I first made a payment for Toyota Fortuner from beforward, to which a few days later after acknowledgement of the payment they said that the car was sold to another buyer. On the same mail, they then gave me the option to either chose another car or get the refund. I chose another car. After which they sent me the confirmation that the car was successful acquired on my behalf. They even sent me the following: proof of payment and set the car status to "payment confirmed on their website (evidence attached).
They also sent me a cap link (a link to see the shipping status and track documents like BL) and an email estimating the shipping date, but conditioned to ship availability.
Well, after almost three weeks from the designated shipping date, still nothing, and when I login into their website, the cap status is gone, the car shows as sold to someone else and my deposit is just seating there. On top of that, I have received no prior communication from beforward of whatsoever.
This is what I want:
If the second option is sold to someone else, they must give me other options of which I will choose from with no extra cost other than what i have already paid,
If they are able to provide our point one above, they must refund me all my money and send me an apology for their nonsense.
The third point is that, they must train their staff to communicate better and provide constant updates not only while payment is being made but, as the entire transaction continues or even after sale follow up.
Desired outcome: Another car option without additional cost or Money back, plus an apology for their nonsense.
