BeFrugal review: Gift card

Paid $3495 laptop, gave me cash back $339.01 on virtual card nightmare.
Tried to pay things at 14 merchants. Gift card $339.01 is fraud, unless I get full refund of $339.
BBB, State Atty General, and FBI.
Put in over 50 hrs. You've totally ruined my laptop purchase that I love.

so is your website. You've shafted me, friends, family, everyone I know that I shared link with. over $100 in past. Site should be closed down. Never once did I have order w/ cash back credited to me based on
my purchase. Everytime past yrs I've been member Always had to file claim. Due to their fraud by not doing their
job following up w/ merchant. W/out my input.
They find million reasons to deny claim.

It expired last day of Feb. But I tried once more on 2/29 only to be declined.
I called customer service # on back of card. They told me it must be used as credit, and put thru manually, which I tried,
no good. Problem not tied to address, person. Why hardly none accepts it.
