BeautyRose Beauty Rose is a total scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!Beauty Rose is a total scam. I placed an order, never recieved it, they charged my card and after multiple attempts to contact the seller I have not recieved a response. So much time had passed, I actually forgot that I had placed an order. When I click through on the link recieved via confirmation email, I can see that the order was recieved but never shipped.

BeautyRose I would never order from them again and have advised all my friends they are not legitimate

I ordered a blush a pressed powder and a night cream from Beautyrose.com. They shipped the powder and the cream but omitted the blush from the box. I let them know and they said they would send it, but never did. I have complained and sent follow-up e-mails which they just delete. I would never order from them again and have advised all my friends they are not legitimate.

BeautyRose Awful company

One month ago I ordered 5 pairs of hoisery from 'Beautyrose.com'. I wish now I would have looked at reviews BEFORE I attempted doing business with them. When I received my order it was not only incomplete but they had sent the wrong items. I emailed them on several occasions and the only thing I received from 'Beauty Rose' was lies and more lies! One month has passed, they took my money and RAN! The did NOT send me the items that were missing and they did not refund money for NON-sent itmes ! Please everyone, 'Do Not' do business with BeautyRose.com, you will not be satisfied, they are unethical liars and cheats!

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 eyeliners from them back in early Nov '10 - it's now late January '11. Every reponse from an inquiry was "will ship next week". No names or phone numbers are ever provided. They must be so proud of themselves! Ripping people off and loving it! NEVER order from them. NEVER order from them. NEVER order from them. Terrible people.

BeautyRose Terrible company

I am very fond of nail paints I have more than 100 bottles of different colors. I can say I send most of my money in buying nail paints. I ordered a bottle of Essie nail polish and a bottle of Essie 3-way glaze from www.beautyrose.com. When I received my order, I noticed that the nail polish bottle had a few small chips in it as well as some small drops of nail polish on the glass bottle. This was strange that a new bottle of nail polish would come this way. I emailed the company a few times regarding the problem, but I never received a response back. So I phoned Beauty Rose's customer service number. I explained the problem to a female who told me to throw the bottle of nail polish out and that she would send me a new replacement bottle. Well, about 2 weeks passed, and I didn't receive anything in the mail. So I called Beauty Rose again, and I spoke to a young man who told me that he will send the bottle of nail polish. I did receive the replacement bottle of Essie nail polish. However, I have noticed that after using the Essie nail polish and 3-way glaze from Beauty Rose, my nails turned yellow. I stopped using the polish and let my nails grow out the yellow, then I tried the products again, and my nails turned yellow. Also, the nail polish only lasted about 2-3 days before chipping. I called the Essie Company to ask if their nail products can turn fingernails yellow, and I was told that their products do not turn nail yellow and does not chip within 2-3 days, that their polishes are made to last on nails. I am very disappointed in the products I received from Beauty Rose. I think it is suspicious that the first bottle of nail polish had chips in the glass and drops of nail polish on the bottle. Plus the fact that these products are not performing the way they should makes me think they may be old. It is now past the 30 day return policy date, so I don't think I have any recourse.

BeautyRose Customer Service

I got sucked in by free shipping, but would now gladly pay for it in exchange for customer service. Their website promises shipping within 24-48 hours, and my order shipped more than a week after that time frame. I received no response from them after emailing about the status of my order. Also, my order shipped by a different carrier than promised. My order should arrive tomorrow, three weeks after initially placing the order. I will never use them again.

BeautyRose Item never received

I placed an order November 19th, and my credit card was charged. I received order confirmation but my items have never been shipped according to their tracking information and I have not received my order. The company has offered me no explanation even though it is now december 10th. They have no phone number listed in their contact info and so I had to email them requesting a refund. I have received no response and am having to deal with my refund through paypal. Good thing I paid with paypal!

I purchased something off the Beauty Rose website on February 14, 2009 and I also experienced the exact same service. My product never arrived and they sent me a fake USPS tracking numbering which comes up invalid. I also paid with my pay pal credit card and I reported them to pay pal. I'm not going to let them off that easy.

BeautyRose Poor Service with no response

I ordered from this company, whose contact information is [protected]@aol.com. That should have been the first hint that this is a small home based operation.

I paid for 2nd day air shipping ($12.95). The order was shipped 4 days later via fist class mail. I needed the merchandise for the Satuday after I placed my order (6 days later). I received the order 8 days after placing it.

The company has been pretty much unresponsive to my request for a partial merchandise credit. I was attending a family wedding and needed the merchandise for that day. I have sent many emails to the company and I either get no response or a two word response like "order shipped."

Do not order from this company. They have numerous complaints filed against them and do not respond, even to the Better Business Bureau.

It was a disappointing and most frustrating experience.

Please do not order from this company. I own two pairs of Wolford Velvet leggings (which I purchased from the Wolford store). When I lost one pair, I wanted to order a new one off the internet. Beauty Rose is where I ended up ordering the new pair and the leggings they sent are NOT AUTHENTIC. Unless you want to pay full price for knock off brands, I would highly advise people to stay away from this website!

BeautyRose Am I EVER going to receive my order?

I placed an order with Beautyrose.com on November 16th. On Monday, November 24th I sent an email to them since I hadn't received any sort of shipping notification, even though their site says orders will ship within 1-2 business days. They responded the following day (9 days after I placed the order) telling me my shipment was on backorder and wouldn't ship for another week!

With the booming intenet business and a hundred different places where you can purchase the same item online, I would never consider ordering again from a company that doesn't even bother to tell you an item you ordered was on backorder and that it would take three weeks just to get a simple mascara! Their website didn't list the item as backordered - so the considerate thing to do would have been to email me immediately and tell me. This would have allowed me the opportunity to place the order with another company and receive my product in a timely manner. This displays HORRIBLE customer service, in my opinion.

Bottom line: If you can get it somewhere esle, DO IT! I still haven't received my product and I am questioning whether I ever will! Don't shop here unless you have PLENTY of time to waste and plenty of money to burn when you end up having to order it again elsewhere anyway.

BeautyRose never receive my order

Firstly, I ordered some beauty product from BeautyRose website on Nov. 16th 2008. According to their website, they will processed my order in1-2 days, but they sent me shipping confirmation email three days later.

Secondly, according to their shipping confirmation, my purchase should be shipped by UPS Ground, but the tracking number is from USPS, which is fine for me. However, I cannot tracked my product according to the tracking number they provided. And until now, I haven't received my ordered product, which is almost ten days past.

By comparision, I also ordered some beauty product from HK at the same day I placed my order from BeautyRose, but I received the product from HK today. What is ridiculouly-- BeautyRose is much much closer to my shipping address than HK, but I never receive my order from them. Maybe forever!

Furthermore, I tried to contact BeautyRose custom service, but never response to me in time. The only thing, they replied to me is "it was shipped"!, and they never reply my questions, no matter to say how slowly their email.

What's more! There is no tel. number provided by their website, and I found one tel. number according to my credit card information, but they never answer that phone! So may be the number is fake.

I never meet such an online shopping web before BeautyRose, which taught me so much lessons!

I ordered gifts for mothers day- no gift, no response from the company - no money returned $95.00! stay away from this company!

Beautyrose is a total scam..They take your money, provide a fake tracking number, have no phone number and do not respond to emails. Beware
