I called to schedule my delivery of my dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and the small kits to install them. When I called I asked for a 4pm appointment. They said they will try. They also said they will call one hour before showing up. I was not convinced of this appointment. I did not trust this woman. So I called back. Now they tell me they will try to get a 4pm appointment and will call one half hour before they show up. (I wanted to go to work) My time frame was 12:30 - 4:30 If I remember.

At 8:30 I check the tracker and It says I am number 10 on the waiting list. So I get ready to go to work.

9:30 I check the tracker while sitting in my car. Now I am number 3 on the list. There is no way I can go to work. I work one half hour away.

So now I call best buy and they assure me they will be there between 12:30 and 4:30. I explain to the woman that I am now number 3. She tells me that is not correct. As we are on phone I get a message that I am now number 2. I put the woman on the phone with the guy. They say we will be thre by 11.I had two guys scheduled to show up at 12 if I need help. Now they show up at 11:10. The Fridge and the stove need to come in the back door. They tell me the fridge will not fit in the back door. I ask them to give me time I will have my guys take off the back door. They tell me no they will not wait. They need to leave. I ask them to open all three boxes so I can see them. The do not open the microwave. Now they leave. And my fridge is on the deck. And we are getting a hurricane at 6:30. They said I was mean to them. LOL, I wonder why I was? Now they call their boss and she tell them to leave. My one guy just showed up and he was not able to get the door off by himself. The other guy was on his way. As they drove off the other guy was in the driveway. Now I get an appointment for 4pm. So, my husband leaves work. Takes the door off waiting for them. It is very hot and getting ready of a bad storm. They show up at 5:30. They look at the job and laugh. They drove an hour to move the fridge 3 feet into the house. They said the other guys could have taken the door handles off the slider and it would have fit! Now they drive 2 hours to Delaware in a bad storm.

Desired outcome: I was promised $550. That never came and now they say they will send $500. Case # [protected]
