Five months after I bought the Frigidaire 13.9 CF from Best Buy at 449 Arena Hub Plz, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702, it stopped working, on 02/16/2023. I did not have an extended warranty, but I called Electrolux/Frigidaire Repair services. They send a man from A & E repairs out in March, to look at it. (I also bought a replacement Whirpool Refrigerator on 02/18/23 at the same store, as I rent furnished apts, and could not wait for repairs, which were never done. I called Electrolux back, and a repair was scheduled for me on a Friday near the end of March, but A & E did not show up. I called Electrolux soon afterwards and was told a request was sent to have it replaced. I waited about 2 weeks and called back and was given an Auth number and told to call Best Buy to schedule a delivery for the replacement. I call BB and talked to the Exchange team that said my Auth expired after 30 days and to call Electrolux for a new one. Electrolux said that I do not need a new Auth, and for BB to call them, to verify, it is still good and to order my replacement fridge. I have to call BB back with that info, as the Exchange team, quits at 5:30 EST. I would like someone to schedule my replacement delivery ASAP, or give me a $599 credit and I will use it to buy another fridge at BB, ASAP. Mario Fiorucci, [protected]@yahoo.com [protected]
