Disappointed customer
I have ordered a ring from www.diamondere.com and it looked really nice and was worth the money but the size was incorrect and it was too huge. I wanted to get a smaller size so I emailed Diamondere but did not get a response. I also tried to call but they did not pick up the phone. I can't reach customer service and as a result I can't get the bigger size. So literally I'm stuck with a ring I can't even wear! So disappointed!

I bought ring from www.diamondere.com. I had the warranty, but when the stone fell out from the ring, I decided that it came time to use the warranty. To my surprise, the rep told me that I couldn’t use and asked to pay the total sum of $800 for the repair. Seriously? I told him that I wouldn’t pay, and he stopped to reply. I won’t buy any other jewellery from these scammers.
Rep didn't call us back and we haven't received the earning back
My husband bought earnings from the company www.diamondere.com. I was really disappointed, ‘coz one stone felt out after I wore the earnings. We contacted the rep from this company, and he agreed to replace the stone. We returned the earning, but he never contacted us back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

We have a manufacturing warranty to cover these rare instances when stones do fall out. We fix these problems (at our cost) in our PA facility and ship it back to our customers. This process does not take more than a few weeks. We also have a 48 hour deadline to respond to all emails, so it is impossible that your email has gone unanswered.

We offer a 365 day warranty against manufacturing defects where we repair the rings at our cost or charge a nominal cost (not $800 for sure) . This process does not take more than a few weeks.
