I gotta say, Beemer Haus is the place to go if you're looking for a chill car shopping experience. It was all good vibes from the get-go, and we didn't have any hiccups along the way. *** was a real one, he knew his stuff and didn't mind answering all our questions. He made sure we were happy with our purchase before we left. My car is sick, I'm stoked.

Me and my fam checked out a Mini Cooper S we saw online for our daughter, but I didn't really plan on buying anything that day. Jay, the sales guy who met us, was cool and chill, just like you hope a "used car salesman" would be. After we checked it out and took it for a spin, we ended up taking the 2017 Clubman home with us that night. The team even stayed a few hours after closing to make it happen. My daughter is stoked because she has her own whip to drive, I'm stoked because I got it for a little over 3k less than market with only 18k miles on it, and my wife was just happy for all of us. I'm also gonna bring the car back here for service, cuz being a customer gets me all the service discounts. BOOM! Plus, they have a dope inventory of BMW's and Mini's, and the showroom looks sick. It was a great experience all around. Don't hesitate to swing by.

I bought a X5 from Beemer Haus 12 days ago. Drove it home to CO which is 453 miles so already over their 14 day or 400 mile warranty. My husband drove it to work one day and it overheated on the way to work. He checked the coolant and there was no coolant in it. The salesman told us it had gone through their extension BMW shop check. How could that be possible when they sell it to us with no wiper fluid, little or no coolant, drivers side heater doesn't work, and 3 keys with dead batteries(none of this disclosed at time of purchase). We ordered new BMW coolant and could not drive it for 6 days while the coolant was being delivered. Filled it up with coolant and didn't even make it 8 miles before it started overheating once again. We called to see what they could do for us and apparently nothing was the answer and the best customer service they could offer. We could take it back in to fix it but they would not pay for anything since we are over our 400 miles. So apparently selling customers a faulty car with multiple problems including expensive engine problems is a way of doing business there. Will never ever buy a car from them again!

I bought a warranty from Beemer Haus, but the *** dealer won't take it. I think they ripped me off and I want my money back for this useless warranty.

Beemer Haus sold me a car that needed repairs. They also failed to fix what was needed completely. My oil pan is leaking oil and they don't agree. I paid $4200 for a policy, but they haven't sent that money to Freedom warranty to start my claim. This is not professional.

I was told that the extended warranty covers everything except for normal wear and tear for 5 years. However, I had a problem with my car just a month after buying it and when I called Beemer Haus, they told me to take it to Nissan since I had an extended warranty. Unfortunately, my claim was denied. Now, after owning the car for six months, the transmission is out and I am waiting for the warranty to cover it. However, I am having issues with that too. They told me that it only covers certain things after 80,000 miles, which was already exceeded when I bought the car.
