Collin and Tino were easy to work with. They made our first time buyer purchase simple and easy. I highly recommend them if you looking to purchase a car or trade your car in. No haggle pricing. After visiting several dealerships, this by far is the best dealership with the best employees who are very honest and trustworthy.

Jessica was kind and easy to follow. She was informative and I could sense a good personality. I felt I could trust her by her demeanor very quickly, and I come in to dealerships usually fearful of being just another sale, when in fact, my … More

Katee was awesome. Management and other employees super friendly. Knowledge and helpful. I arrived too late to do much on a Saturday and sadly the truck I wanted a "car maintenance person" to look at sold before I could lock it down... But … More

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I won't go into all the details here, just a few, but will definitely be spreading the word about this horrible establishment. They'll make you feel good at first, but as soon as something is not right, and you present it to them, that's when everything will go wrong for your "amazing vehicle purchasing experience" as well as the attitudes of the people who welcomed you in the establishment. Very disappointing experience to say the least, including from some of the "team members", as well as the "General Management himself"! They tried intimidation tactics, when I presented them with issues for a vehicle I was purchasing from them, which was kind of funny actually, and didn't work at all, and just showed what they really think about their customers and how incompetent they are. No care at all for the customer whatsoever. As far as customer service, you can definitely forget about it. Throw that out the door. They'll just brush you off without a care in the world.
Now just waiting for them
to comment back on here, down below 👇, stating something like, "we're sorry you had such a bad experience", or "please call the number so we can resolve the issues", or some type of lie that they tried taking care of the issues for me, blah blah blah, just to try and make their self look good on here or that they "fulfilled their standards", according to the General Management! Because once again, customer service does not exist here at this establishment whatsoever. I have never had such a horrible vehicle purchasing experience, as this one, before in my life. I seriously recommend that you shop elsewhere for a vehicle and not find out the hardway as I did with this horrible place. I cannot express this enough. I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, if your looking to purchase a vehicle.
Recommendation: GO ELSEWHERE. DON'T SHOP HERE AT THE NEW BRAUNFELS LOCATION
This place is a joke, my wife recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee limited in there Thornton Colorado dealership
This place is a joke, my wife recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee limited in there Thornton Colorado dealership. When we test drove it it wasn't running right, they replaced the ignition coil, we didn't get the vehicle until after dark and wasn't able to thoroughly inspect it. Upon driving on the interstate we noticed the front end was shaking and pulled to the right, my wife called them and they told her to take it to a local dodge dealership and have it diagnosed and they would repair it. After it was inspected by the dodge dealership we found out it had mismatched tires and a possible bad drive shaft, the dodge dealership told echo park the tires needed replaced and the drive shaft sent a quote to echo park and they refused to pay for the work. My wife called echo park they told her to bring it back and all they said was the tires were over Inflated and balanced the tires and there's no shaking, we had also signed a agreement when we did the contract that they would replace the brakes and rotors and also refused to do that even though I sitting there when my wife signed the contract with that clause in it, now there saying they never did that, basically called me a liar. So now we to replace all the tires to match and the brakes and rotors, possibly whatever else is wrong with it which will more than likely cost us 2-3k dollars. My wife is absolutely heartbroken, she waited almost six years to buy a new vehicle and now we have to all this money out on top of sales tax and license, I will be contacting our state attorney general as well.
Paid $899.00 for the shipping and purchased a 2022 *** Maverick. Put thousands down. First few days there was an issue with *** Mykey which were causing all kinds of restrictions and theyre scrambling to find a key. I was also informed upon bringing it to a *** dealership that the previous owners still had the master key, and that they could still track my vehicle and unlock it and also stop the vehicle from their ***Pass app. I told Ms. that I didnt feel safe at all and she said she doesnt think anything will happen, but I dont know anyone who wants to buy a vehicle and have any previous owners still have access to tracking said vehicle and having the ability to start and stop the vehicle. Well yesterday it just died on me. Every *** in my area AND surrounding areas are backed up for MONTHS. No loaners available because of a shortage. *** at Echopark *** says well its not Echoparks problem. They bought it in good faith and sold it in good faith. ? I tell *** i just want my money back. She texts me and says to call *** towing to come pick it up. I had 7 days or 250 miles to change my mind. I said but I didnt change my mind, it literally flat out broke on me. I said it seems as if youre trying to get me to have it fixed. I should not have to pay for a rental, especially after only having the truck for 18 days, so of course Id be out of a vehicle for months while *** waits for the parts that all Maverick owners seem to be waiting on. I told her Id have to get my attorney involved. *** then said she can no longer speak to me. From reading reviews, Echopark automotive lacks integrity and has no value for their customers who have to be subjected to such awful treatment! So now idk what I will have to go through to rectify this situation as clearly I was sold a lemon, and an unsafe one at that! I would advise anyone never to come here!
I havent dealt with dealers just buying cars straight out so called the number first, was told to drop by but I could make an appointment if I wanted to; I did. But, when I arrived (8/30), the woman rep told me they wont look at the car (rudely BTW); that I should go back home and do it all online, because I could possibly get more for it. HUH? Obviously, just an angle to get web traffic. I pushed her that Im here now, was told I can come today, had appointment and she said , corporate says different things and should have told you blahblah. Oh, OK, so much for customer service. So theres an hour+ Ill never get back. I go home, plugged in all the #s and go my quote for $6,962. Not great, but its an extra car sitting around so willing to move forward. Even though they can pull everything with VIN #s, I called back into corporate (before taking car back for the sell) just to make sure they can see an accident report from 10+ years ago (not salvaged or rebuilt title); they said, yes, not a problem. OK then. I wanted this clear before I came back in for the actual sell/deal. I take the car back within the allotted mileage and 2-week period said as long as everything runs the way its supposed to and no major damage, deal will be made; sit in lobby about 40 minutes then well wrap up; ok great. After they take their sweet time, low and behold the rep comes back all smiles: "Im sorry, but as you know, your car was in an accident long ago and we have determined theres structural damage um WUT. So they cut their *OFFER MORE THAN HALFto an even $3,000 (I know, nice round number, like they were even too lazy to come up with something that sounded more reasonable). Its almost comical if it wasnt borderl
I am pleased to share with you my discriminating experience buying a used car at Echo Park in ***. If you are planning to buy a car from this store, I recommend that you read this review and buy from this store. I am Asian and I am angry at the appalling attitude of the staff and the fact that I was sold a faulty product. The day I bought my car the monitor did not work. The staff said they would fix it right away. But a week later, they unilaterally asked me to cancel the order because the store would have to pay $3000 to fix the broken monitor. I was just about to get in and leave that day when the defect occurred, and when I insisted that it was covered under warranty, they said they didn't have time to deal with you. I am sure it was because I am Asian.I then managed to negotiate and was offered another car. However, when I said I would buy the same type of car they offered, they told me it was sold out. The car was in another store in Echo Park, so I called the store to confirm. I called the shop to check and they still had the car in stock, so why don't you come for a test drive today? The sales representative invited me to come and test drive the car today. I thought this was strange, so I contacted the sales representative at Plano and was told that the car was sold out. I was not sure why, so I called the store where the car was located again and was told that they still had it, and I was told to rest assured that it was not sold out. This also seemed very discriminatory to *** then looked for a different car, which I ended up buying, but then the problem happened again. I bought a car that was $700 less than what I paid for my first car, but the difference on the invoice was $350. I asked why and was told by the estimator that it was a registration fee. It should have been under warranty, but Echo Park forced me to cancel it for their own reasons. And It has past a month, battery wend dead. It's not worth buying from this shop.
Experience guide ***... most professional... engaging and shared experiences.Took us through the experience of purchasing a vehicle with answers to all questions and sharing the process to perfection.Enjoyed and engaged with much pleasure and left with the very vehicle of our choice. The *** offices were clean well set up and a great place to do the business at Hand .Don't have any idea when there will be another purchase... but when it comes around ...I surely will look for *** to be there to assist.
Absolutely pathetic and nerve wrecking experience
Absolutely pathetic and nerve wrecking experience. Paid money and got slapped in face, total discrimination, cannot spell customer service, lady floor manager at north Houston location. Purchased my vehicle from south, they did not had detailed cleaning machine, transferred vehicle over to North location on 45. After 5 days received call, vehicle ready, went to pick up, welcomed by ungrateful lady on the counter, straight up asked, why are you here? No greeting, no word of thank you, told her, i am here for pickup, " we have no clue", answer i got in return. Wish to walk out unfortunately had already purchased vehicle, got stuck. Requested for manager, same lady shows back, shocked us when she said i am floor manager. If you like to learn how to dis-respect your customers, they got skills. I can only imagine what their employees have to offer. Car when as per her ready defination, wet, did not even rub water off, stains on the driver side, steering wheel, and when asked to wipe them, got answer, this is pre-owned, will charge for detail work. I sat in the car almost drove off and realized that temporary dealer license plate was missing, had to get someone to print. Never going back, talked to friends relatives, neighbors, posted on facebook, instagram, true face Echopark. Just could not tolerate waiting for so called detailed work was being done, (in 4 minutes). Gas knob area all filthy, white wax shining on sides of the car, dirty hand marks on the doors and all over the dash board after detailed work after twice cleanup. WELCOME TO NEW AMERICA, STARTS FROM ECHOPARK..GO FOR YOURSELVES AND ENJOY HUMLIATION, NO NEED TO GO WATCH MOVIE, THIS IS BETTER ENTERTAINMENT...;-)
I traded in and purchased a vehicle from Echo Park, Cicero . To be fair, I am rating 3/5 stars. I felt EchoPark could have communicated more frequently, and been more up front about the process. I stated this in person after the transaction was completed.Transaction is a great word to describe my experience at EchoPark: This is a transaction, not a relationship. They offered me a relatively fair price for my trade, and a relatively fair price for the vehicle I purchased (although the shipping was on the high side). There is zero negotiations, period. There are zero compromises, period. Like I said: transactional.Whereas I am awaiting my title for the purchased vehicle, everything EchoPark promised me did happen, albeit relatively slowly. I understand things take time, especially in this day and age... Nonetheless, my transaction is 80% complete, and I am enjoying my new purchase. As long as you don't walk into EchoPark thinking there is going to be a long-term business relationship, discussions, compromises, and constant communication, you'll probably be somewhat satisfied. If you're someone who operates well on a transactional level, you'll love EchoPark. If EchoPark firmed up their communication skills and frequency, this could be a 4-star review. There is no excuse for the inability to communicate on a regular basis from one EchoPark contact to a customer- it's a ring of several different people, at any given time, and their internal processes are priority, not your transaction. One other note- If you are looking to just sell your car to EchoPark, I do recommend trying them out- they'll eventually ask you to visit a location for a "true assessment", but just selling your car is an easy transaction: get a price, agree to it, get a check.
Sold my car to EchoPark, they matched the online offer after inspection and wrote the ***. They gave an above market offer. Entire visit took 2 hours.
Extremely rude staff at the *** location in ***. They sold me a vehicle with a key that was not keyed for the car, after having the car for just over a year the key fob died. I had no way of entering my vehicle because of the key. When they were made aware of this they advised that I was outside of my 30 day window and they couldnt do anything. I continued to call until I was told by the *** that he is "going above an beyond, because frankly this isnt their problem". Just ridiculous!
Regardless of how appealing their pricing is, run, don't walk! Before heading to the lot, we provided very honest information about our trade-in. We received a reasonable quote, knowing that the trade-in would not be sold by EchoPark and would instead have to go to auction. The offer stated that we would receive the offer if everything was correct and within 500 miles. We were about to sign the paperwork when we were told, "Well... the quote did drop a little bit because the airbags deployed in one of the accidents and this car will have to go to auction." It dropped by THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS! But, because it had been in two accidents, the car would ALREADY have to go to auction. I asked the sales manager to split the difference, but he refused, making excuse after excuse. The website only asked how many accidents it had been in, not if the airbags had deployed. If they're going to give people quotes just to get them in the door and then surprise them with a *** deduction, their website needs to be updated with better algorithms. We left because we were completely dissatisfied with the sales manager's communication. We drove up the street, found a better car, received a higher trade-in, fewer miles, a lower price, and excellent customer service. My recommendation is to never even consider thinking about purchasing from this outfit! If I could give it a 0, I would.

I bought a car online that i had to have shipped from *** to ***. They were great to begin with and then during shopping they kept telling me that it was in route to show up on Friday. Friday comes and they tell me it should be there that day so i hop in my car and drive 6 hours to get to the store only to find out that my car didn't come in on Friday and they had no idea where the car was. Every step along the way they gave me the run around and never a straight answer. Absolute worst buying experience i have ever had. Now i have asked for a refund for the shipping costs since i ended up not getting that car and they say they are working on it but I'm pretty sure they are just blowing me off and don't plan on giving me a refund at all. Shady shady company! DO NOT EVER USE THEM OR TRUST ANYTHING THAT THEY SAY!Fyi i work for a transportation company and we always know exactly where our vehicles are, so it's c*** that they can't track their vehicles.
I bought a vehicle from Echopark ***. I gave them my new address due to my license having my old address. My tags were sent to the old address and basically I was told to go to DMV because there was nothing they could do about it. Businesses have become so ruthless. They're paid. The mistake was on them yet it's my responsibility to correct their error. Think twice before doing business here. You are on your own once the sale is complete.
I should have known from the very start that i needed to take my business elsewhere. Traded in my vehicle April 10th, 2022. Had some positive equity so i was going to get some extra cash in my pocket after the deal. I was patient with them and waited the 50 days they told me to wait. Fast forward to July 12th, *** Didnt help that the doofus salesman *** was just doing his own thing dragging around the whole time during the deal. Anyways, after many attempts to reach someone important i get ahold of *** the Finance Director. She was pleasant and assured me she would get to the bottom of things. Even after being patient and cordial they have the audacity to tell me to get with *** to see why they havnt mailed me my check. So I get to calling them and now its the blame game. Ally says Echo Park has my money and Echo Park says Ally has my money. Come to find out Echo Park has had my money for a while and just sat on it for some reason. Ally informed me Echo Park cashed my check and never even informed me it even arrived in their name when their contract says it would be paid to me. When I finally had my notes in order i contacted them again and all of a sudden they found my money. Echo Park added insult to injury by saying it would take another week to process my refund or it could take *** business days. I don't understand how a business like this can function with such incompetent people. Had I not been bugging them and calling them asking about my money they would have just made some extra money and kept kicking the can down the road. I still have not been paid but filed with my county, my Attorney General and felt like putting my two cents worth here just in case someone was thinking of going to Echo Park on ***, ***. I doubt a judge would side with a business like this. They dropped the ball but this is typical I am told by another salesman I spoke with.
First off *** conned me into buying a $4000 warranty on my vehicle. She said if I didnt purchase it my monthly payments would be higher. Then 2 months after purchasing I hear this terrible knocking sound by my back brakes. Over $500 to fix. Then to top it all off I get a flat tire and discover I dont have a spare in the trunk.

Echo Park is a nightmare and a they do shady business. On 4.19.2022 - I bought a Jetta online from echo park everything with the car went smooth after I took it to the manufacturer. On 5.2.2022- I receive a call from one of the reps at the pickup location (***) telling me I have to get a re-issued check because they lost my first check. 5.10.2022- Everything get settled and I have the check re-issued to them. 5.19.2022- My 30 days *** due to expire I call theyre post sales helpline *** and ask them if they can re-issue a new 30 day tag and they said they cant by law (Which is false) and I would just have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to get things processed. (This is after 4 days of expired tags) They didnt offer me any solutions for my current situation and now Im stuck with a car I cant drive and I use it to make my income. I said that to say dont buy from here they are extremely friendly and answer the phone when they want a sale but after that your on your own. Pro tip- Tell then to give you all the info for the tags and do it yourself. It will save you
Shady shady. They are great until you sign the papers. They do not stand by their word. They released the car dirty, no gas and wouldnt take it out of the warehouse for me to test drive the vehicleour mistake. I would not recommend buying a car from this business. I wish I had see. These reviews before going here. The manager of EchoPark was disrespectful and not customer oriented. They are all about the sale and having you rate them in house and then once you do, everything changes. Bad customer service and do not do well with problem solving. Strongly discourage anyone from going here. Other places may be okay but not the *** location. Need new manager at echopark and need new personal relations staff*** is not cutting it.
The salesperson was loud and kept talking about my personal financial information in front of others who were not on my accounts (some I did not even know). He then talked with a family member on the phone without my permission to ask them to cosign on to the account. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY. Upon purchase of the vehicle, I was promised a tank of gas or a gift card for purchasing gas. When I asked about the status of such an offer, I was informed that they did not do gift cards, and if I wanted half a tank of gas, I would have to drive 45 minutes to their showroom to receive it. Very dismissive and inattentive after the sale was complete. Said I was a pain in the a*** (supposedly joking) while we were processing the application. I have never had a salesperson say something like that to me as a joke.
So Shady is Sad and upsetting. I brought my car to trade it in, they told me my car had frame damage, I was shocked to hear that, they gave me all this story about my car being no good for nothing, so they were making think that they were doing me a favor taking it off my hands for a small amount. my car came a $22,000 in the Blue Book. I didn't take the offer and I told them I need to find out what had happened with my car. I called my insurance, they send an adjuster and met me in a collision repair shop, 4 experts look at my car, 100+ experience together, they ALL said the same thing.. "Your car does NOT have any frame damage at all" I asked why will Echo Park would say something like that...they say "They say that to customers to devalue their car, give them a small amount of money and them resale the car for a higher price and they make the money. VERY DISHONEST! I never going back to that place or I recommend anybody going there.
My experience with EchoPark was very negative
My experience with EchoPark was very negative. First, I bought a car online, paid for shipment. When the car arrived they called and we arranged an appointment. The store was not ready for me and the process took over almost 3 hours. I got a *** CRV and despite of promise of 190 points inspection, I went on a *** Dealer to check the car. Guess what? all the car fluids were dirty, transmission, brake, differential... So, I decided to proceed with the service. I contacted the EchoPark *** and asked if they could help me with the cost, then after 2 days the manager called me back. It was very unpleasant. He said that these kind of service are recommended by the manufacture as maintenance schedule/ miles and not necessary that I have to do it. Well, it was not what happened, I did multipoint inspection and the *** technician came back saying the fluids were DIRTY, it is not some recommendation, it had to be done. After I said that, the manager blamed me, that I shouldn't have done the service and implied that *** Dealer Service took advantage of me, that I paid a lot for fluids that didn't need to be replaced. So, what I supposed should have done was to contact him for them to check if it has really a necessity to change the fluids. Who should I trust? Should I not trust in the manufactory? At this point, I strongly believe that if I had contacted him before, he would said the same thing "they are trying to make money, the car doesn't need to change the fluids" Always a fight... so patronizing...this a clear example of cheap management from this store and where the car came from. And yes, as other costumer commented, why do you either think you will get a second key? when did they tell me? when I was literally taking the car. And I had to heard that most of the used cars don't have a second key... I had old *** with 2 keys!
EchoPark epitomizes the perception people have of car salesmen; slimy, blood thirsty, don't care what they do if it will earn them a buck
EchoPark epitomizes the perception people have of car salesmen; slimy, blood thirsty, don't care what they do if it will earn them a buck. We drove a car on Saturday night and decided, after driving many others, that it was the car. However, there was a burning smell we wanted them to check out first. The salesperson said the mechanic was gone and she would have them check it on Monday morning and then call us. She called at 12:30 on Monday afternoon and let us know what the smell was. She spoke with my husband and he wanted to check with me before agreeing. He called back five minutes later and told her we would take the car, and we would be up later around 5. He had to leave a message and we didn't hear anything back. We left around 4:30 and were on our way up, thankfully not that far in to a long drive, when the salesperson called and said they'd sold the car. We were absolutely flabbergasted. Asking how that happened, she said EchoPark's policy was that they never hold a car. I asked her to explain how people get their cars, and she just kept repeating that their policy was never to hold a car. We asked for a manager to call. We talked to him and he repeated the same policy, but clarified that they would hold a car for someone out of town with a deposit, which was never presented as an option to us, nor were we ever informed of this ridiculous policy to never hold a car. This was the second car that we agreed to buy, the first being one that ended up with hail damage that the dealership would do nothing about, and then this. They don't inform buyers of their policies, don't have any explanation for this policy, and are absolutely the worst at Customer Service. They do not care about customers, just that they sell a car as fast as they can in order to get their money. This was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had buying a car!
0/10 experience
0/10 experience. I had purchased a vehicle from this location. It was sent back for radio work. During this 6 month process the only way i got an update was if i reached out first. I was constantly told my car was ready for pickup and then id get a follow up text saying it still was not working. 1 occasion i was told to finally come pick the car up. when i arrived to get it the first thing i did was test the radio and it still did not work. 100 percent no sound. The car was left to continue being worked on. Carlos said he sent the car to the Audi dealership in Selma Texas to be worked on. During this whole fiasco i called to see what work they did and the tech there told me they only diagnosed the vehicle, Carlos had a 3rd party tech perform the actual work. When i did finally get the car back the radio still did not work right, the heated seats no longer work, the air bag warning keeps going off, and i cant roll the passenger back window up from the drivers seat. Carlos, the advisor handling these issue set up an appointment at Audi for me to take the car for them to diagnose it. The Audi dealership called me and told me they were trying to reach out to him but could not get ahold of him and had me call the location to see if i could get ahold of him. Well, today i did reach him and told him that Audi was trying to reach him and that he needed to give them a call. A few minutes after the call was ended Audi tells me Carlos only approved the radio fix. So now i'm left with all of these other issues that came up after i got the car back. Then on top of that EcoPark has the audacity to ask me if i had warranty? Why should i need warranty for things that were no longer working after getting the car back and even if that was the case, Eco had my car longer than i have. At this point my car is still being worked on. If i could give negative starts i would.
Paid $899.00 for the shipping and purchased a 2022 **** Maverick
2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited malfunctioned shortly after purchase, leaving me stranded.
My 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited malfunctioned, leaving me stranded without cell service shortly after purchase. I paid $200 for a tow back home, then it was towed to Centennial because there was no service department available. They found trouble codes but suggested I caused them by overloading the vehicle. Both tow truck drivers struggled to get it into neutral. Driving at low speeds on a dirt road or at 45mph on the highway with other small cars around doesn't seem like an overload. It seems there might be a genuine issue with the vehicle. The technician didn't wait for my full explanation of the problems before inspecting the car. Multiple calls were needed to convey the issues, likely ignored. No offer to reimburse the towing cost was made. I now have to travel 60 miles to retrieve the car, which they only read and cleared the codes for, a task Autozone could have performed. They suggested I visit a Jeep dealership, despite the vehicle still being under factory and their 30-day warranties. The lack of effort to resolve the issue suggests they may repeat this inaction until the warranty expires. Their 190-point inspection seems ineffective if a car fails so soon after leaving the lot. The customer service, mechanics, and management all seem to lack initiative. This is the worst dealer service I've experienced. Additionally, three weeks later, I'm still using a temporary tag. Echo Park Automotive seems to excel at deflecting responsibility rather than providing solutions. I advise against purchasing from them.

I should have known from the very start that i needed to take my business elsewhere
I am pleased to share with you my discriminating experience buying a used car at Echo Park in ***
I am pleased to share with you my discriminating experience buying a used car at Echo Park in ***.
SHADY AND SHOTTY!
SHADY AND SHOTTY!They do not respond timely if you have issues to fix.THESE PEOPLE ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH HOUNDING YOU FOR 5 STAR REVIEWS THAN ACTUALLY CONDUCTING PROPER BUSINESS. I was pressured by our salesman 3 times after purchasing a vehicle to complete a survey before leaving. I have also received 3 follow up calls for surveys very shortly after purchase. We purchased our van from Echo Park of *** on 6 April 2022. With this purchase we traded in a VW PASSAT in which we held the title on. We purchased a *** VAN with cash.PROBLEM #1 (TRADE IN TITLE)- In the packet given, we were not given a completed copy of the signed and notarized title showing transfer from us, to echo park. The copy given to us only had my signature and name on it. It should have been signed and notarized by the dealer and I should have been given a copy of that. Now the *** is requesting proof I sold that vehicle. I came to the dealership to get a copy of that document on Friday, 13 MAY 2022. I showed the *** rep what I was requesting and he brought me 3 other papers showing change of ownership. After 3 times of asking for the title, they initiated getting a copy. They do not do any of that in house so he had to request the documents from the *** I had been at the dealership for an hour at that point and after an additional 30 minutes of waiting, I had to go. I kindly asked the *** manager too send me a copy of that form once they got it. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THAT DOCUMENT YET AS OF 16 MAY 2022. PROBLEM #2 - There was a plate transfer and all the registration initiated with the *** for the new vehicle from Echo Park. We still have not received our documents. It was cited by them that the *** is backed up and can't deliver. I have to question that because I have recently done similar transactions with the *** and it took under 4 weeks. WE ARE NEARLY 6 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND STILL NO DOCUMENTS/REGISTRATION/OR TITLE HAVE BEEN SENT to us.

On April 16 I purchased a 2017 LexusIS 200t, Salesperson Rosa, sold me a beautiful car with a key fob that was not properly working
On April 16 I purchased a 2017 LexusIS 200t, Salesperson Rosa, sold me a beautiful car with a key fob that was not properly working. One (1) hour after I got home from the dealership, I immediately texted Rosa to inform her of my key Fob issues. She assured me that I can go back to the dealership, the next day and get a new key Fob. I did exactly that, only to be lied to by Chris, whom promised me that he will send a key guy to my job on Monday, to replace the improperly working key Fob. Well, that turned out to be a (another) lie. Days later, after complaining to Dom, he got me in touch with Christina whom she sent two guys to my job to fix the problem. Well that was a waste of my time, again, because those 2 guys could not resolve the issue, therefore days later I was told to leave my car with ECHOPARK North Houston. Within 2 weeks of having my car, it was shipped to the Lexus dealership, whereas the issued was resolved. ECHOPARK had my car for almost 2 weeks, in which I had 2 different loaner cars, I was lied to, mislead, as well as, not taken seriously by several of your employees: Rosa - Car sales person at Southwest Houston location. Chris - Manager of Sales at Southwest Houston location. Dom - Finance Manager at Southwest Houston location. Nelly - Service Manager at North Houston location. Christian - Customer Loyalty Point-of-Contact at North Houston location. After my car was fixed by Lexus, I picked up my car and to my surprise, I did not receive, any follow-up calls from anyone from ECHOPARK Customer Service, to inquire as to whether or not I was satisfied with the services I received. As a result of Rosa, the sales person, who did not due her due diligence as it relates to selling me a properly working car, got paid her commission, as an incompetent and dishonest employee. June 26: Since June 6, I have been sending text messages to Christina to see if and/when I can pick up my new license plates for my car. Once again, per usual ECHOPARK employee behaviors, I was lied to, not taken seriously, ignored by Christina, as I am still unaware of the status of my plates. However, Christina did make sure to let me know that, that's her job to see where my plates are. In the meantime, will your corporate office, please share with me where my plates are? Signed, I won't EVER suggest anyone to buy a car from either of your dealerships
Bought a car from this place but let me tell you about the sheer amount of traps this place set up and use this to avoid all of them.1)
Bought a car from this place but let me tell you about the sheer amount of traps this place set up and use this to avoid all of them.1) Regardless of what they say here, they absolutely do not let you use your own lender. If this is wrong please inform the manager of EchoPark in *** because he represents this company and they are adamant they only use their own lender or you can pay cash. This in of itself is not a deal breaker. What they do is ask you how much you want to pay a month and for how long. I requested the APR amount because the term and monthly payment were irrelevant to me. The salesman stated that's not how it works here I need to let them know how much I want to pay a month and for how long. I gave in to this and based off of my numbers they came back with 5% interest rates. This is absolute BS. My credit union approved ***% and they refused to accept them. I called out their manager saying this is 5% to their response they said "it could be, its a number generated by the computer and we do not know exactly what the APR is." I do! It's not hard to reverse math it. *** then brought it to his manager again and magically they changed it to 3% APR. This is their biggest trap. They will give you a higher APR in hopes of you keeping your eyes on the monthly payment. Haggle this part, going from 5% to 3% APR saved me $1,000 over the life of the loan.2) They will try tooth and nail to sell you about 4 *** packages add-on. These are their margin winners. I've never seen someone tried to sell me on a maintenance package so hard ON AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE. What am I paying for? 2k to have the windshield fluid topped off? They'll sell you paint package in case you chip your car or car warranty in case the ENGINE in my ELECTRIC car goes out. Put your blinders on and ignore this ***, this is like insurance on blackjack. If it works it's great but overall it's never a good deal.3) Pressure sales tactics that includes and I quote "Someone from *** is here to see the electric car". Like I was born yesterday or something. Why would a Californian buy an electric car in ***. Call out their bluff and see them retract it and never bring it up again. Tell them to sell it the other buyer. They'll tell you they're salary and they don't work on commission. They way they try to sell you a car makes them no different than one who is.This place is one of the worst car buying experience I've ever had.
Echopark Automotive said and advertises a 190 point inspection, and a 30 day warranty
Echopark Automotive said and advertises a 190 point inspection, and a 30 day warranty. After purchasing a car and driving it home the engine light came on. We returned it the same day and our money was refunded. We vigorously searched the car lot selected a second car, drove it, liked it, then noticed the windshield had several cracks. The sales manager stated that they could not find a replacement windshield but offered to have me buy the car and replace the windshield on my time and they would refund me up to five hundred dollars.I declined, I think any respectable dealership would not try to sell a car with any cracks in the windshield to a customer. Due to time restraints we decided to take a third shot at finding a decent car on their *** car lot. The sales man who was very pleasant and easy to work with brought around a 2018 *** Sonata, we drove it, everything looked good. The sales manager even said" this car is perfect". My daughter bought the car on November 29th. I, her father drove it to her place of work and on the way I even stopped at a *** dealership to have what I described as a ticking sound in the engine evaluated. I was concerned since we lost trust in Echopark Automotive because the two previous cars we selected to buy had problems as previously stated, not to mention as we looked at the cars on their lot there were many with body defect that disqualified them from being purchased by us. The *** dealership explained that the sound was normal for that particular engine and I was relieved. To make a long story short on January 1st, 2022 which was the thirty second day of ownership, my daughter had to drive from *** to ***. My wife and I were awaiting her phone call that she arrived safely. However, the phone call we received was one of horror, she was crying, you could hear the trembling in her voice, she was incoherent and I felt something tragic had happened. After calming her down to the point of coherency she told us the entire wheel flew of the car at highway speeds, and but by the *** of the Almighty God no one was hurt. While I was pleased that she was not physically hurt she was stuck in the middle of no where. {Thanks to the state trooper who came along and took her to safety.} I couldn't help but to recall that the manager at Echopark Automotive told my wife and me that this car was perfect. I also recall that they promote a 190 point inspection on their cars. After leaving several emotional messages and none returned, on January 3rd I manged to get someone on the phone at Echo park Automotive who eventually got a person by the name of J----e to speak with me. I explained the horrific event to her, she told me that she would speak to her supervisor and get back to me. She subsequently got back to me and inexplicably said to me that my story did not add up, you can just imagine how shocked I was to hear that. I was dumbfounded, here it is that a car recently purchased from them and only two days removed from their warranty almost killed my daughter and their response is to imply that we are fabricating. I think the only reasonable solution is for Echopark Automotive to not only refund the cost of repairs of the car but to also take the car back and refund us exactly what we paid them for the car. They obviously either incorrectly placed the tires on the car after inspecting or replacing the braking system or they never inspected the car at all, thus neglectfully and knowingly for the purpose of greed sold us a car that has now been proven not to have been made road ready.

Complaint regarding recent 2022 bmw x3 car purchase - unfulfilled promises and substandard conditions
Date: 12/15/2023 I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a car from EchoPark Automotive in Dallas, Texas on December 9, 2023. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta from Echo Park in April 2023. However, the representative did not provide me with the diagnostic report of the vehicle, nor did they disclose any faults that the car had. They sold me the car for a high value of $10000. Within a few months of driving the car, there was a major breakdown. The reverse gear was not working, and...
Read full review of EchoPark AutomotiveSevere water spot etching on passenger side of vehicle
On March 31 2023 when I picked up my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee my sales associate ran it through the car wash before handing over the keys. I drove it home and noticed the water spots, I then took it to the car wash to clean up the spots only to find out that the vehicle has baked on etched water spots from a sprinkler system. Everything I tried failed to remove the buildup. I then took the vehicle to a detail shop, they informed me of the severity of the problem, I had them polish the windows on the passenger side to remove the etching for the cost of $249, now I need to schedule the paint to be polished to remove the etched on water spots along with the rest of the vehicle to match. I called the Centennial office only to be put on hold or leave a voicemail that has yet to be answered, even texted the sales associate, but no response as of 3:30 pm April 21 2023.
Desired outcome: Pick up tab from detail shop

On April 29 , 2022 , I purchased a 2017 Audi Q3 from Echo Park Automotive for a total sales price of $42,782.00 financed with a $3,500 down
On April 29 , 2022 , I purchased a 2017 Audi Q3 from Echo Park Automotive for a total sales price of $42,782.00 financed with a $3,500 down payment. Two days after the purchase of the vehicle , it started to not turn on. I was sold a faulty vehicle (1). I contacted echo park and got no response due to them not working Sundays. I called again on may 2nd and did not get response until may 3rd. The representative told me to take the vehicle to the Audi dealership and that they would fix it due to my extended warranty. There was no note made when I spoke to the representative. I then proceeded to take the vehicle to Audi and spent a week without a car due to echo park not having loaners just for the Audi dealerShip to Want to charge me $150 for something that did not solve the issue. After speaking with Echopark , Augustine in guest services stated that he would give us the $150 due to their warranty coverage which to this day we have not received (2). After having to take it back again to Audi, the kept it for another week and got a loaner from echo park. At this point I had asked the member services representative if I could take it to them to fix , the representative said there was no point as they would send us to Audi to fix it. Audi could not get the issue solved for the second time and we were over it. Had the vehicle 3 weeks at that time and it had been in service for 2 weeks. We asked echo park to return the vehicle since it seemed to be faulty to which they declined Saying it was past the 7 day period. (We contacted way before the 7 days & were not informed of this ) we are now stuck paying $42782.00 for a vehicle that does not work. This is unfair of them to sell us a faulty vehicle claiming 180 point inspection (they wouldve also caught that the brake pads were to the lowest point). Then they dont want to trade us for another vehicle or give us our money back. We are requesting to either get it repaired or getting a trade for another vehicle.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus GS350 from EchoPark ***(***) location on August 3rd, 2022. I received a call from my lender on October 19th, 2022 letting me know they have not received the title. It is now November 11th, 2022 and neither my lender nor I have not received the title. I have called, emailed, used the chat feature, etc and still have received no response. Reliance *** has issued a Gap Refund check to Echo Park who is in turn supposed to mail it to me. I have made repeated calls and left messages for 2 months no one has spoken with me or will speak to me about this. This is my money due to me and they are keeping it.
EchoPark bought a trade-in vehicle off me and they never paid the bank I was financed through for the car like they are supposed to. This has been going on for 2 months now and they keep giving me excuses about the payoff check going to the wrong address and other issues of incompetence that they are responsible for. This has caused me to get charged for 2 months of car payments on the car they have that I should not have to pay. Now its getting to the point where I am starting to think that they are involved in a fraud ring and that they have stolen the car after promising to pay it off. *** of EchoPark should be held liable for consumer fraud. She is the one in charge of handling this simple matter and theres no way anyone can s*** something so simple up over and over again. She is a con artist and needs to be held accountable.
I bought a $45,000 2021 Atlas from EchoPark in June 2022
I bought a $45,000 2021 Atlas from EchoPark in June 2022. Initially, the process was straightforward, but issues arose post-purchase. #1: I requested a spare key and was told by the salesperson that only one was available. Despite discussions about needing a second key, I was informed it was too late since the contract was signed without mentioning it in the 'we owe' section. The salesperson suggested I should have raised the issue earlier. I was unaware that I needed to specify the need for a second key, as it was not customary to receive only one. #2: The 'we owe' section listed three items: repaired dents in the bumper, broken window clips, and missing headrest rings. The bumper was fixed, but there's been no progress on the other items. #3: A VW dealership quoted $500 for a new key and mentioned the previous owner's personal information was still in the car's system, requiring a second key to delete. EchoPark claimed their VW dealer said otherwise, but another dealer confirmed the need for two keys to erase the data. By the end of July 2022, EchoPark had not updated me on the 'we owe' items. After moving, another VW dealer reiterated the necessity of two keys for resetting the vehicle.

We purchased a vehicle in November from this dealership with a damaged glove box. The part has been ordered multiple times and was on national backorder. We have located the part several *** from other merchants and have been promised it would be ordered and replaced. We have never been contacted without initiating the conversation and now have been waiting again for the same part that was supposed to be in 3 weeks ago. Nobody will call, email, or fix what was promised. We are absolutely disgusted by the customer service and just want this fixed asap so we don't have to keep calling and checking the status of something they have no intention of fixing. We have purchased other vehicles in the past from them and will never be back.
Echopark *** sold me a vehicle on 15Oct22. They put 4 new tires on it prior to it hitting the lot. They replaced 234/65R17 104H (the recommended tires) with a 103T. They are below the safety rating for the vehicle as set by the manufacturer! They acknowledged they put the wrong tire on it over the phone during 3 conversations but documented replacement of the right tires. *** had the audacity to laugh at me for wanting the correct speed rated tire. "It's only a couple of pounds." He offered me a full spare of the wrong tire rather than fix their mistake. I'm still in my 7 day window with a cash purchased vehicle. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH! THEY DECEIVE YOU AND LAUGH AT YOU FOR WANTING THEM TO FOLLOW A SAFETY RATING. THEY REFUSE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE RIGHT! The corporate number just bounces you back to middle men rather than the Manager. Go to another dealership. They don't care about the customer and their families safety. *** does NOT deserve your time; nor, business!
I received and buy a car from Echo Park around August 28 of *** and it was some about braking system issue I have a paper from AutoZone where I got it service looking into And had to get it back to the echo part for them to fix it three weeks later because they had to wait until the part get in I finally got my car back everything was fine but then it just still sign a weird so I didnt think everything was fixed correctly. Couple weeks later which is about three or four weeks my car breaks down again I took it to the *** Boys mechanic shop because thats what my warranty was covering and they felt more than one issue one with that car they even said it was havent been serviced in the last two years but I have a paper from Echo part saying that Maintenance is up-to-date are you up to when I chose to buy the car so I just want justice for me spending all my money towards his car or get a new one or fix the repairs something just asked to give
Just an awful, dishonest company
Just an awful, dishonest company. I purchased a car from them back in June. Initially, everything seemed fine. I got a good price for the car. It worked fine. Then, the problems started. The passenger window wouldn't roll down. The engine made strange noises at cold start. About a week after I bought the car, I fully paid it off. That's when the problems started: months after I purchased the car and paid it off, I couldn't get its title. My temporary plates expired. They wouldn't answer the phone (or call me back) so that I could get them extended. And it took a dozen calls to that store and three or four calls to corporate to even have them address getting me my title.I eventually got my title and got the window issued fixed, but I got into a not-at-fault accident and the insurance company told me that the car had previously been through two floods - floods which damaged the engine significantly and necessitated the replacement of the floorboards. The car should have had, by every metric, a salvage title. And EchoPark should not have sold the car based on they say the cars they sell have and are.Nevertheless, I called Echopark so that they could make it right (it's amazing that threatening a lawsuit makes them call you back within a half hour). I asked that they purchase the car for what I paid for it, which I thought was fair considering the car is now worth four thousand dollars more than what I paid for it (in the condition they claimed it was in) and because the damage cost three thousand dollars to fix. Instead, they spat in my face and told me that they would give me $21,000, $9000 less than what I paid for it (after tax).AVOID THESE PEOPLE. I guess I should have known that they don't inspect their cars prior to selling because I found a ton of junk in the car after I bought it. I'll keep the car at this point. Just pay me the difference between what a car with a clean title and a car with a salvage title is. (what this car should have).

Based on our experience with your *** location: - 29Aug2022 demanded we file for title and registration under my name (vehicle was transferred from mother to daughter) - 30Aug2022 came back with receipt proving title was quickly (and pain stakingly) filed for, refused to accept title receipt. I purchased a vehicle an AUDI Q5 2019 on July 18, 2022, at EchoPark ***. I purchased the vehicle for ***. It's been over 30 days and this dealership has not started my title paperwork. I spoke to the *** to ask if they had received the title work and they said they had not. But the dealership keeps telling me to wait and that they are working on the issue but no one is doing anything to send my paperwork to the *** I told them numerous that I need to get my car registered but they ignored me and kept telling me to wait but nothing is being done to resolve this. I again keep getting temporary tabs. Again today Oct 3, 2022, they again gave me a temporary one. The *** number is ***. This dealership is not telling me what is the issue with the title paperwork and why they're not sending it or even worse why they haven't even begun the paperwork. They keep telling me to wait and then do nothing. I was told by the end of October everything would be settled. One of the salespersons' said the paperwork is sent to get corrected and they will FexEx by Monday. Again nothing. Please help me resolve this.
I purchased a 2018 Kia *** from the *** location on 6/10/2022. 120 days and two temp tag extensions later, I went to the *** to ask what the status is on the registration and title. The *** advised that they have not received any documents to date, and that the car is still titled to the old owners! I tried unsucessfully to reach someone by phone, so I went back to the dealership to request another extension and they advised they are unable to give me one, by law. The best they can do for me is to send me a letter via email on the following day that I must take to the *** myself for a 30 day extension. Great, except for the fact that the temp tags expire today! Then, when I asked if 30 days will be enough time for them to send and process the paperwork that they never sent, I was told that I would likely need to file for an additional 20 day extension at the *** myself due to the processing time. Then they offered to *** the original documents to my home so that I can hand carry them to the *** to get the paperwork processed myself, instead of having them sent to the ***. What a crock! Do you not have dealership representatives that go to the *** to do these kinds of things? I have never once been contacted by them after the sale to advise that there was a delay or an issue with the paperwork, and I am forced to now take additional time off of work to do their job. This is ridiculous. I will never purchase another vehicle from EchoPark. I am hoping that this complaint will help to ensure that no other customers have to deal with this nightmare as well.
In April 2022 I bought a 2018 Lexus ES from Echopark. The car was making a noise and I took it to the *** dealership. I was told at that time that the original warranty(which the car was still under due to mileage ) was null and void due to there being damage to the car. Per *** dealership the car was in accident and I have the information from *** as well. Echopark fixed the noise which was the ball bearings and they replaced all of them. The car then again started to make the same noise, I had a extended warranty and took it back to ***. The ball bearings had to be replaced and I had to pay the deductible($100) for the warranty that I got from Echopark. I am now waiting on a refund check of the $100 from Echopark which they agreed to reimburse me for. At this point I would really want to get my deductible back and also to get out of this contract with Echopark. I feel that they practices are deceptive due to the fact that Echopark provided me with a carfax and no where in the carfax does it indicate that the car was ever in accident.
I purchased a 2020 Ram on May 28, 2022 from EchoPark
I purchased a 2020 Ram on May 28, 2022 from EchoPark. I live in ***. I had to fly down to *** to pick up the vehicle. The salesperson sent me photos. I had many conversations with the dealerships sales person. I arrived at 10pm at night. We drove to where he parked the vehicle in a parking lot, not the dealership, and we needed a flashlight to view the vehicle. I accepted the vehicle as I had to make the long journey back home. I was told that there had NEVER been any damage or accidents to the vehicle. They produced a car fax that said so. I drove the vehicle home. In October my son noticed some irregularities in the paint in the front of the vehicle. upon further inspection we found tape lines and overspray on both headlights and front fenders. We then found paint peeling off the bumper. This is a 2020 vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle it was sold to me as a like new vehicle with NO DAMAGE or ACCIDENTS! You do not paint the front of a 1+ year old vehicle unless something was damaged. I was SHOCKED to say the least. I asked all the right questions. Has the vehicle ever been damaged, painted, or repaired in anyway? They told me NO! I searched long and hard and found it out of State. I spoke to *** in customer service. The WORST customer service you can imagine! She told me that the vehicle passed their 6 foot distance inspection for damages, and *** said no accidents, so there is nothing they can do. SHE DID NOTHING TO TRY AND RESOLVE MY CONCERNS AND THEN "HUNG UP"! She told me I had to go after carfax! I said I did not buy the vehicle from carfax. I also paid a PREMIUM SKY HIGH PRICE for the vehicle because they told me it was clean and spotless. I am APPALLED how customer service treated me. They LIED to me about the condition of the vehicle! THEY NEW IT HAD BEEN PAINTED. It's to obvious for a professional to miss when they took the vehicle in OR they painted the vehicle. Either way they LIED to me about the condition!

Purchased a vehicle about 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive the license plate. Made several attempts to call them and Im always told I will get a call back and no one ever does! Temp tag is about to expire
Vehicle purchased a year ago and still am unable to get registration for car. Cannot get anyone to address this issue and have been driving and paying for a car that is still not registered.
I purchased a on truck 06/11/2022 from EchoPark Automotive *** (***). I have called numerous times to get an update on my title but I am repeatedly told that they will contact a manager and reach back out me to resolve this issue. Over the last three months, they have not returned my calls to assist me. I am frustrated with their poor customer service, and would just like to be able to register my vehicle so I don't have to drive around on an expired temporary tag.
I paid $500 to put down on a Tesla model 3 a month ago and the salesperson let me know Id get a refund if I dont commit in 24 hours. Their website also states that their deposit is fully refundable. I have yet to receive back my $500 even after multiple calls and messages. I have yet to hear back from anyone and can only get a hold of the sales department call center.
In October, I contacted Echopark about trading in my vehicle and purchasing one they had available
In October, I contacted Echopark about trading in my vehicle and purchasing one they had available. I went to the dealership and when my trade-in vehicle was being "appraised", the person took photographs where they switched the digital read out on the dash to kilometers, in place of the MPH that it had been in. They provided those photographs to staff and I was given the story (without knowledge of the pictures until afterwards) that my car was *** and never bonded when I purchased it, so it was not legal for them, nor any other automotive dealer to purchase it. I then was told I could secure an additional auto loan, for the vehicle I was there to get. I had to put $1,000 down- could not transfer my registration/plates, nor take my trade in off my insurance because there was still a lien against it. After the paperwork was printed, I saw that they had put my mother as the main purchaser, not me. Then, multiple add-on products were added in the paperwork, when I was signing was told by the salesman it was just "purchase information". I began looking into the claims of my car being illegal to sell, and found that was not the case at all. My car is, and was- perfectly legal to trade in. I requested to have add-ons removed, and was told "the paperwork is already done". I have spent hours and additional money that did not need to be spent in transactions and conversations with the *** the dealership I initially purchased my vehicle from, their bonding company, customs, insurance, my loan holder and other parties. The dealership staff I spoke with refused to return calls. Finally, someone contacted me back- and I was told they would give me far below KBB for the vehicle, roll almost the entire lien over, redo the paperwork, shorten the loan, bring the payment up a ridiculous amount...and that was how they would "make it right". The deception I experienced directly goes against Ethics,Used Car Laws and Regulations, and also the Surety Bond that a dealership holds.

July , $25,000 EP sold us a 2017 SUV with no known issues, but problems arose soon.
In July , for $25,000, EP sold us a 2017 SUV with no known problems, issues or concerns. Within a few months, we started having engine problems and when we contacted Echo Park, there was no response. We then discovered a recall and class action lawsuit against the manufacturer for this model related to engine failure and potential fires, which existed before our purchase. Despite numerous attempts, Echo Park's response was negligible. A different dealership updated a sensor, but later, the engine seized on my commute, nearly causing an accident. Echo Park remained unresponsive. The Knock Sensor was replaced by another dealership, and I faced challenges getting the manufacturer to cover the costs under the lawsuit. We incurred additional expenses for missed work and car rentals. Echo Park continued to ignore our issues. The SUV broke down again, and the engine seems to have failed completely. The car is now at a dealership, which estimates a long wait before inspection, suspecting engine failure. I've been dealing with the manufacturer directly. After reaching out to Echo Park for assistance, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating they had no obligation to assist and to address the issue with the manufacturer. They emphasized that we had signed the purchase papers, but we were unaware of the recall and lawsuit at the time of purchase.

Checking my credit even after knowing they sold the car I was interested in
Checking my credit even after knowing they sold the car I was interested in. On July 15 I emailed The dealership for my interest in a vehicle I found on the website. The vehicle was confirmed available by a return email sent to me. This vehicle was identified with VIN: *** and STOCK #:*** The following day, July 16, I was contacted by Espy Riggi through email and text. At the end of a few messages I decided that I wanted to see what their finance results would be because I didn't want to take the *** on the vehicle becoming unavailable. By late evening I completed and submitted my application and also let Espy know that I had submitted it, to which she replied and acknowledged receipt. The following day I was hopeful that I would hear back from the dealership before I would have to make contact with them. However by 1130 am, I was growing impatient so I sent a message to Espy asking her for a status on my application. She replied telling me she would "send another follow up". I had to spoken to or received any word on the status prior to my contact at 1130 am except for the night prior when she acknowledged receipt of my application. Almost 6 hours later, I received a text message from Espy telling me that she was "still waiting to hear back but the vehicle already sold unfortunately". I immediately replied to her letting her know how disappointed I am about having to wait all day only to be told the vehicle wasn't available anymore. I told her to have a manager contact me because I needed to make sure my credit inquiries were immediately removed. Ever since July 16, I have repeatedly requested through her that I needed to speak directly with a manager and she has repeatedly replied telling me that she has relayed my information and my request to "her management team". I've tried calling various phone numbers trying to get in touch with a manager, or any live communication for this matter, but I have yet to successfully speak with anyone. I sent an email to Randee Burks after I called to try getting my application results but of course I didn't receive a reply message.

Purchased a vehicle that died and had to be towed back to the dealer
Purchased a vehicle that died and had to be towed back to the dealer. They have had my car for 14 days and I have no idea when to expect it back. I purchased a vehicle from Echo Park in Centennial, CO on Septmeber 26th, 2020. Their address is *** Dealer representative/F & I manager is Ashlee C the salesperson is Nida S 13 days later, on October 9th, the vehicle had the "Engine Fault Service Now" light illuminate upon starting and went into limp mode. I had it towed to the Colorado Springs location that day, address: ***. They told me the vehicle would be transported to the Thornton, CO location on October 12th and that they would reach out to confirm. I never heard back and tried calling the Colorado Springs location and the general customer service number 7 times on Tuesday, October 13th. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and told the lady to provide written proof that my vehicle would be transported to her facility. She provided that Monday, Oct. 12 at 11:30AM (see attached email). On October 14th at 11:27AM, I sent her an email asking for an update on my car and I left a voicemail. She did not respond so I emailed her and two other people on October 15th asking for information. Another lady responded claiming she had called and left a voicemail so I asked for the incoming phone number and checked my call history. They never called. I proposed later in the email string to go up to the Thornton location to look at other vehicles and she never responded. I sent an email October 17th at 8:30AM asking for an update and she told me that their mechanic found a bad sensor and that he would replace it that day. I asked her to have the mechanic call me directly, she said he would, but he never called and she never responded to my email. Yesterday afternoon (October 20th), I sent her an email letting her know that the mechanic never responded and asked if my car could be transported back to Colorado Springs. She has not responded. *I noticed I cannot upload more than one file but I am happy to provide the purchase contract and all email correspondences.

I have tried contacting this business about my car being serviced plenty of times
I have tried contacting this business about my car being serviced plenty of times. I have called, left messages and yet no answer. I recently purchased my first car, a Jeep Compass, with Echo Park in *** on December 4. I had heard nothing but good things so I decided to give them a try. When I had found the car I wanted, there was a small problem with the car and I asked the salesperson if they could diagnose it and was told it just needed a tire rotation and it could be done in one day. Since this wasn't a big deal and an easy fix, I bought the car. I had told the salesperson if they could fix it that day since I lived 2 1/2 hours from their location and was told they didn't have time but I could schedule an appointment. On January 8 I took the vehicle to get fixed. I waited for approximately 2 hours and was then told they needed an extra day to work and could pick it up the next day. I was given a loaned car and returned home. The next day I received a call stating that there was something else wrong with the car and they would have to take it to the Jeep dealership, so I agreed. On January 16, I called the dealership because the temporary tags had expired and I couldn't drive it. After about 2 weeks and an email, I finally got a response and was told they were having trouble fixing the car and needed extra time and I kindly agreed and received another loaned car. During these two weeks, I lost time and money from having to ask my neighbor to drive me to work and school, and even calling in to work because I had no ride. About 5 days later, I received another call asking if I could bring the car back in because they had someone interested in buying it. I had let them know that it was such an inconvenience for me having to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back and to also be missing school and work to go every week and drop the car off. At this point, I was completely frustrated and angry that my car had been there for over a month and was still not fixed. The kind lady that had called me understood my frustration and kindly offered a $50 gift card to make up for my wasted time and gas, which I never got. Today is March 1 and in one week it will officially be 2 months that my car has been getting fixed. I can track the vehicle and noticed it's been in the parking lot of the dealership so I have been trying to call every single day for a week now and no answer. I have attempted emailing them, and leaving recorded messages and still no response. At this point I am completely frustrated with the service of this company. I am completely done dealing with the dealership and I'm now asking for them to buy the vehicle back and refund me the down payment I gave. Had I known the problem wasn't just a tire rotation and it was going to take this long to fix, I would had simply not bought the car and looked for another with the same dealership.

2019 Toyota Carmry was "serviced" car broke down on side of the road 30min after picking the car up from service!
2019 Toyota Carmry was "serviced" car broke down on side of the road 30min after picking the car up from service! Follow up for 2019 Toyota Camry ***. On October 15th Destiny from the service department contacted me saying that she had worked out a solution for my vehicle. Destiny said the dealership took full responsibility for the vehicle not being fixed the first time and that they wanted to take care of me. I dropped my vehicle off on October 16th for service and repairs. In the previous complaint I stated this vehicle has been at Echopark service longer then I have had it in my possession. On October 29th Destiny calls me and says my vehicle has been fixed and ready for pick up, I ask her what the issue was and she says it was a "fuel pump". I go to pick the vehicle up on October 30th at 10:30 AM, after picking up the vehicle I notice there is no gas in the car so I stop at QT off *** which is about 8min away from the dealership. After pumping gas in the car I turn the vehicle on and start driving. I pull out of the gas station and I start to notice the smell of gasoline coming out of the air filters, a few seconds after I am unable accelerate. The cars engine completely shuts down and I am broken down on the side of the road. A civilian helps me push the vehicle back into the QT parking lot. This all happens in a 30min time span from after picking the car up from Echopark service. I call Destiny after I have the car parked in the QT parking lot and tell her what just happened. She seemed speechless, I tell her all of the lights on the dashboard just came on and the dash is reading "check engine, not ready to drive". Destiny tells me she needs to speak to her manager and will call me back in 15min. When Destiny calls me back she asks me to drive the vehicle back to the dealership... I explain to her again the the vehicle is broken down and will not turn on. Destiny then asks me to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership... I do not want to argue at this point, but I did find it odd that they did not offer to tow the vehicle since the car was just picked up from the service. I literally have only had the car back for 30mins. The tow truck shows up and while the driver is putting the car on the bed we notice a huge puddle of gasoline, the Toyota was leaking gasoline. I have the vehicle towed back and where I give the keys to "***". While waiting in service *** comes up to me and says that *** was able to screw the pump back on and the car should be ready to drive... I tell *** that I am not driving this car after it just broke down on the side of the road and all of the lights on the dash just came on. I tell *** the car needs to be checked all around, this car should not have been sold like this. I bought this car in August and it had problems a few days after buying it. This car is a lemon. This car was not checked properly that Trey admitted to when I spoke to him in September.

Vehicle purchased on 1/29, as of 3/7 I have yet to receive my title, tags or registration
Vehicle purchased on 1/29, as of 3/7 I have yet to receive my title, tags or registration. The vehicle also has major transmission issues. I am writing this email to bring to your attention and extremely scary and dangerous situation with car I recently purchased - 2020 Kia Soul S VIN *** On Tuesday (February 23), I first noticed it while in cruise control at 70 mph, my car would get to 69 mph, and then my RPMs would bounce around 3, causing the car to jump and *** while trying to maintain a speed. I thought it *** have been the cruise control and proceeded to turn it off and drive without it and try driving at a slightly slower speed. The jumping tachometer and jerking in the car continued even at slower speeds, regardless even if I was maintaining the speed I was at or trying to accelerate. This is obviously an issue, so my concern was to just get back to my apartment and then go in for basic maintenance the next day. Within 5-10 minutes of noticing the issue with my car and its RPMs, while trying to accelerate my cars RPMs immediately shot up and redline at a speed no more than 50 mph, and occurred two more times after this. I pulled over to the nearest gas station, and checked the levels of the liquids in my vehicle, my oil was extremely low, which was to my confusion if I just purchased the vehicle last month and was Assured this car had been through a rigorous inspects and the fluids were topped off. I added almost an entire bottle of oil to my vehicle, and it was still not full, which is very concerning. After doing this and waiting some time, I attempted to enter the highway again and struggled to do so. While trying to accelerate, where my car would normally shift gears, my RPMs completely dropped and my car did not accelerate at all, it stalled and slowed down. I barely got my vehicle to the nearest Kia dealer which is in Lumberton. While at the light maybe no more than 2 minutes away from the dealer, I was stopped, as I went to accelerate my vehicle and my car began to roll backwards. I had to shift my car into sport and manually change gears just to get 2 minutes down the road. At which my car also began to make very concerning creaking and groaning noises. Now my relatively new vehicle that I just purchased less than a month ago is now currently at a Kia dealership in Lumberton, NC, with transmission issues. This is been a significant inconvenience for me, I have had to miss and come in late for work due to this. I was without any means of transportation for 3 days in total. I am a full time college student, and employee living in a less developed area of NC, where my vehicle is my lifeline for me to get to school and work. Yet my 2020 Kia Soul S that I had for less than 30 days has failed me, and left me with stress, questions, and concerns as to why this happened. I would love to get all the answers as to why to prevent anyone else from being in a similar situation to me. The car is now at lumberton Kia awaiting a transmission. I am also concerned as to what is currently going on with my tags, title and registration. I have not received them or any responses to my emails or phone calls.

I want to cancel my peraplate and receive my refund
I want to cancel my peraplate and receive my refund. I was told I have 30 to cancel for a full refund and that's what I want. A total of 998 I paid. My buying experience was terribly! I had a few issues and only one was solved with brakes/rotors. I was sold on some permaplate product that suppose to cover hail, leather and dents for 499. I thought it was to good to be true so I ask my sales man are you sure all of that for 499, he said yes and you have 30 days to cancel it if you don't want it for a full refund. He said you can also cancel after 30 days and get a prorated rate refund as well. He tried to push some car warranty too but I said no twice. So without any paper work or anything to looks at he comes and asks for our down payment and it has to be a bank card no credit cards. Well we handed our card and after he comes with the paper work and as I read the papers I saw 2 499 charges on there and I asked what that was. He said it's the 2 products for permaplate I said you told us it was 499 for all of that, he proceeds to say it's 2 different things. I'm thinking ok he got over on me but maybe the warranty will be great to have plus I can cancel. When I test drove it down the street it seem to run fine but had a big spot of some kind on the hood so the salesman said they'll get it out in the back as we finish out papers. Bought the car after 4 hours sitting in the dealership. Spot was not removed so he told me to come back tomorrow the guy that can get it out isn't there. So I come back the next day. The guy toke care of me and got the spot out. I noticed my car been driving weird and making a rattle sound when I'm driving in town. Interstate it's great so instead of keep going back and forth with echo park I went straight the dealership/Infiniti and they checked everything. My rotors and brakes was so rusted and unsafe they needed to be replaced ASAP. I have pics and been documenting all of this! That was something that wasn't under the manufacture warranty and they wanted to charge me like ***. My driver belt was also bad so a total of about *** they wanted to fix it so I declined because I just bought this car and paid almost *** for it. I was sold on all there cars pass a 190 inspection which was not true for my car. IDK if it was over looked or what happened. So I stop in echo park after hours dealing with infinti to hear the guy I need to talk to isn't here. He should be back in a hour well at this point I'm cutting it to close cause I have kids to pickup. So I called later and on the phone I was getting the run around like no one is going to fix this issue. I finally after going back and forth got the work done. I don't even know if the drivers belt was replaced to. I only can tell the rotors was done cause they where silver not rusted anymore. After the work was done my car still is making a strange noise. So at this point IDK what it is. I honestly regret purchasing my car from echo park. I contacted peraplate 3/12 and they did not have my information in the computer yet. My paperwork said the dealer must file the paperwork within 30 days for it to be active. It's still not field. I called again 3/19 to check and cancel this *** charge that I more then likely don't need. Well they still didn't have me in the system. So I called echo parks *** number to speak to a document specialist to get *** on the phone. He becomes a totally different guy now saying that they both are non refundable and I can't cancel. I told him you don't remember telling me I can cancel within 30 days for a full refund? He tells me no I didn't say that. Wow! I told him I'm looking at my paper work and see on my form I can cancel this within 30 days. He ask me to send him the paper cause they can't refund it. Well I sent the paper and he called to tell me oh we can cancel one 499 charge but the other 499 can't be refunded. I asked to speak to someone higher. Talk to *** same guy I spoke with about my brakes ans h

Since 12/9 I have been trying to get my refunds for several warranties included with my purchase of a car at Echo Park in Charlotte
Since 12/9 I have been trying to get my refunds for several warranties included with my purchase of a car at Echo Park in Charlotte. I purchased a car from Echo Park (EP) on 10/16. When I purchased the car, there were three warranty/service plans that EP attached to the purchase price: Towing and roadside assistance, paintless dent repair, and an interior Appearance Service Plan. I was also told/encouraged by the saleswoman of EP that since they only use two or three financing companies, I could refinance for a lower interest rate, post purchase. So I purchased the car and did just that, refinanced. When I refinanced, I no longer needed GAP coverage, towing and roadside assistance - which were both refunded to me in a timely manner. However, I also decided to cancel the paintless dent repair. I contacted the company that holds the warranty (Perma P) and was told they had no record of my contract, to call back in a couple/few weeks. I called back in a couple/few weeks and they said the same thing. I contacted EP, but had difficulty getting a live person. So on 11/21 I sent an email to Shelby D I purchased a car from Echo Park on 10/16 and left there extremely pleased. However, I'm running into a very frustrating issue that no one is resolving or explaining. With my car purchase, I also bought two service contracts with Perma P. Neither of these contracts have been provided to them so this is preventing me from canceling one and using the other. I explained to perma p*** I'm getting ready to cancel both because I'm so frustrated by the lack of resolution on the part of Echo Park. Can you please advise me on what the issue has been, why the contracts have not been provided to Perma P, when they will be, and who I can speak to about this matter. Thank you, *** Her reply was less than satisfactory: Perma p*** interior protection cannot be canceled. Perma p*** dent protection can be canceled. I'm not sure what "contacts" you need but I'll be happy to help. What information exactly are you looking for? That same day I reiterated my questions, and never got a reply. A couple of weeks ***r, I got contact information of "Accounts Receivable" at Perma P, and Sonic Automotive Customer Service. I emailed them all, and finally heard back from *** Customer Service Coordinator Sonic Automotive. She told me to submit a form and that it would take 8-10 weeks, which I submitted on 12/9. I have been told that my cancellation was received on 12/10. As you can see above, I was told by Shelby D that the interior appearance plan cannot be cancelled. So I submitted the form, a copy of which I attached. The form auto fills out check marks when you select one item. I just submitted it that way because by then I was so frustrated and confused by EP, Perma P, Sonic Automotive. Sometime in *** January/early February, I submitted a claim for service on the interior appearance plan. Perma P denied my claim saying that my plan had been cancelled by EP. So, I have now been asking about the refund for that plan as well. On 2/18 I sent Sonic Customer Service the following email: Hello, I think it has been longer than 8-10 weeks since my cancellation, and I would like to know when my refund will be issued, and for how much. I have subsequently learned Echo Park cancelled both paintless dent repair and the appearance coverage. *** Since that date, I have been trying to get answers. Yesterday I was told a refund check was sent on 2/27 for Paintless Dent repair. But I could not get an answer or any type of information for interior appearance. The last email I received was now directing me to Ally Bank: The Appearance Protection Plan is non-cancelable, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Due to the product being applied to the vehicle this can not be canceled unless it was a flat cancel or an unwind. I have been told by my warranty team the Ally VSC has been paid by Ally. Ally has no record of this plan for me. The phone number for Sonic Automotive is not in service.

Issues with Echo Park North Houston regarding vehicle registration
I purchased a vehicle from Echo Park North Houston in January . The dealer has failed to register my vehicle within the 30-day state window. I bought a 2018 Ford F-150 from Echo Park North Houston on 1/12. The temporary tag I received expired on 3/13, and I have yet to receive my permanent license plates, title, and registration. Weeks before the tag's expiration, I contacted the dealership and was directed to the Guest Loyalty Center. Repeated calls there went unanswered. I sent an email and was told that plate processing was delayed due to State Tax Offices closures and dealership restrictions, with an expected 2-3 month wait from the purchase date. The governor extended the tags until April 14th. After waiting as advised and not receiving my plates, I followed up by email but got no reply. On April 7th, I contacted the Texas DMV and was informed that the dealership's excuses were false and they had not provided the necessary paperwork for my registration. I filed a complaint with the DMV and was assigned to an investigator. Despite informing Echo Park of the DMV conversation and the filed complaint, I received no response. On 4/12, I made several attempts to speak with management at the dealership and the loyalty center but to no avail. As of that date, I have no permanent plates, title, or registration for the vehicle I paid for in cash. I am prepared to submit proof of purchase to Complaintsboard.com to aid in resolving my issue.

The sales representative lied about the car's conditions, damaged, lied about the car manufactured warranty, lied about the optional warranty
The sales representative lied about the car's conditions, damaged, lied about the car manufactured warranty, lied about the optional warranty plans. Purchase Date: 12/26. Car information: 2017, Mercedes Benz C300. VIN number: *** Manufactured Retail Price: $23109.00 Deal#*** Down Payment: $7000.00 (Cash-Debit card) Sales person: Tajohnna M (Tj). Sales Manager: Amanda W Contract# 1382314. There are several issues here that I faced, and still dealing with, since I purchased this used car from EchoPark Automotive. 1)- The Sales representative; Tajohnna M (Tj) lied to me on several occasions. First, I asked specifically and explicitly if I can pay for the car cash as I didn't want to finance it and I was not looking to pay any interest or finance the purchase in the first place. She insisted that the only option was to get the purchase financed and it cannot be from outside party (i.e., my own bank). This was clearly a lie, since I found out on Monday, February 15 from a manager at this dealership and one of her fellow coworkers, another sales rep that I didn't have to finance the purchase if I didn't want to. 2)- As Tajohnna M (Tj) was finalizing the sale, and working on the finance application with me, she informed me that the car is out of manufactured warranty and advised me to purchase four different warranty plans. The first one was from the finance company Ally Financial. It is for the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) for the amount of $3498.00. The second warranty, The GAP Addendum warranty plan, was also through Ally financial, and it was for the amount of $895.00. The third warranty was from a Perma Plate, Paintless Dent Repair Service Contract, for the amount of $499.00. The Last warranty was from Perma late as well, The warranty registration form appearance protection, for the amount of $549.00. The sales associate was obviously working based on commission that's why she Tajohnna M (Tj) she lied about the car being out of manufactured warranty to deceive me into paying another $5441.00 in unnecessary (optional) warranty plans. The lies didn't stop here, because I explicitly asked the sale rep (Tajohnna M -Tj) about cancelling these warranties in the near future, and she explicitly told me that the four warranties are all optional and she even pointed out on the contract print in front of each warranty on the itemization of the amount financed page (e.g., lines 1.E(Optional) Surface Protection products: Perma Plate Appearance $549.00, Line 1.I.2 (optional). Perma Plate Protection $499.00, line 1.I.1 (Optional) the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) $34980.00, and line 1.K. (Optional). Debt Cancellation Agreement $895.00). I asked her (Tajohnna M -Tj) several times and she gave me the same answer, consistently, and I quote;" Don't worry about it, you can cancel all of these plans any time you want to, their optional." This was another lie. I paid the down payment ($7000.00 via my checking account debit card) and as she (Tajohnna M -Tj) drove the car out of the parking space to go get it ready, I noticed a liquid (what it appeared to be oil, some sort of leakage) right where the car was parked. I called her (Tajohnna M -Tj) and pointed out the liquid (leakage) spot where the vehicle was parked, and she acted surprised and didn't think there was anything wrong with the car. I insisted on having the car checked by one of the technicians/mechanics there. She came back minutes later and informed me that the technician/mechanic found no signs of any liquid (or oil) leakage of any kind. Again, another lie, because the next morning, I found a huge liquid leakage (maybe an oil leak or some other type of liquid) right on the floor of my garage where the car was parked overnight. I reached out to the sales rep the very next morning, informed her of the issues and sent her pictures of leakage and even cleaned with a paper towel that I took later to the dealership. I managed to take the car back to EchoPark Automotive (2988 Cherry Avenue, Signal Hill CA 90755). They had the technician look at the c

Chipped windshield was promised to be fixed and repair guy from Company stated it's not fixable and windshield has to be replaced, dealer declined. On X-XX-XXXX my wife and I went to Echo Part to find me a car. I fell in love with the 2018 Subaru Legacy and loved everything about it except the windshield concerned me. The windshield has an oily residue on inside and outside and when sun hits it it was very hard to see since glare would bounce on it and reduce vision out of windshield. There is also 2 chips in middle of windshield which are around 1/4" size which concerned me would spread. The sales guy Ronald Young saw the same as I did and agreed to have it fixed or possibly replace windshield if need be and he even advised his Store Manager so he was aware of situation. They decided to let their Detail team try to clean the windshield and schedule a repair on the windshield chips. The detail guys tried multiple times to clean the windshield but the oily film was just not coming off. With the loan ready to be done and Ron the sales person advising his manager that the windshield is not cleaning we waited for them to talk. Eventually both Ronald and his Manager approached us and told us to not worry, they want to have the chip repair company look at chips and the film on windshield and advise what should be done or just fix it all if possible. This sounded reasonable and seeing how willing they were to assist us and acknowledged that it is an issue we agreed. Well we bought car and had a lot of back and forth issues with financing department and finalizing loan which we got to be completed next day and for an additional week of back and forth with a lady in finance named Latrinda Brown. We never got a call about the work order on windshield the first week, then the second week still nothing and finally in their week after purchase there comes a call from Insight Auto Glass which is a 3rd party glass repair place. Also it took me calling and leaving messages with Guest Services at echo park more then 3 times to get a return call and to have Insight Auto Glass call me to schedule. Well finally the glass company send a guy over on X-X-XXXX and he came by around 3pm. The gentlemen with Insight Auto Glass looked at windshield and at the oily residue all over and told me he can not do anything due to the windshield already being repaired in same spots before. His drill can not drill through that same Epoxy and if he tried might get drill bit to slip off hard epoxy and damage windshield more. He also was against trying to fill it more since it would not hold, his only option after his professional inspection was to get a new Windshield. I had no choice but to accept answer and decided to call Echo Park to let them know about it. I called them same day after Insight repair man left and had to leave a message, I really thought here we go and no one will call me again for a while. To my surprise Amanda from Guest services called me back and we went over situation and inspection. She kept staring to me that vehicle is sold as is and that Echo Park does not replace windshields for customers. I advised her multiple times that Ronald and the Store Manager shook my hand and assured me if it can not be fixed they will replace windshield. She advised me again of their policy and stated will talk to manager. Next day I got a call back and it was same person which is Amanda calling me with an update. The store manager stated he will not replace windshield (remember the promise and assurance) and they were willing to let me buy a windshield at their dealer cost and have it installed elsewhere. She also went on to advise me that she had looked into cost of windshield being $700 and since this car has EyeSight package for safety the recalibration of that system should be around $500 which is always necessary after changing the windshield. To no surprise this had me so upset that they were willing to make a promise to make a sale, then when it came to holding up promise made and the repair ticked (which I still have) written they then went back on it. Now I have a unsafe vehicle and they laugh
