but I was upset that the seller has forgotten to place the second one. I sent two messages and one email to the seller, and he replied within couple of minutes. He excused and told that the second earning would be send today and promised to attach the small gift. After this conversation I heard nothing. Avoid this liar.
They didn't provide my order at all
I bought bracelet from the company www.baublebar.com. I paid and after 3 days I got email from the seller, who informed me that the item was sold out. But the seller offered to choose two bracelets, and the second bracelet was as compensation. I chose the bracelets, but the seller misled me and provided nothing. I wasn’t happy with such services, so please post comments if you have the same problems.
I got a call from wholsted jewlery saying that I had won a free ring and all I had to pay was the shipping cost of $3.99. Then they began to say they would be sending me earring for a shipping cost of $9.99. Then they said that I would be charged $16.99 a month for their services. After all this they kept saying congratulations you are approved for more offers. This kept happening over and over and they kept adding charges each time. When I told them each time NO they just talked faster and faster.
So after I got off the phone I called the company back and they told me that I wasn't in there computer system and they told me to call back in 24-48 hrs. Then they began to tell me different services they provide for a discount price of 16.99 and the is a secure system.
So by now they are charging me about $50.00.
After all this I looked them up online and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Everyone was saying this company was a SCAM. As you can imagine I was terrified that my bank account would be emptied completely. So I called my bank right away and they checked my account and nothing was on it yet ( thank God) so I cancelled my card.
Anyone that get a call from this company cancel your credit or bank cards as soon as possible.
Bad-quality things and the worst company ever
I bought pair of clips and t-shirt from the company www.baublebar.com. The website is really bad and they sell bad-quality stuff, so better don’t waste time and money. Don’t order from them. I got the clips, but after 3 days it was already broken. The t-shirt was also bad and small holes started to appear everywhere on the t-shirt. Total scam, so better don’t buy from them and share this info. Thanks.
Bad quality and seller doesn't care about customers
I was really disappointed with the services of the website www.baublebar.com. I bought 2 necklaces from them, and each cost me about $40. I wore them only once, but they immediately broke. I called the seller, but he refused to change them or provide refund. I was really angry and upset with such attitude. Dishonest seller
I so tired of dealing with such dishonest seller as baublebar.com. I ordered necklace from them, but I haven't received it. I sent several emails, and the seller agreed to send another one. It came broken, and I returned it to seller and paid for shipment on my own. Now they claim that they never received any items from me and they can't refund me. Maybe someone had the same situation with this seller and can help me to return money.
One stone was missing
I have bought a necklace from Bauble Bar. I received it in time but one stone from the necklace was missing. I sent it back with the confirmation letter and warranty and receipt. I know that they received the package but they didn’t pay me the refund still. They even don’t want to exchange the necklace.
I was excited to receive my earrings and put them on this morning for the first time . Not even 1 hour into wearing it, it fell apart without me even touching it. It literally just fell on the ground!
How this can be corrected. I am very disappointed at the quality.
