Bensons for Beds review: Product / service /warranty

The reason that I am emailing you today is to let you know that your benson bed mattress are the cause of our break up and fighting, my wife now sleeps in another room. we were conned by benson of over £3000 as we received the wrong mattress and our room was wrecked in the delivery (broke my 1000 pound computer) we paid extra for insurance if any faults was wrong and things would be replaced, well now my time has come.. it has been the worst sleep for us since we bought the bed, nice big king size bed beautiful headboard.. Crap mattress... I now sleep alone.. Attached topper mattress from which we never agreed on? Is all the fault, I now have had back surgery.. From which the surgeon said would have been caused by lying on a bad mattress.. My question is what are you going to do about it? It was about in your kittybrewster store aberdeen.. Bad salesman called george... Gray king size bed plus extra for headboard and insurance... Please get back to me on this most urgent matter either by letter or email...
