Very satisfied
I found it easy to look through the options on the website, choose something I liked, and pay for it. It was a gift for my sister and her husband - personalised yin yang key rings - and they liked it. I got my sister to send a pic and it's quite cute. The company sent me update emails so I knew the status of my order, and then it arrived even earlier than the estimated delivery date, so I'm a satisfied customer.

My husband brought me one of your necklaces with my children and grand childrens names on, its beautiful, so perfect, I keep my family close to my heart. Therefore when I wanted something special for my daughter in law who just before xmas had given birth, I knew exactly where to look. Your website is easy to use, full of different designs to suit everyone. Ordering easy, delivery not a problem, so happy with my purchase, my daughter in law loves it. OVERPRICED SCAM The necklace was a gift and while it looks nice and I was thrilled with it, my husband was disappointed that the engraving was so tiny -- not at all as large as it appeared online.Also, when I "chatted" with a customer representative, asking about returning the necklace to have it engraved on the backside as well (since the rings turn over and the names are not then visible) I was told the necklace did not come with the option to be engraved on the back. ?Why not? The back is just like the front, and if I am willing to pay for the extra engraving, why would a legitimate company not try to help a customer?Caution. I'm sure the same or similar necklace can be found elsewhere -- from a legitimate business based in *** -- that truly has an interest in their business reputation and satisfying the customer.
I ordered a bracelet for a birthday gift for my husband. It didn't arrive on his birthday of June 9th as the shipping information indicated, so I waited until Father's Day. That day also came and went without the bracelet arriving. When I tracked the package, the shipper mentioned that a label was created but they never actually received the product to ship. The company kept insisting it was in the hands of the shipper. I began leaving comments on their social media advertisements, which prompted someone from the company to contact me asking for an order number. I provided the number immediately, yet it took them another four days to reply, saying they would expedite the order. I have responded to them and, as of today, July 14th, 2022, I still haven't received the item. Meanwhile, I discovered that my account, the one I used to pay for the bracelet, was compromised, resulting in fraudulent charges of $1700 in social media advertisements. Fortunately, my bank noticed the suspicious activity and deactivated the card before more harm could occur. They suspect that this purchase may have led to my personal information being compromised. I urge others to be cautious!
I regret now, not looking at these reviews before I ordered. I ordered on July 15, for an August 4, anniversary gift. My card was charged July 19. I received an email from Myka on July 26, telling me the jewelry had shipped. Many emails later I received a tracking number on Aug 1. I tracked the package and found the carrier was waiting to receive the item. Today, the carrier finally got the item in their possession! I'm guessing the jewelry is produced overseas, then exported to the destination country. That would explain the long delays. I don't think any actual live people work in customer service. Only Bots. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MYKA AGAIN. NEVER.

I ordered (3) bracelets fot Christmas gifts. They were here in a short time and more than I expected. They gave me an estmated delivery time and it was on time. I am a very satisfied great grandmother and I know my greats will love their bracelets.
My husband got me the open bangle bracelet for Christmas. It is beautifully made and very delicate. However, there is a design flaw in the way the clasp is made, cheaply - the bracelet kept falling off my wrist and to confirm, he had purchased the smallest size. And 4 months later, it fell off my wrist and I lost the bracelet. I felt terrible, so I ordered the exact same replacement. It was delivered on March 14th and I wore it out a week later. I came home, YUP! it wasn't on my wrist again. Trust me, as a grown adult, there is no reason why I would keep losing a piece of jewelry; I've worn many open bangle bracelets before. There is a serious design flaw in the way the open bangle bracelets are made at MYKA. DO NOT purhcase! It will fall off and the company will blame you for losing your bracelet.

My order number is [protected]. I placed my order of my name necklace on the 24/11/19. It's now 20/12/19 and it still hasn't arrived! It's a Christmas present. The customer service I received has been appalling. I have been told my order is on it's way as soon as possible. This is completely ridiculous answer. I want exact information about where my order is!. Since then the company have been ignoring my emails. If I don't get answers now I will be taking further action. The money has been taken out of my account and I have no item to show for it. My order is very late now and I'm done with their rubbish excuses. My address is correct on the order. WHERE IS IT?!

Mother's day has come and gone and the package did not arrive. I had to go out and purchase another gift at the last minute on that holiday.
The money was taken directly from the account given and has been in your hands all this time. My hands are empty. I checked the status and it says still in manufacturing.
There is no need for the gift at this late date. Cancel the order and return the funds to the account. I expect 100% return - not 70%. You did not fulfill the order, it has not been completed, it is past the event date, and now all these items are on sale which itself is very poor business. I will check my email and my bank account to ensure this has been taken care of.
I have received several promotional offers with discounts - so apply the discount and the sale price - combined they will cover the 30% costs. I am very dissatisfied with your service. Your ad was misleading.
This company is terrible
I had a bad experience with Mynamenecklace and I will never buy from them again. Bought a gift from their site and they charged me twice.
I contacted them and they assure me I'll get a my money back and soon I really received a refund. One problem was solved, but there was another one. Order never came!
I contacted Mynamenecklace and told them that I did not receive a tracking number and they said that they already sent one to me. But later they sent me a number, which was fake and did not work. They lied about my order status every time I contacted them and when I asked them to cancel my order they refused. This company is terrible and their terrible service gave me nothing but trouble. Never received a replacement necklace
I have ordered a name necklace from www.mynamenecklace.com website and the one I received was incorrect. I contacted their customer support service and told them that I name was incorrect and asked for a replacement and they agreed. They gave me a return address and I shipped it back. Later they contacted me and said that replacement was sent to me, but it never made it here. Every time I contacted them they said one and the same thing and told that I need to be patient. Two months already passed and I really doubt that I'll ever receive it.
